Abstract

Tawangmangu is a natural tourist spot. In Tawangmangu there are many recommended tourist attractions andmust be visited by tourists. Tawangmangu is also known as a place of trade and agriculture. One of the superioragricultural products that have reached the global market is herbs, so Tawangmangu becomes herbal tourism. Coffeeis one of the herbal products that is starting to be in great demand by tourists. One of the problems in Lawu's coffeebusiness is the marketing sector. Effective marketing is expected to increase the volume of coffee sales and have animpact on the welfare of coffee farmers. Based on a survey conducted by the community service team to coffee farmersin Gondosuli Tawangmangu, it shows that marketing is still the main problem. The service team provides solutions tothese problems by providing counseling and training on Tik Tok-based digital marketing. The output of thiscommunity service activity is that the farmer group has the knowledge and skills in marketing coffee effectively withsocial media. Weaknesses in this service are 1) the low level of knowledge and skills of farmer groups in the field ofinformation technology, 2) limited cost and time. Strength is sufficient land and farmer groups to produce coffee.Opportunity is that coffee is one of the products that is very popular with the public. The challenge is that there are novillage-level institutions that provide an institutional platform for the development of the farmers' coffee industry. TheLawu coffee industry is expected to become a leading industry in Tawangmangu, which will become an internationaltourism destination.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and motivation for tourist village communities and local stakeholders to enter the world of the tourism industry. This is important to do so that the tourism potential in rural areas truly brings blessings to the local community, not to corporations. The way rural communities "take" advantage of today's tourism developments is through developing the creative economy. The methods in this activity are Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and counseling. This activity was enthusiastically attended by the Karangtaruna group. They are also committed to collaboration with several creative groups that already exist in Pancot Hamlet, such as the Gita Laras group and the Reog group, to continue to consistently develop the creative industry.
