Abstract

This study examines the management model of women’s leadership in Islamic higher education institution. Amidst the unpopularity of women leaders leading public Islamic religious universities, IAIN Ponorogo has been led by women for over a decade (2010-2023). This research employed a qualitative methodology involving some women leaders at IAIN Ponorogo, mainly the current rector and two heads of study programs. This research is limited to examining the last period of current women's leadership. The results of this study reveal that leaders at IAIN Ponorogo have standards for building the quality of higher education. The women's leadership management model tends to be feminist-transformational, which explores how women leaders contribute to the main elements of management: input, process, and output. The role of leaders in the main aspects of management is to ensure the availability of input indicators, encourage implementation, assist implementation, be actively involved in process indicators, and produce a feminist-transformational leadership model in output indicators. The behavioral framework that shows feminist-transformational is a charismatic leader who can stimulate intellectually, have individual attention, and be an inspiration and motivation.

Abstract

Religious moderation has several pillars that must be understood and studied by those living in Indonesia. In religious moderation, indicators as a determinant of loving the homeland or NKRI are set in stone, one of which is believing and believing in Pancasila as the basis of the country which has been upheld with various values contained which are very meaningful. With the ideology of Pancasila, which is an indicator of religious moderation, it is hoped that Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia will be able to become one of the best implementing agents and be able to harmonize the teachings and values of this ideology with the students. Because the education system in Islamic boarding schools produces students who are committed to their religious teachings which put religion as the soul and preaching as a way of controlling the soul. Therefore, Islamic boarding schools are expected to be able to adopt an intolerant attitude towards religious commitments and perspectives on life in a country, especially Indonesia, which consists of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and Pancasila.KH Yudian Wahyudi has a very important point of view in grounding the values of Pancasila, diversity, tolerance, democracy, justice, nationality, love for the motherland, and love for peace. And through Islamic boarding school education that upholds religion and faith, it is hoped that it can become one of the agents who live by the values of Pancasila as a national ideology that has philosophical values about divinity, justice and respect for fellow human beings to be a good starting point to be implemented as best as possible in the scope of Islamic boarding schools specifically to oversee religious moderation. So that religious moderation can be maintained properly in accordance with Pancasila which is the basis of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Tulisan ini hendak mengintegrasikan permainan tradisional perspektif Ki Hadjar Dewantara pada pembelajaran sains. Permainan tradisional menurut Ki Hadjar Dewantara adalah pendidikan ideal untuk anak. Melalui permainan, anak akan mampu mengembangkan aspek kognisi, afeksi dan psikomotorinya. Proses kontruksi pengetahuan alami dalam permainan tradisional menggunakan pendekatan etnosains. Metodologi dalam kajian ini menggunakan studi pustaka atau studi literatur yang dilakukan dengan menggali dan mengkaji berbagai teori dan praksis melalui penelusuran literatur dari buku-buku, penelitian-penelitian, jurnal ilmiah dan berbagai data dan fakta dalam bentuk teks. Hasil kajian ini adalah bahwa pengetahuan sains alami pada permainan tradisional dapat digali dan dikontruksi dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnosains. Pendekatan etnosains dimaksudkan untuk melihat dan mengungkap prinsip-prinsip yang penting dari aktifitas permainan tradisional anak yang sebelumnya tidak diketahui fungsi ilmiah yang sebenarnya. Integrasi permainan tradisional dalam pendidikan sains dapat diupayakan melalui pemuatan nilai-nilai sains yang terkandung dalam permainan tradisional ke dalam pembelajaran sains. Proses integrasi pengetahuan sains alami dalam permainan tradisional dapat dilakukan pertama, melalui pemberian materi permainan tradisional kepada anak didik. Kedua, permainan tradisional digunakan sebagai metode penyampaian materi sains.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis agama Islam. pendidikan pada tingkat dasar yang mempunyai peran ganda, tidak hanya mengajarkan ilmu pengetahuan tetapi juga mentransfer nilai-nilai Islam. Oleh karena itu, integrasi ilmu pengetahuan alam (sains) dengan ilmu pengetahuan Islam merupakan suatu keharusan yang perlu dilakukan dan dikembangkan. Jika tidak terintegrasi maka akan terjadi dikotomi antara sains modern dan sains Islam. . Pembelajaran IPA merupakan salah satu ilmu umum yang perlu diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Karena Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) merupakan mata pelajaran yang berhubungan dengan alam. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang sains dan pembelajaran integrasi teori al-jabiri dengan sains yang sedang berkembang saat ini, bayani mengintegrasikan dengan ayat dan As-sunnah yang berkaitan dengan Perkembangbiakan tumbuhan, burhani aktifitas kegiatan siswa pada pembelajaran ipa pada materi reproduksi tumbuhan, sedangkan irfani manfaat dari integrasi ayat dan sunnah tentang Materi Tumbuhan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil berikut menjelaskan bagaimana mengintegrasikan pembelajaran reproduksi tumbuhan dengan agama sunnah dan Al-Qur’an serta menjelaskan proses pengintegrasian pembelajaran tersebut dalam bentuk Rencana pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013.
