Abstract

PT. Sari Kreasi Indonesia is a company engaged in the sale of food and beverages (Food and Beverages). The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of supervision, communication, work stress and employee performance at PT. Sari Kreasi Indonesia. Declining employee performance due to lack of supervision, communication is not good and employees are experiencing stress at work. The population and sample in this study amounted to 62 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the value of supervision was obtained tcount > ttable or 2.130 > 2.002 and significant obtained 0.037 < 0.05. The communication value has tcount > t table or 3.694 > 2.002 and the significance obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. The value of work stress tcount > ttable or 2.681 > 2.002 and the significance obtained 0.010 < 0.05. The test results obtained calculated F value (14.711) > F table (2.76) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the determination coefficient test of 0.403 this means that 40.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by variations in supervision, communication and work stress while the remaining 59.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as career development, job analysis, training and so on. The conclusion in this study shows that supervision, communication and work stress partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sari Kreasi Indonesia (Food and Beverages). Simultaneously supervision, communication and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sari Kreasi Indonesia (Food and Beverages).

Abstract

Perhitungan Badan Pusat Statistik, dalam 1 menit 32 detik terjadi 1 tindakan kriminal di Indonesia. Sementara itu, dari 100.000 orang di Indonesia 140 orang di antaranya beresiko terkena tindak kejahatan.  Tingginya angka kriminalitas dipengaruhi oleh bebrapa faktor seperti pendidikan, hukum yang kurang tegas, tingginya tingkat pengangguran dan upah yang tidak memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perkembangan faktor-faktor yang mempenaruhi terjadinya tidakan kriminalitas di Sumatera Utara, mengetahui  perkembangan kasus pidana dan perdata yang terjadi di Sumatera Utara dan mengetahui pengaruh  kriminalitas terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lanjutan yang peneliti lakukan sebelumnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk data sekunder adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS) menggunakan regresi linier sederhana.  Hasil penelitian ini  berdasarkan data masih tampak bahwa setiap tahunnya kasus pidana di Sumatera Utara masih banyak yang belum terselesaikan.  Berdasarkan hasil regersi linier berganda persamaanya adalah Y = 2,063+  0,051 X . Hasil uji parsial bahwa Berarti secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kriminalitas terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumatera Utara. Hasil keofisien determinasi variabel kriminalitas terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumatera Utara sangat kecil yaitu 0,01 % berarti masih banyak yang bisa dijadikan variabel yang bisa mempengaruhi terjadinya kriminalitas di sumatera Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at PT Hokinda Citralestari, determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT Hokinda Citralestari, determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Hokinda Citralestari and to know the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at PT Hokinda Citralestari. This research is descriptive quantitative with the instrument the questionnaire with the number of the population of all employees of PT Hokinda Citralestari as many as 400 people next calculated the Slovin formula so obtained a sample of 80 people. The results of the research obtained Value of the coefficient of t leadership style is 2,239 and the value of ttable of 1,990, where tcount > ttable (2,239 > 1,990) the value of sig < 0,05 (0,028 < 0.05), the coefficient value of tcount motivation is 2,923 and the value of ttable of 1,990, where tcount > ttable (2,923 > 1,990) the value of sig < 0,05 (0,005 < 0,05), the Value of the coefficient t work discipline is 2,148 and the value of ttable of 1,990 where tcount > ttable (2,148 > 1,990) the value of sig < 0,05 (0,035< 0,05). Furthermore, the value of Fcount variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline is 30,239 with a sig value of 0.000 and the value of Ftable of 2,720 where Fcount > Ftable (30,239 > 2,720) the value of sig < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). The value of adjusted R-square that is 0,526 or adjusted R2 x 100% of 52,60%, meaning that the independent variables of the study provide significant contribution in explaining about the performance of employees at 52,60% while the rest 47,40% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Today's developing economy encourages banks to focus on raising funds and channeling credit to people who need them to meet their needs. The funds he raises are known as DPK. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loans and Interest Rate Stimulant and Partial on Commercial Bank Credit Distribution listed on the IDX. This type of research used is quantitative. The research is causal and the data is quantitative with a ratio scale. Data collected documentation and secondary data. The total population of commercial banks listed on the IDX in 2014 - 2018 in 45 banks. The research sample consisted of 22 companies. This study was analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result is that Third Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Partial and stimulant Interest Rates have an influence on Commercial Bank Credit Distribution listed on the IDX.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at PT. Matahari Putera Prima (Hypermart) both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach. The population of this study was the consumers of PT Matahari Putera Prima. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula so that the samples obtained for the regression test were 100 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously the price and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Matahari Putera Prima (Hypermart). Partially, price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Matahari Putera Prima (Hypermart).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan. The researcher conducted research at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan. The approach of this research is quantitative research. The nature of this research is explanatory descriptive research. The population in this study were some customers of PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan who made purchases at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan. The regression model is used to test the hypothesis. The classic assumption test used includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedestity test. This data analysis model uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study at the same time became the conclusion of the study was a Brand of 2,329 with a significant value of 0.022 partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan. Price amounting to 2,405 with a significant value of 0,018 partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan.Personal Selling3,458 with a significant value of 0.001 partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Amerta Indah Outsuka Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Indomas Mitra Teknik, mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Indomas Mitra Teknik, mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap PT Indomas Mitra Teknik dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indomas Mitra Teknik dilaksanakan di PT Indomas Mitra Teknik dengan Populasi yaitu seluruh karyawan PT Indomas Mitra Teknik yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung Motivasi kerja (X1) adalah 7,313 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,000 dengan ketentuan nilai thitung > ttabel (7,313 > 2,000) dan nilai sig <0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung Kepuasan kerja (X2) adalah 3,665 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,000 dengan ketentuan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,665 > 2,000) dan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05), secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung Komitmen organisasi (X3) adalah 8,748 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,000 dengan ketentuan nilai thitung > ttabel (8,748 > 2,000) dan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), dan Pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana nilai Fhitung Motivasi kerja (X1), Kepuasan kerja (X2) dan Komitmen organisasi (X3) adalah 147,496 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,479 dengan ketentuan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (147,496 > 2,758) dan nilai sig <0,05 (0,000 < 0,05. Nilai Adjusted RSquare yaitu 0,882 atau adjusted R2 x 100% sebesar 88,20%, artinya variabel bebas penelitian berupa Motivasi kerja, Kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen organisasi memberikan sumbangsih besar dalam menjelaskan tentang Kinerja karyawan sebesar 88,20% sedangkan sisanya 11,80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kinerja karyawan , kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan merupakan variabel dominan mempengaruh kinerja karyawan serta secara simultan motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indomas Mitra Teknik

Abstract

This paper aims to clarify the determinants of the movement of inon-performing loans in the Indonesian banking sector and the impact of the iCOVID i19 pandemic on them. iTo this end, secondary data is obtained from the ministry of iHealth and the financial services authority I (OJK), each consisting of i47 data samples that have undergone different most it analyzes. iThe analysis used the inon-performing loan variable and the iCOVID19 pandemic variable. the results of the data analysis are how that iCOVID19 has is a significant impact on inon-performing loans, and the iCOVID19 variable can be used as an external indicator of the increase in inon-performing loans by Indonesian banks. It has been shown that there is a significant positive correlation between non-performing loans and the country's economic situation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability and Liqudity on the company's stock price in Property Sector. This research uses a quantitative approach, the type of research used is associative research. The data used are secondary data in the form of company financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In determining the sample of this study using a purposive sampling method that is determining the sample by making certain criteria. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the t test to determine the effect of individual independent variables on the dependent variable. While the F test is used to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA) simultaneously on stock prices. The regresion results of this research shows that independent variables like CR and ROA has a positive effect in predicting stock prices. While, the NPM variable has a negative effect in predicting the stock prices. Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return On Assets (ROA) simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Prices. Partially, Current Ratio (CR), and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant effect on Stock Prices. While Net Profit Margin (NPM) Does not have significant effect on Stock Prices. From the regression coefficient test concluded that 58,8% of the share price can be explained by the independent variables
