Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sakura Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatory. Metode analisis data adalah analisis regresi berganda. Teknik penentuan sampel adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan diperoleh nilai F hitung (7,484 > F tabel (3,14) dan probabilitas signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, maka pengawasan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawam pada PT Sakura Jaya. Hasil perhitungan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,427 > 2,000 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,018 < 0,05, maka pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sakura Jaya. Hasil perhitungan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,080 > 2,000 dan signifikan yang diperoleh 0,042 < 0,05, maka kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sakura Jaya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and physical work environment on work performance in PT Ocean Centra Furnindo Medan. The phenomenon of conducting leadership style to the company tends to be less good, which can be seen from the rare leadership present to the company to attend meetings and provide problem solving to employees, the work environment less comfortable to carry out work, and work performance that tends to decrease can be seen from the decline in the number of sales at PT Ocean Centra Furnindo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 97 employees. The method used is a quantitative approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research and the nature of research is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of showed with significant level 0,05 that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work performance partially with Tcount > Ttable (5,167 > 1.985) and physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work performance partially with Tcount > Ttable (2,444 > 1.985). Leadership style and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on work performance simultaneously with Fcount > Ftable (16,747 > 3,090).

Abstract

This research was motivated by the high number of customer complaints in 2019, higher prices compared to competitors, and the lack of sales targets in the last few months. This research aimed to analyze the effect of price, service quality, and promotion on motorcycle spare parts purchasing decisions. This type of research was a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this research were 1890 customers who purchased genuine Honda spare parts at PT Indako Trading Coy. Sampling using simple random sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 237 people. Data collection using a questionnaire method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research and data analysis showed that partially the product price, service quality, and promotion have a significant influence on the decision to purchase motorcycle spare parts. Hypothesis testing shows that Fcount> Ftable (75.204> 2.64) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Based on this, it can be concluded that price, service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the decision to purchase motorcycle parts.

Abstract

Customer loyalty can be influenced by several factors, including service quality, pricing, and digital marketing. This study analyzes the effect of service quality, pricing, and digital marketing on IndiHome Fiber customer loyalty. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 16,453 people who are consumers of IndiHome Fiber. Sampling was done by purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 99 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to each sample. The data collected analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Analysis prerequisite tests previously preceded it in normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of data analysis showed that t-count (3.129) > t-table (1.98525) and -score (0.002) < (0.05), Pricing has a positive and significant score on customer loyalty. It is known that t-count (6.434) > t-table (1.98525) and -score (0.000) < (0.05), Digital Marketing has a positive and significant score on customer loyalty. It is known that t-count (3.720) > t-table (1.98525) and -score (0.000) < (0.05), as well as service quality, pricing, and digital marketing, are simultaneously significant positive on customer loyalty. It is known that F-count (93.612) > F-table (2.70) and -score (0.000) < (0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that, partially and simultaneously, service quality, pricing, and digital marketing have a positive and significant influence on IndiHome Fiber customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze discipline, work environment, and commitment to job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study found 66 employees. The number of samples in this study was 66 employees. In this study, data collection related to the problems studied by researchers was carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees at the company, interviews were conducted to employees, and documentation studies in the form of company data, books, and journals related to the variables studied. Sources of research data consist of primary data in this study are interviews and questionnaires and secondary data is data obtained from notes, books, and magazines in the form of financial reports for company publications, government reports, articles, books as theory, magazines, and so on. The data analysis used is classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.561, meaning that 56.1% of the variation in job satisfaction variables can be explained by variations in work discipline, work environment, and commitment variables. while the remaining 43.9% is explained by other variables not examined in the study. So, it can be concluded that discipline, work environment, and work commitment have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA) in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2022 period. Financial reports are presented to fulfill several different information needs, one of which is information about profits. This information is very important because profit explains how the company performs during a period. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports downloaded via the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique was purposive sampling, totaling 108 samples. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the research show that partially Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI ) period 2020-2022. Simultaneously Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how work rotation, organizational communication, and work discipline impact the performance of PT workers. Sumatra Rubber Core. The background of this study is the phenomenon, namely employee discomfort with work rotation, lack of communication between employees, decreased employee performance, and disciplinary violations This study is descriptive in character and employs quantitative descriptive methodologies. Multiple linear regression was employed for data analysis, and 45 people made up the saturated sample. The research findings indicate that PT personnel' performance is unaffected by job rotation. According to Sumatra Inti Karet, work discipline does not affect employee performance concurrently with organizational communication, which has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. In addition, organizational communication, work rotation, and work discipline have no bearing on PT employees' performance. Karet Sumatera Inti. Work rotation, organizational communication, and work discipline account for 6.9% of employee performance, according to the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination of 0.069. Other variables not included in the study account for 93.1% of the variance in employee performance.

Abstract

Analisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja driver Gojek Pangkalan Medan Bersatu adalah tujuan penelitian ini. Para driver gojek pangkalan medan bersatu adalah subjek penelitian ini. Gojek menawarkan transportasi yang aman, nyaman, cepat, praktis, dan murah. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan sampelnya diambil menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan 67 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan jurnal lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Kota Medan, kinerja diver ditingkatkan melalui kompensasi parsial, insentif kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara luas dan bermanfaat. Selain itu, kinerja pengemudi dapat ditingkatkan secara baik dan substansial melalui ketaatan disiplin kerja. Hasil determinasi menunjukkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,715 yang berarti 71,5% kinerja driver di Kota Medan dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor seperti remunerasi, insentif kerja, dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises in Tanjung Morawa, a semi-urban area in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, face challenges such as limited access to capital, low digital adoption, and declining sales, yet they play a vital role in the local economy. This study aims to examine the influence of financial inclusion, electronic commerce, and financial technology on the performance of these enterprises. A quantitative approach was employed, using multiple linear regression to analyze data collected from 393 respondents through questionnaires. The findings reveal that financial inclusion significantly enhances capital management, electronic commerce expands market reach, and financial technology improves transactional efficiency, collectively explaining 70.1 percent of the variation in enterprise performance. Financial technology demonstrates the strongest impact, followed by financial inclusion, while electronic commerce shows a moderate effect, reflecting local challenges like limited digital literacy. The study concludes that integrating these factors can substantially boost the competitiveness and sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises in semi-urban settings. These results highlight the need for targeted strategies to enhance financial access and digital adoption, fostering economic resilience in regions like Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan program ini mengajak dan memberdayakan  Kelompok Ibu-Ibu Srikandi Bakti Nyata Desa Tanjung Rejo yang sebelumnya sudah bergerak dalam membudidayakan batik mangrove namun terhenti dan vakum karena kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia terampil, tingginya daya saing di luaran dan kurangnya peralatan yang tersedia. Tujuan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini Melakukan pendampingan dan memfasilitasi dalam pembelajaran pembuatan batik mangrove oleh Srikandi Bhakti Nyata sebagai usaha ibu-ibu Desa Tanjung Rejo yang masih kekurangan akses dalam mempelajari pembuatan batik mangrove kemudian menjadikan sumber daya manusia yang terampil, melakukan pembelian peralatan dan melakukan membimbing pemasaran sampai digital marketing. Program ini terlaksan tanggal 16 September 2023 dengan pelaksaan Workshop Pelatihan Manajemen Sumber daya manusia, Enterpreneur, dan Pemasaran digital marketing dengan narasumber Ibu Purnama yanti Purba, S.E., M.M dan Bapak Ricky Rafi Ritonga. Kemudian tanggal 17 September 2023 pelatihan pembuatan batik mangrove oleh Ibu Siti Nurhalimah.
