Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberi pelatihan agar guru PAUD Memanfaatkan media loose parts sebagai penggerak utama dalam membiasakan guru untuk menggunakan bahan-bahan yang tersedia di alam sekitarnya sehingga kreativitas guru dapat berkembang. Analisis situasi dari pelatihan ini bahwa kebiasaan guru yang cenderung menggunakan media pembelajaran yang siap pakai, sehingga anak menjadi jenuh dengan media yang berulang-ulang dipakai, tanpa ada modifikasi/kreativitas dari guru untuk menciptakan media yang menarik serta tidak membosan bagi anak. Perlu adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan terkait pemanfaatan media loose parts sehingga pembelajaran anak menjadi bervariasi. Metode Pelatihan dan untuk sekolah dengan mendatangkan narasumber professional dan praktisi profesional. Hasil Program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sangat bermanfaat dan memberikan update pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru-guru pada sekolah mitra PAUD Pembina I Kota Ternate untuk dapat membuat media loose parts dari berbagai bahan alam maupun sampah yang tersedia di sekitarnya sehingga membantu proses pembelajaran di lembaga PAUD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the attitude of the Foramadiyahi community towards Tidore language as their mother tongue. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection using observation and interview techniques. From the results of data analysis, it shows that the Tidore language is the first language for the Foramadiyahi community and as the language of their ancestors who lived in the village of Afa-afa at Tidore island. Tidore language reflects the identity of Tidore tribe. Therefore, the Tidore language needs in daily communication for the Foramadiyahi community. A good language attitude is to always care and feel proud to use the Tidore language in daily life. Besides that, another positive attitude is to always get used to using the Tidore language among other Tidore tribes in Foramadiyahi and outside Foramadiyahi. Then have a high willingness to preserve it by teaching the Tidore language to teenagers and children so that they are also proud to have Tidore as their mother tongue.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the variations in greetings for social interactions between lecturers and students used by students and lecturers, which is multilingual based in the Faculty of Cultural Science and the factors of using it.This research is hoped to be one of local language documentation and develop character-based local wisdom at school. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive to collect information concerning the variationsin greetings in their social interaction at the Faculty of Cultural Science at Khairun University. The result of the research showed that there are a variety of terms of address in various languages. Kinds of address terms consist ofkinship and non-kinship terms. Most of the variations in greetings used during interaction are non-kinship, which aims to joke and familiarize themselves.

Abstract

Reading and arithmetic skills are very much needed by the next generation. However, the importance of numeracy literacy to be implemented in schools has not been optimized by several schools. One of them is SD UPT SP 4 Loliaro, South Morotai District. There are not many activities that can be done to improve numeracy literacy in the school. In this service, several activities will be carried out at the school, namely to strengthen Numeracy Literacy and also activities that can optimize Numeracy Literacy at SD UPT SP 4 Loliaro, South Morotai District. Numeracy Literacy strengthening activities are focused on class 2. From the literacy activities that have been carried out, the Numeracy Literacy skills of students at SD UPT SP 4 Loliaro, South Morotai District have increased. In addition, students are interested and happy with the activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

This study investigates how government institutions use social media as a site of power negotiation in public policy communication. Employing a qualitative approach with Fairclough’s three-dimensional Critical Discourse Analysis and multimodal analysis, data were drawn from 80 purposively selected government account uploads over six months. Systematic coding and interpretive categorization reveal that institutions employ linguistic framing, persuasive rhetoric, and visual semiotics to legitimize authority, foster compliance, and shape public perception, while simultaneously encountering counter-discourses in community interactions. The findings demonstrate that institutional discourse on social media functions not only as policy dissemination but also as a dynamic arena of legitimacy, resistance, and trust-building. This research contributes theoretically to critical discourse studies by linking digital communication and institutional authority, and practically by offering insights for enhancing transparency and public participation in policy communication.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi dari analisis situasi kesulitan anak dalam memahami beberapa huruf, dan ditemukan bahwa guru sulit mengajarkan anak dalam membedakan huruf yang mirip seperti: ‘b, p, d, q, w, m. Guru cenderung menggunakan media papan tulis, kartu sehingga membuat anak menjadi jenuh dengan media yang berulang-ulang dipakai, tanpa ada modifikasi/kreativitas dari guru untuk menciptakan media yang menarik, sesuai dengan era digitalisasi 4.0 yang cenderung membuat anak tidak bosan dalam proses pembelajaran. Perlu adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan terkait suatu pelatihan pembuatan media e-komik berbasis literasi numerasi bagi guru PAUD di Pembina 7 Kota Ternate sehingga dapat membantu permasalahan dalam kesulitan belajar anak PAUD yang sesuai dengan cara belajar anak yakni pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan memvisualisasikan konten yang diajarkan lebih hidup dan bermakna sehingga anak mudah mengingat konten pembelajaran yang sulit dijelaskan dengan media biasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pelatihan ini adalah dengan melakukan workshop atau lakokarya untuk sekolah sasaran dari narasumber professional dan praktisi profesional. Hasil Program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat dan memberikan update pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru-guru pada sekolah mitra PAUD Pembina 7 Kota Ternate untuk dapat membuat media e-komik berbasis literasi numerasi, sehingga guru dapat membuat konten pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kesulitan yang ditemukan dikelas.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi dari analisis situasi kesulitan guru terkadang merasa kesulitan dalam mengatur kelas akibat perilaku anak usia dini yang sangat aktif sehingga kelas menjadi tidak kondusif. Perilaku disruptif pada siswa merupakan perilaku yang tidak pantas yang dilakukan siswa selama proses pembelajaran.  Perlu adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan terkait suatu pelatihan pembuatan token economy untuk menurunkan perilaku disruptif anak usia dini sehingga dapat membantu permasalahan dalam kesulitan guru untuk menurunkan perilaku disruptif.  Metode yang digunakan dalam program pelatihan ini adalah dengan melakukan workshop atau lakokarya untuk sekolah sasaran dari narasumber professional dan praktisi profesional. Hasil Program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian  ini sangat bermanfaat dan memberikan update pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru-guru pada sekolah mitra PAUD Charis Kota Ternate untuk dapat membuat media token economy sehingga guru menurunkan perilaku disruptif dan kelas menjadi kondisif dan siswa menjadi bersemangat dalam berbuat baik.
