Abstract

Uno Stacko Game Media Development In Career Guidance About Understanding Career Exploration. This study aims to determine the objective conditions of career exploration understanding, to find out the results of the material expert validation test and the results of the media expert test on the development of the Uno Stacko game media in career guidance about understanding career exploration in class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Rajagaluh. This research uses a type of research and development or known as R&D (Research and Development) using the Brog and Gall model until the 5th stage. The data collection technique is in the form of an assessment sheet. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the expert's assessment of the material development material for the uno stacko game media in career guidance on understanding career exploration, the score was 82 with the criteria of "Very Good", the results of the assessment of media experts obtained a score of 75 with the criteria of "Good". Thus, based on the assessment of the two experts above, the uno stacko game media in career guidance on understanding career exploration for class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Rajagaluh is declared feasible to use.Keywords: Career Exploration, Uno Stacko, Career Guidance

Abstract

Latar belakang Minimnya pengetahuan siswa tentang interaksi social, masih terdapat siswa kelas di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Piyungan yang memiliki kemampuan interaksi social kurang atau rendah. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan ciri-ciri seperti kurangnya interaksi antar siswa dengan siswa, diswa dengan guru, kurangnya komunikasi dan tidak ada tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Tujuan: 1). Untuk mengetahui pengembangan media puzzle untuk meningkatkan interaksi social pada siswa kelas VIII di SMMP Negeri 2 Piyungan 2). Untuk mengetahui kelayakan setelah dilakukan penilaian hasil uji validitas ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli layanan terhadap media puzzle untuk meningkatkan interaksi social pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Piyungan Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan R&D yang dikemukakan oleh Borg and Gall dalam penelitian ini, yang digunakan hanya tahap pertama sampai kelima yaitu : 1). Potensi dan masalah. 2). Pengumpulan data. 3). Desain produk. 4). Validitas desain. 5). Revisi desain. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui data hasil wawancara dengan Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Hasil penelitian ini diukur menggunakan lembar uji validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli uji validasi layanan, ahli uji validasi materi dan ahli uji validasi media dengan hasil: a) uji ahli materi memperoleh nilai 82,5 dengan kategori sangat baik, b) uji ahli media memperoleh nilai 90 dengan kategori sangat baik, c) uji ahli validasi layanan BK memperoleh nilai 84,4 dengan kategori sangat baik. Diharapkan dengan adanya pembaruan media pada layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dapat menunjang para guru BK untuk pemahaman pentingnya berinteraksi social.

Abstract

This study explores and analyzes the perspectives of early childhood education (ECE) teachers in Yogyakarta regarding Play-Based Learning (PBL) and evaluates the alignment of their perspectives with PBL implementation in early childhood settings. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered via Google Forms to 41 randomly selected ECE teachers, representing 20% of the target population. The survey included 26 closed-ended items on a Likert scale and four semi-open questions for additional insights. Descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS version 26 revealed a mean perspective score of 39.5854 with a standard deviation of 6.70439, categorizing 56.1% of teachers as having a medium alignment with PBL, 26.8% as high, and 17.1% as low. Thematic analysis of qualitative responses highlighted the perceived benefits of PBL for both children and teachers, including enhanced creativity, easier engagement, and improved learning environments. Despite the limited sample size and potential biases, the findings underscore the importance of continuous professional development for ECE teachers. Future research should expand the sample size and explore additional variables influencing teachers' perspectives. These insights are crucial for policymakers and educational institutions aiming to enhance early childhood education quality through effective PBL implementation.

Abstract

Students who are adjusting themselves have obstacles or barriers faced by individuals characterized by an attitude of not respecting teachers and friends, acting as they please, not doing assignments, and committing violations in the school environment. One effort that can be made to improve the ability to adjust can be done with group guidance using problem solving techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services using problem solving techniques to improve adjustment in high school students in grade X. This type of research is an experiment with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. The population of this study was 213 students in grade X of SMA Negeri 1 Jalaksana, sampling was carried out using the Random Sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 16 students consisting of 8 students in the control group and 8 students in the experimental group. The research instrument was in the form of a scale of adjustment given during the pretest and posttest. The analysis used the two-sample t-test formula. The data was first tested for analysis prerequisites, namely normality and homogeneity tests. The results of the hypothesis using the independent t-test showed sig. (2-tailed) of 0.002 < 0.05, so the research results show that there is a difference in the effectiveness of using group guidance services using problem solving techniques and group guidance services using discussion techniques on students' self-adjustment.

Abstract

The school counselling profession has challenges in pandemic or post-Covid-19 pandemic conditions for self-development and alleviation of student problems. Current conditions limit all access to learning as well as GC-S (GC-S). The social media utilization becomes an alternative supporting GC-S. The goal of this research is to evaluate the use of social media by school counsellors to support GC-S in schools. Mix-method research with sequential transformative design through quantitative data backed by qualitative data. The research targets were 90 students and three school counsellors with questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of questionnaire data was quantitative with standard deviation and percentage, and then interview data was descriptive qualitative. The result of the study is that school counsellors have used social media to support GC-S with good categories. School counsellors use two primary social media, namely WhatsApp and YouTube, because of the access and convenience for students, although not all students can interact, discuss, and participate actively. Counsellors need to be more active and creative during a pandemic or post-Covid-19 pandemic in GC-S with various technologies in GC-S.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prevalensi kecemasan ujian siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Bantul. Subyek penelitian yang terlibat dalam studi ini sebanyak 316 siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling. AnĂ¡lisis data yang digunakan yakni anĂ¡lisis deskriptif. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMP di kabupaten Bantul mengalami kecemasan ujian mayoritas pada kategori sedang. Ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, siswa perempuan memiliki kecemasan ujian kategori sedang lebih banyak daripada siswa laki-laki. Selain itu, siswa SMP yang tinggal di perkotaan menunjukkan kecemasan ujian lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang tinggal di perdesaan. Hasil studi ini diharapkan dapat berimplikasi pada dasar penyusunan dan pelaksanaan intervensi bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah
