Abstract

The increasingly rapid digital development demands that the learning media used can attract students' interest and attention. The research method used is Research and Development with 4D development stages (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Android-based learning media in digital simulation subjects at Padang City Vocational Schools. The research population was 73 Padang City Vocational High School students who were randomly selected from SMKN 1 Padang, SMKN 2 Padang, and SMKN 4 Padang. Based on data from the effectiveness test results, the average effectiveness was 84.96%. So it can be concluded that the use of Android-based learning media in digital simulation subjects at the Padang City Vocational High School is categorized as an effective media.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kota Padang, Pembelajaran bersifat daring dan luring, dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 yang mengacu kepada Surat Edaran Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang pencegahan Covid-19 pada satuan pendidikan sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran yang bersifat interaktif dan menarik bagi siswa. Metode penelitian termasuk ke dalam skim penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat validitas pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis LMS E-study Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kota Padang. Hasil uji validitas oleh lima orang validator terdiri dari pakar blended learning, pakar sistem informasi dan konten disimpulkan pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis LMS E-study dinyatakan valid digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Persentase rata-rata hasil uji validitas adalah 90,4% dan termasuk kategori sangat valid. Jadi pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis LMS E-study layak digunakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kota Padang.
