Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan fenomena sosial tentang penyebab konflik, bentuk konflik, dan penyelesaian konflik sosial dalam novel Cermin Jiwa karya S. Prasetyo Utomo menggunakan perspektif Georg Simmel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan mimesis. Sumber data penelitian adalah novel Cermin Jiwa Karya S. Prasetyo Utomo (2017) dan data-data berita yang memuat masalah konflik sosial mengenai penolakan pabrik semen dalam realitas, yang menghasilkan data penyebab konflik sosial, bentuk konflik sosial, dan penyelesaian konflik sosial dalam novel. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah teknik studi pustaka dan simak catat. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode hermeneutik. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penyebab dan bentuk konflik sosial dalam novel terdiri atas konflik dalam hubungan intim atau akrab, konflik kepentingan, konflik hukum, dan konflik pertandingan antagonik, sedangkan penyelesaian konflik sosial dalam novel terdiri atas penghapusan dasar konflik atau perdamaian, kemenangan satu pihak, dan kompromi. Namun, meskipun penyelesaian konflik dengan sarana penghapusan dasar konflik, kemenangan satu pihak, dan kompromi, masyarakat sebagai makhluk sosial akan tetap dirundung oleh adanya konflik baik konflik kecil maupun konflik besar. Konflik tetaplah konflik dan tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa konflik akan melekat pada setiap diri individu. Kata Kunci : Konflik Sosial, Novel Cermin Jiwa, Georg Simmel

Abstract

Academic cheating behavior is an act that reflects dishonesty to get academic success. Factors that influence academic cheating are self efficacy and diamond fraud (pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and ability). The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of self efficacy and diamond fraud on the academic cheating behavior of accounting students. The population in this study were students majoring in accounting in private universities (PTS) in Surakarta with a sample of 116. The type of research conducted was quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous self efficacy and diamond fraud affect academic cheating behavior, partially indicating that opportunities and abilities affect academic cheating, whereas self efficacy, pressure, and rationalization do not affect academic cheating. The benefits of this study are as a reference and reference for further research related to academic cheating behavior.

Abstract

The aim of this research is 1) To find out what efforts teachers make to shape the behavior of new students at the Miftahul Huda Al Wustho Boyolali Islamic boarding school for the 2023/2024 academic year. 2) To find out the obstacles in shaping the behavior of new students at the Miftahul Huda Al Wustho Boyolali Islamic boarding school for the 2023/2024 academic year. In this research the researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The setting for this research was carried out at the Miftahul Huda Al Wustho Boyolali Islamic boarding school. The researcher's data collection technique used three research methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The result and conclusion of this research are the homeroom teacher's efforts in shaping student behavior. It can be concluded that the homeroom teacher's efforts in shaping student character include: good school principal management. Teachers set examples for students so that students see and imitate them. Implement learning programs with adequate facilities so that students do not get bored. Carrying out worship activities such as dhikr, memorization and prayer. Always carry out evaluations of activities during learning so that existing problems can be immediately resolved. Factors that hinder teachers' efforts to shape student behavior are bad student behavior, parents who are indifferent to their children's conditions and student environmental factors. Apart from that, there are also supporting factors, so that these obstacles can be resolved, including teachers working together and adequate learning facilities.

Abstract

Education plays a role important for develop ability think critical and creative students, especially in the 21st century. However, the approach learning conventional teacher - oriented often hinder involvement active students, including in learning Knowledge Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) topics water cycle. This research aims for analyze the influence of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model through Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach to results Study student school basic. Research quantitative with This pre- experimental design uses a one group pretest-posttest design on 23 students. class VD SDN Bangka 3 Bogor City. Data analyzed through normality test, N-Gain test, and paired sample t-test. The results showed that the average pretest score increased from 55.90 to 80.00 on the posttest, with N-Gain value of 0.58 (criteria medium). The t-test produces mark significance 0.000 < 0.05, indicating influence significant implementation of the PJBL learning model with approach TaRL to results Study students. In conclusion, the integration of PJBL and TaRL effective in increase results students learn science, at the same time give solution practical For accommodate difference ability student in learning based on project. This research contributes to the development of learning strategies. innovative, contextual and relevant for education base.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pengasuhan anak memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung pendidikan karakter anak. Dengan bimbingan yang benar, teknologi digital dapat menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan kreativitas, pemikiran kritis, dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi orang tua dalam implementasi digital parenting serta strategi mengatasi tantangan digital parenting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian case study (studi kasus). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kepanjen. Jumlah responden adalah 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model interaktif Milles & Huberman, yang terdiri dari yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tantangan penerapan digital parenting adalah pengaturan waktu, tantangan keamanan online mempengaruhi stabilitas dan kelancaran penggunaan internet, keseimbangan, keselamatan dan keamanan, perundungan siber (cyberbullying), aspek hak cipta dan plagiarisme. Strategi untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah pendidikan digital, keterlibatan dan pengawasan orang tua, dan mendorong interaksi sosial
