Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the auxiliary raw material inventory control by PG. Lestari Nganjuk using Just In Time. This study is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Analysis of the data used in this research using Just In Time. This study finds that by using Just In Time method, company could save cost since the company is not necessary to bear storage cost of the auxiliary raw materials. Therefore, with Just In Time method, this study finds total cost differences in 2013-2015 which consists of total saving for phosphate auxiliary raw materials, kapur pabrikasi and sulfur.  Based on the results of the analysis conducted in order to minimize the total cost incurred by the company each year should be PG. Lestari Nganjuk apply Just In Time method in determining quantity of optimal raw material auxiliary purchasing.

Abstract

The experience and extensive network of goods delivery service PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) does not make it the main choice for consumers. In fact, recently the goods delivery service PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has always been inferior to its competitors from private companies. There are at least two top factors in choosing PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) goods delivery services by consumers, namely purchasing channel selection and brand selection. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of purchasing channel selection and brand selection on purchasing decisions for PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) goods delivery services among e-commerce consumers. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method using primary data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 97 people and using secondary data as supporting data. The analytical methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test using the f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that the choice of purchasing channel and brand choice influence partially or jointly the decision to purchase PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) goods delivery services among e-commerce consumers.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Brondong menjadi salah satu penyumbang hasil tangkapan cumi-cumi yang cukup besar. Namun, masih bergantungnya hasil tangkapan di alam memberikan gambaran bahwa resiko eksploitasi dan penangkapan berlebih. Kondisi nelayan Indonesia yang identik dengan kemiskinan diperlukan pemanfaatan cumi-cumi secara berkelanjutan sehingga upaya untuk menjaga kelestarian sumber daya perikanan tetap dapat memberikan manfaat secara ekonomi bagi nelayan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat biomassa, hasil tangkapan, upaya penangkapan, rente ekonomi cumi-cumi di PPN Brondong pada kondisi Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY), Maximum Economic Yield (MEY), dan Open Access (OA) dengan menggunakan metode analisis bioekonomi Gordon-Schaefer. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa kondisi yang memberikan keuntungan secara maksimal adalah pada kondisi Maximum Economic Yield (MEY) dengan nilai rente ekonomi terbesar diantara ketiga kondisi pengelolaan bioekonomi. Sedangkan, kondisi yang memberikan potensi lestari secara maksimal adalah kondisi Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) dengan nilai hasil tangkapan terbesar. Hasil perbandingan analisis pada tiga kondisi pengelolaan bioekonomi dengan kondisi aktual menunjukkan bahwa upaya penangkapan secara aktual telah mencapai status tangkap lebih secara ekonomis (economic overfising).Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Brondong is one of the major contributors to the squid catch. The reliance on natural catches illustrates the risk of exploitation and overfishing. The condition of Indonesian fishermen, which is synonymous with poverty, requires sustainable utilization of squid so that efforts to preserve fisheries resources can still provide economic benefits for fishermen. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of biomass, catch, fishing effort, economic rent of squid at PPN Brondong under the conditions of Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY), Maximum Economic Yield (MEY), and Open Access (OA) using the Gordon-Schaefer bioeconomic analysis method. The results of the research conducted found that the condition that provides maximum profit is in the Maximum Economic Yield (MEY) condition with the largest economic rent value among the three bioeconomic management conditions. Meanwhile, the condition that provides maximum sustainable potential is the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) condition with the largest catch value. The results of the comparison analysis on the three bioeconomic management conditions with the actual conditions show that the actual fishing effort has reached the status of economic overfishing.

Abstract

The exogenous variables in this study are competence and organizational culture, and the endogenous variable is the employee’s performance at the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Kalimantan region. We sampled 99 staff in all work units of the Ministry of Religion in Kalimantan. The data for this study were collected through a questionnaire followed by interviews. The researchers chose mixed methods as their research approach. The data was then analyzed using SEM PLS, which consisted of descriptive statistical tests, inferential statistics, outer and inner models, path plots, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that competence had no significant effect on performance but had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, organizational culture significantly affects team member performance, while organizational engagement does not. Organizational involvement has a large positive effect on team member performance. In other words, organizational commitment can convey team member competence and performance, but organizational commitment fails to convey thisAbstrakVariabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi dan budaya organisasi, dan variabel endogen adalah prestasi pejabat Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia di wilayah Kalimantan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel terhadap 99 pegawai di seluruh unit kerja Kementerian Agama di Kalimantan. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dilanjutkan dengan wawancara. Para peneliti memilih metode campuran sebagai pendekatan penelitian ini. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS yang terdiri dari uji statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial, outer dan inner model, path plot, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, tetapi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selanjutnya budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan keterikatan organisasi tidak berpengaruh. Keterlibatan organisasi berpengaruh positif besar terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan kata lain, komitmen organisasi dapat menyampaikan kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan, tetapi komitmen organisasi gagal untuk menyampaikan hal ini
