Abstract

this research developed a method using fragile watermarking technique for color images to achieve secure e-government tamper detection with recovery capability. Before performing the watermark insertion process, the RGB image is converted first into YCbCr image. The watermark component is selected from the image feature that approximates the original image, in which the chrominance value features as a watermark component. For a better detection process, 3-tuple watermark, check bits, parity bits, and recovery bits are selected. The average block in each 2 x 2 pixels is selected as 8 restoration bits of each component, the embedding process work on the pixels by modifying the pixels value of three Least Significant Bit (LSB) . The secret key for secure tamper detection and recovery, transmitted along with the watermarked image, and the algorithm mixture is used to extract information at the receiving end. The results show remarkably effective to restore tampered image.

Abstract

Smart-city & Intelligent Approach” merupakan terminologi yang membuat kota-kota di Indonesia tertantang untuk memanfaatkan TIK di semua aktifitas. Namun demikian, ada data, bahwa lebih dari 47% proyek TIK dinyatakan kurang berhasil. Hal ini mendorong SIEC-ITS melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi, yang tidak saja yang bersifat makro (kebijakan dan frame work), tapi juga aplikasi nyata di lapangan, berupa hardware dan software. Master-Plan Intelligent Transportation Surabaya (ITS) adalah contoh produk makro yang dijadikan rujukan hingga saat ini. Master Plan ini melahirkan inovasi aplikasi S-ITS, sebuah sistem pengaturan lalu-lintas adaptif yang seluruh interfacenya dikembangkan oleh anak-anak bangsa. SIEC-ITS juga sedang menguji coba sistem manajemen armada dan sistem manajemen revenu untuk angkutan massal cepat (AMC) Surabaya. Untuk melengkapi itu, SIEC-ITS melakukan integrasi sistem e-Dishub, sebagai bagian dari konsep “Smart-Mobility”. Dengan interintegrasi ini, maka data dan informasi dari aplikasi e-Lalin, e-Transport, e-Perijinan, e-Pengujian, e-Sekretariat, e-Terminal, termasuk e-Parkir akan berada dalam satu platform terpadu, sehingga manajemen lalu-lintas, penataan transportasi dan pengendalian sarana-prasarana dapat dilakukan secara tepat, efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) di bidang transportasi, diharapkan memberikan pelayanan operasional yang efektif kepada masyarakat dan dapat memberikan kelancaran pada sistem transportasi secara umum. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya telah membangun Adaptive Traffic Control System - Intelligent Transport System (ATCS-ITS) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan lalulintas, serta peningkatan kelancaran lalulintas. Sistem ATCS bekerja dengan inputan kamera dan sensor. Input tersebut kemudian diolah di ruang control oleh operator, kemudian hasil dari inputan tersebut bisa berupa pengaturan traffic light dan Variable Message Sign (VMS). Selanjutnya, sistem ATCS – ITS ini dikembangkan, dengan melengkapi komponen Advanced Public Transportation System (APTS) yang meliputi manajemen armada (fleet management) dan manajemen revenue (e-ticket). Manajemen armada yang berbasis pada transportasi cerdas memberikan solusi operasional lalu-lintas yang efisien, menyegarkan kembali kapasitas ruas jalan, memperpendek mileage, mengurangi waktu tempuh, menekan konsumsi bahan bakar dan tingkat polusi dari emisi gas buang, mengurangi kelelahan pengemudi sehingga mengurangi resiko kecelakaan.

Abstract

Saat ini ADS-B menjadi bagian penting pada sistem penerbanganmodern. Dengan teknologi yang dipunyai pesawat dapat menentukanposisinya, ketinggian dan kecepatan berdasar data GPS yang diterima lewatsatelit dan membroadcast sinyal tersebut dalam rangka alat bantu trackingbagi manajemen traffic oleh air traffic control, sebagai pengganti secondaryradar. Saat ini sifat sinyal broadcast ADS-B adalah terbuka dan dapatditerima secara bebas. Akan tetapi diasumsikan, bahwa suatu saatdibutuhkan sistem ADS-B yang harus aman, seperti pada aplikasi militerdan aplikasi lain. Untuk itu dilakukan perancangan pengamanan sinyalADS-B menggunakan algoritma Blow-Fish yang sangat terkenal di duniakomunikasi data. Hasil simulasi sinyal baseband menunjukkan, bahwa diperlukan waktu proses rata-rata untuk menambahkan security code adalahselama 79.09 milidetik, dengan koefisien korelasi yang sangat kecil (0,004716), dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menembus secarabrute force, tergantung panjang bits.

Abstract

Transportation is one of the primary needs of human beings that cannot be avoided, with the increasing vehicle can lead to a congested road situation which can lead to less safe road safety. An Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) can be used to increase road safety. This system uses a Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) protocol for network access due to its low latency transmission time. Unfortunately, there is research shows that DSRC has a performance issue in a dense area or increased network load. This problem is mostly solved with a heterogeneous network DSRC-LTE but utilizes mobile phone networks that dynamically change can lead to inconsistent and unpredictable network performance. There is some research about ZigBee for ITS shows that it is decent enough for non-critical applications.  Thus, the authors try to utilize Zigbee to create the DSRC-Zigbee heterogeneous network so that the network is independent for the ITS application. The proposed heterogeneous network is a fixed model due to its simple architecture. OMNeT++ and Simulation of Urban Mobility (SUMO) are used to evaluate the performance of the network in an urban area with various scenarios. The simulation result shows that the proposed heterogeneous network is capable to improve the messages dissemination rate by 15.78% and 1.22% in a certain scenario compared to the homogeneous network DSRC only.

Abstract

The transition of BPHTB management from central taxes to regional taxes is a continuation of the regional autonomy policy. The difference between the market value and the prevailing NJOP poses a challenge for the Sintang District Government in determining the Tax Object Acquisition Value (NPOP) as the basis for imposing BPHTB. Machine learning has been extensively explored for predictions and can be an alternative that can help predict NPOP, especially house prices. This study uses backward elimination and forward selection methods to select the features used in this study and multiple linear regression and K-Nearest Neighbor methods to make house price prediction models. The results of model performance measurement using RMSE, Multiple Linear Regression method with feature selection using backward elimination resulted in a better model with an RMSE value of 44.02 (million rupiahs) and an R2 value of 0.707.
