Abstract

Jeruk Kalamansi merupakan tanaman khas provinsi Bengkulu. Jeruk Kalamansi umumnya dimanfaatkan menjadi sirop Kalamansi, dimana pengolahan ini melibatkan sejumlah industri sirop diantaranya “Segar Asri”. Tantangan industri sirop Kalamansi yakni memastikan produk memiliki kualitas dan disukai oleh konsumen. Solusi untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen pada produk yang ditawarkan yakni melalui sejumlah survei kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diuji melalui uji realiabilitas dan validitas untuk menentukan atribut yang valid serta reliabel kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Analisis kepuasan menggunakan metode CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). Berdasarkan penelitian, analisis kesesuaian antara kinerja dan kepentingan menunjukkan bahwa atribut merek produk menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam pembelian sirop kalamansi “Segar Asri”. Indeks kepuasan konsumen diperoleh atribut produk sirop kalamansi “Segar Asri” termasuk ke dalam kriteria sangat puas, serta berdasarkan diagram IPA perbaikan atribut sirop kalamansi “Segar Asri” yaitu kesesuaian rasa, promosi, aroma, variasi bentuk, ukuran kemasan, dan ketahanan kemasan botol.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yakni mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis keadaan internal dan eksternal yang memberikan dampak pada pengembangan industri kecil “Penggilingan Evi Tenggiri” serta memperoleh alternatif strategi dalam mengembangkan industri kecil ini. Hasil penelitian diperoleh faktor strategis yang paling berpengaruh dalam pengembangan usaha penggilingan ikan yaitu rencana pemasaran (kekuatan), target jumlah produksi (kelemahan), suplai bahan baku (peluang) dan musim tidak menangkap ikan (ancaman). Hasil analisis matriks IFE menggambarkan pemberian bobot dan rating menghasilkan skor kekuatan sebesar 1,58 dan skor kelemahan sebesar 1,23. Poin tersebut menunjukkan bahwa faktor kekuatan memiliki tingkat signifikansi yang lebih tinggi daripada faktor kelemahan. Sementara itu, pada faktor eksternal, skor peluang sebesar 1,47 dan skor ancaman sebesar 1,28 mengindikasikan faktor peluang yang dimiliki oleh usaha ini memiliki dampak yang lebih besar daripada faktor ancaman. Pertimbangan ini menempatkan alternatif strategi pengembangan usaha dalam kuadran I, sehingga strategi yang relevan untuk diadopsi adalah Strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities). "Penggilingan Evi Tenggiri" dapat memaksimalkan bahan baku yang memadai untuk memanfaatkan peluang, hubungan kerja sama yang kuat dengan konsumen, penyedia bahan baku, dan pemerintah selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan rencana pemasaran dengan melancarkan promosi melalui berbagai media untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan penguasaan pasar, serta memaksimalkan saluran distribusi yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Sintaro Gold is one of the small and medium industries in the Rejang Lebong district, processing coffee into ground coffee.  The development of this industry requires a financial feasibility analysis to see whether the business can provide profits and maximize the existing production process.  The research aims to determine the financial aspects and sensitivity of the Sintaro Gold industry in producing ground coffee in Rejang Lebong.  The research uses primary and secondary data with a quantitative descriptive approach.  The financial aspect study uses calculations of the R-C Ratio (R/C), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) The sensitivity analysis is based on increases in raw material prices and decreases in selling prices.  The results of the research found that at a discount factor level of 7.05%, the R/C was 1.56-2.40, the NPV was IDR 6,844,209, the Net B/C was 1.071 and the IRR was 9.07% so that this business worth developing.  An increase in raw material prices of 3.61% is not sensitive to business, but a decrease in selling prices of 3.61% is sensitive to business feasibility.

Abstract

Purpose: this study aims to analyze the business sensitivity of a factory producing high acid crude palm oil (HACPO) in Pasar Bembah Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency, and to study a factory in the form of a small-scale palm oil industry that processes palm oil pulp into non-food CPO. The technical and financial aspects of the business will also be considered. Metodology: the procedure carried out was collected technical and financial information on the small factory of High Acid CPO from the financial perspective (NPV, IRR, and Payback Period) to assess the feasibility of the business. Sensitivity analysis was carried out by considering conditions which vulnerable to change, and as final assessement the practicality of the business. Result: results of the study from the technical and financial aspects show that the Mini High Acid CPO Factory with a capacity of 2 tons per day in Pasar Bembah Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu was feasible executed. Feasibility because it can be supported by the availability of raw materials, labor costs, production processes, machinery and equipment, production capacity, and environmental impacts. The results of the business sensitivity analysis showed that the decline in selling prices and spikes in raw material costs have an impact on the HACPO Business. Originality: study examines about just started to develop bussines of the techno-economics of small factory HACPO for non-food CPO products. Type of research: explained descriptive quantitative research in techno-economic prespective of small business HACPO.

Abstract

The Prosperous and Sumber Jaya Women's Environmental Observer Group (KPPL) is located in Rejang Lebong District, Bengkulu Province. This group has been established as a cooperative and produces various processed foods. The main raw materials focused on by the group are jackfruit and avocado. The aim of this service activity is to enhance the knowledge and skills of the women's environmental observer group (KPPL) in developing processed jackfruit into shredded, preservation-based products to increase its nutritional value. The service method includes surveys, socialization through material presentations, hands-on practice in producing processed jackfruit combined with fish, the preservation process, and the design of activity evaluations using pre-test and post-test results. The level of understanding of participants about jackfruit products whether they need to be preserved, several types of food preservatives and jackfruit can be used as shredded jackfruit when pretested is high, namely above 70% (86.96%, 95.65% and 91.30%). The combination of jackfruit and fish products, as well as agricultural and fishery materials can be used for food preservatives at the time of the pre-test needs to be highligh (highlighted) with the percentage of participants who know that it is still below 70% (65.22 and 26.09). Overall, participants experienced an increase in knowledge before the activity (pre-test results) and after the activity (post-test results).
