Abstract

Provinsi Jawa Timur menjadi provinsi yang penting dalam mensuplai kebutuhan telur dalam negeri. Namun, pergerakan harga yang tidak stabil dan tidak dapat diperkirakan pada komoditas telur ayam ras akan menimbulkan resiko pada produsen, konsumen hingga keseimbangan ekonomi daerah lain.  Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat volatilitas harga dan melakukan proyeksi harga telur ayam ras di Jawa Timur pada tingkat produsen maupun konsumen. Analisis model ARCH GARCH digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi volatilitas serta meramalkan pergerakan harga telur ayam ras dari tingkat konsumen hingga produsen dengan menggunakan data harga telur ayam ras di tingkat konsumen dan produsen pada rentang tanggal 26 Maret 2019 – 1 Maret 2024 . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya volatilitas harga yang terjadi pada tingkat produsen menunjukan nilai yang tinggi sebesar 1,27092, sedangkan pada tingkat konsumen memiliki tingkat volatilitas yang rendah sebesar 0,5154, prediksi pergerakan harga telur ayam ras di tingkat konsumen bahwa harga telur ayam ras cenderung stabil di tingkat konsumen, tetapi pada produsen menunjukan nilai kenaikan rata – rata harga Rp52 hingga diprediksi menyentuh harga tertinggi Rp37.481, sedangkan pada tingkat konsumen menujukan kenaikan rata – rata harga Rp2 hingga diprediksi menyentuh harga terendah Rp26.461. Hasil ini menunjukengalami fluktuasi signifikan di tingkat produsen. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pemerintah daerah dapat merespons dengan cepat fluktuasi harga di tingkat produsen melalui kebijakan pengendalian harga

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen dalam pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji di Kota Bandung menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan ketentuan yaitu telah melakukan pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji di Kota Bandung Atribut buah semangka tanpa biji yang dianalisis terdiri dari atribut harga, atribut bentuk, atribut ukuran, atribut rasa, dan atribut penyajian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum karakteristik konsumen buah semangka tanpa biji adalah perempuan, berstatus ibu rumah tangga, dengan rentang usia 26-35 tahun, pendidikan terakhir sarjana/sederajat, mempunyai pendapatan lebih dari Rp5.000.000 perbulan. Motivasi pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi dan vitamin keluarga serta kecenderungan melakukan pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji secara situasional dengan frekuensi pembelian seminggu sekali, dan buah semangka tanpa biji yang dibeli sebanyak 1 buah atau pack. Preferensi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian buah semangka tanpa biji mengacu pada pilihan buah semangka tanpa biji dengan atribut harga kurang dari Rp15.000 perkilogram, atribut bentuk bulat, atribut ukuran (3-5 kg), atribut rasa yang manis dan atribut penyajian yaitu potongan.

Abstract

Farmers' adjustments in combining harvesters cause rice production to fluctuate yearly. This research intends to analyze factors impacting rice production and the degree of technical proficiency of rice farming using a combine harvester in Mindugading village. The study was accomplished in Mindugading Village, Tarik District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, from February to March 2024. A total of 53 farmers were sampled using a simple random sampling technique in this study. The variables utilized in this research are land area, seeds, labor, fertilizer, pesticides, and rental costs. The analytical method utilized in this research applies a parametric approach through models of Stochastic Frontier Analysis. The first stage uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, and the second uses the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method. This analysis was carried out with the assistance of Frontier Stochastic 4.1 software. The research outcomes reveal that rice production is affected by land area, fertilizer, seeds, and rental costs. The value of the combine harvester's technical efficiency is 0.87.

Abstract

A supply chain is a network of companies that work together to make and deliver products to end consumers. Specific market segments consume agricultural products and have a supply chain structure consisting of individuals based on trust between actors. Most companies in Indonesia have implemented supply chain management, but many have not maximized it, so it runs less effectively and efficiently. The problem in the FR tofu agroindustry is the incompatibility of the delivery schedule of soybean raw materials. This is due to climate change, poor weather conditions, and trade policies between countries that impact imported soybean production, which will hamper the production process in the FR tofu agroindustry. This study analyzes the supply chain flow of tofu products in the FR tofu agroindustry. The research was conducted at the FR tofu agroindustry in Sepande Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, from February to March 2024. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. This study's informants were six: 1 owner of FR tofu agroindustry, two people in tofu production, one soybean supplier, one cooperative employee, and one tofu retailer trader. The results showed that the supply chain flow of tofu products in the FR tofu agroindustry consisted of three flows, namely the flow of product (upstream to downstream), the flow of financial (downstream to upstream), and the flow of information (upstream to downstream and vice versa) The parties involved in the supply chain of tofu products are CV Rahardjo Indobeans, KOPTI "Karya Mulya" FR tofu agroindustry, and retail traders. This research suggests that the FR tofu agroindustry needs to build stronger relationships with local and imported soybean suppliers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) dalm pengembangan pasar durian serta Strategi pengembangan untuk komoditas unggulan durian di Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kabupaten Jombang. Lokasi Penelitian terletak di Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang dengan responden ketua dan anggota kelompok tani. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dan Analisis SWOT. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kekuatan tertinggi terdapat pada topografi yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan durian. Kelemahan tertinggi terdapat pada penggunaan teknologi budidaya yang masih konvensional. Peluang tertinggi terdapat pada berpeluang menjadi produk unggulan daerah. Ancaman tertinggi terdapat pada pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tidak stabil. Strategi yang bisa dterapkan demi mengupayakan pengembangan komoditas unggulan durian Desa Wonosalam ialah Memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penetrasi pasar, menggunakan media sosial, situs web dan aplikasi seluler. Kolaborasi dengan kelompok tani lain untuk meningkatkan distribusi dan ketersediaan produk Durian. Memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada petani yang belum mengikuti arahan. Memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana yang ada untuk menerapkan teknologi pertanian modern.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis di Indonesia saat ini mengalami kemajuan yang pesat. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor jasa, perdagangan, manufaktur, dan agroindustri saling bersaing untuk bertahan dan menjadi yang terbaik. Salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara di Indonesia yang mempunyai perkebunan kopi sendiri dan menyediakan bahan baku kopi setengah jadi adalah PTPN 12, bahan baku kopi setengah jadi tersebut kemudian diolah oleh anak perusahaannya yaitu PT. Rolas Nusantara Mandiri. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja manajemen rantai pasok, terlebih dahulu harus diidentifikasi manajemen rantai pasok perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen rantai pasok produk kopi PT. RNM. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan data primer hasil wawancara terhadap 3 responden yaitu Kepala Divisi Pemasaran, Kepala Divisi Produksi, dan Kepala Divisi Akuntansi dan SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku arus barang, arus keuangan dan informasi mengenai produk kopi PT. RNM yaitu: a) Supplier yaitu PTPN 12, b) Manufacture yaitu PT. RNM, c) Retailer dan d) Konsumen akhir. Saluran pemasaran yang digunakan PT. RNM untuk mendistribusikan produk kopinya yaitu saluran pemsaran tingkat pertama. Aktivitas rantai pasok yang terjadi pada supplier, manufacture dan retailer berjalan dengan baik dan tanpa adanya hambatan yang berarti.

Abstract

Digital marketing encompasses promotional activities and market research conducted through online digital media, utilizing various platforms such as social networks. Brand awareness plays a crucial role in marketing by introducing a brand or product to the public. This study aims to enhance Necerel's brand awareness and market reach, encouraging consumers to consider and ultimately purchase its services. The methods employed included discussions and interviews with mentors and supervisors, followed by hands-on practice as a digital marketer at Necerel. This involved content design, strategy implementation, and subsequent evaluation and improvement. The internship yielded the following results: 1. An increase in the target market, followers, and views on Necerel's social media platforms due to effective digital marketing strategies. 2. Enhanced trust among potential customers towards Necerel's e-commerce platform for promoting products and services. 3. Improved visibility and credibility of Necerel through the development of a website, landing page, and Google Maps presence, providing potential customers with comprehensive information.

Abstract

Edufarmers Foundation is an institution under the auspices of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk., was established to accelerate farmers' productivity and develop the potential of Indonesian youth in agriculture. As part of this initiative, they have created a farmer field school program, where empowerment activities for farmers to increase agricultural productivity occur. One of the activities involves mentoring farmers in producing alternative photosynthetic bacteria fertilizers made from affordable materials to help increase crop productivity while reducing input costs. This activity aims to educate and assist farmers in reducing farming costs by utilizing alternative fertilizers made from materials available at home while still emphasizing the productivity of cultivated crops.

Abstract

Empowerment of Women Farmers Group (KWT) must be done so that local potential can be utilized and agricultural products can be processed into high-value economic products. One of the local potentials that can be developed is Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Besides being beneficial for health, TOGA also has high economic value when sold as raw materials for traditional medicine and instant herbal drinks. The empowerment effort carried out is counseling on making the innovative herbal drink GoldenBlend Tonic, a combination of high-quality spices. Community Service activities were carried out at the Gelam Village Hall, Candi District, Sidoarjo, attended by 25 people from the Gelam Village KWT. This activity aims to empower the local women farmers by providing knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products into high-value economic products. The method used is counseling involving presentations, discussions, and direct practice. The result of this activity is an increased understanding and skills of the KWT regarding innovative herbal drink products. In the future, it is expected that the Gelam Village KWT can develop new products, increase productivity, and strengthen the economy of their families and communities.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the snack food sector is an important strategy to improve the local economy and empower rural communities. This research explores the effectiveness of aid distribution and outreach as an effort to develop snack food MSMEs in Galengdowo Village, Wonosalam, Jombang. Using a qualitative approach, a case study was conducted to examine the impact of capital assistance, training, and the introduction of digital technology on increasing production capacity, product quality, and market access for MSMEs. The study results show that the assistance provided has had a significant positive impact, including improvements in business management, online marketing, and development of partnership networks. Socialization regarding marketplaces and digital marketing strategies has also proven effective in increasing product visibility and creating added value for MSMEs. However, challenges such as limited information technology infrastructure remain obstacles that need to be overscome to support the sustainable growth of MSMEs in the future.
