Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the short and long run behavior of ownership structure, capital structure and Indonesian Stock Price over the period from 2007 to 2016. To capture the long run relationships, we used the panel cointegration by Pedroni (1999, 2000, 2004), while the short run relationship are measured by Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The main findings are as follows. First, the result of most results of Pedroni’s panel cointegration tests, suggest the null hypothesis of no cointegration is rejected. In consequence, this result suggests that there is a cointegration between stock price, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, public ownership, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share. Second, the results of VECM indicate that in the short run, only managerial ownership that will influence the stock price.

Abstract

Solar drying technology has become a vital innovation for sustainable food preservation and renewable energy utilization, offering an energy-efficient alternative to conventional drying methods. This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research trends, influential authors, key institutions, and geographical contributions in the field of solar drying technology from 2004 to 2024. We analyzed 108 relevant publications using the Scopus database and VOSviewer software, revealing a significant increase in research output since 2010, with a marked surge after 2016. India and China emerge as leading contributors, driven by their large agricultural sectors and favorable solar conditions. Key research efforts have focused on improving energy efficiency, optimizing drying processes, and preserving product quality. Despite these advancements, critical gaps remain, particularly in scaling solar drying systems and integrating hybrid technologies that combine solar energy with other renewable sources. This study highlights the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration to advance technological innovation and address challenges in food security and energy sustainability. Future research should focus on developing hybrid systems, finding better ways to store energy, and studying how solar drying affects the taste and nutritional value of food in order to make it more useful in a wider range of climates and farming situations. Keywords: Solar Drying Technology, Bibliometric Analysis, Renewable Energy, Hybrid Systems, and Food Preservation.

Abstract

The application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, accountability, and sustainability in managing village-based economies. This research employs a doctrinal legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches. The data used comprise secondary sources from legislation, legal journals, and relevant literature. The analysis reveals that GCG principles are implicitly accommodated in various regulations governing BUMDes, with explicit provisions only found in Article 24 paragraph (6) letter a of the Minister of Villages Regulation Number 3 of 2021. The study highlights the necessity of strengthening GCG principles through more detailed and effective legal frameworks in higher-level regulations. This reinforcement is expected to promote professional, integrated, and sustainable governance of BUMDes, contributing to competitive village economic development.
