Abstract

Meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat dalam bidang kesehatan, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ende membangun gedung puskesmas di beberapa kecamatan salah satunya adalah gedung Puskesmas Kota Ende yang berada di Jl.Kokos Raya, Kelurahan Mautapaga, Kecamatan Ende Timur. Gedung ini di kerjakan pada tahun 2019 yang terdiri dari dua lantai dengan luas 506 m². Anggaran biaya pembangunan Puskesmas Kota Ende adalah Rp5.980.000.000,00 (Lima Miliar Sembilan Ratus Delapan Puluh Juta Rupiah). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap sarana dan prasarana Puskesmas kota Ende. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien di puskesmas tersebut yang berjumlah 64 responden dan diambil secara random. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, data diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner secara langsung oleh responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jawaban terhadap kualitas sarana dan prasarana Puskesmas Kota Ende, yaitu kriteria tangibles/bukti nyata menjawab puas dengan nilai presentase tertinggi sebesar 89,06%, kriteria reability/keandalan menjawab puas sebesar 85,94%. Untuk kriteria responsive/tanggapan menjawab puas dengan nilai tertinggi 87,50%, kriteria empati menjawab puas dengan nilai tertinggi 81,25% dan kriteria assurance/jaminan menjawab puas dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu 84,38%. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil, bahwa responden menyatakan puas terhadap sarana dan prasarana Puskesmas Kota Ende.

Abstract

The government is trying to eliminate complaints from the tender system that has been implemented so far, of course, to bring equality and accelerate budget absorption so that development can run smoothly and the welfare of the community is realized. To implement the principles of Good Governance and Clean Government, the government must be ready to implement the principles of accountability, resources, finance, technology, and innovation, and complete qualifications, efficiently and implement good and impartial actions and regulations, as well as ensure interaction economic and social relations between the government. The research method consists of literature study, determination of research object, data collection by using questionnaires and interviews, and data analysis. The object of this research is a small-scale contractor in Ende Regency, under the auspices of APAKSINDO (Association of Indonesian Construction Entrepreneurs) Ende branch. The method of data collection was done by questionnaire to the contractor. Data from the questionnaire was then analyzed including validity test and linear regression analysis and T-test analysis. The results of this study indicate the level of readiness of contractors in the Ende Regency, some state that they are ready for all the regulations given by the Ende Regency Construction Services and some state that they are not ready. The more dominant readiness factors include the readiness of resources, finance, technology and innovation, and qualifications that affect the level of contractor readiness.

Abstract

Sand mining workers are part of the procurement of materials for construction activities, so they need to beconsidered because the risk opportunities are quite large. In this study, the risk assessment method uses arisk assessment matrix. After collecting the data, it is then analyzed to find out how big the risk is to the sandmining workers of the Ventura River. The results of this study obtained that the risk due to employees(workers) having received assistance index 6.06, moderate risk category, risk due to accidents to employees(workers) index 11.34 very high-risk category, risk due to using index tool 11.01 very risk category. high risk,material, and dust risk index 14.82, including very high-risk category, risk due to bad weather index 12.96,very high-risk category, risk index due to accidental fracture of legs and arms 7.53, included in the high-riskcategory, risk due to helping employees during an accident index 9.60, very high-risk category, risk due tousing personal protection index 5.83, moderate risk category, risk due to explanations related to safety andhealth. index 6.36, moderate risk category, risk due to explanation sand excavation technique index 4.47,moderate risk category. The average index risk index is 8.99 including high risk. In the activities of sandmining workers and construction work activities, they must first identify and analyze the level of risk.

Abstract

According to the contract, the implementation of the work on the construction of the East Flores MAN 2 integrated dormitory building project ending on December 31 2020 has reached 100%, but only 3.68% of the project has experienced delays. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource factors, costs, materials and equipment on the completion of the East Flores MAN 2 integrated dormitory building project. With a quantitative descriptive method. The data for this study were sourced from questionnaires distributed to 25 respondents who were stratified by population stratification into project owners, contractors, consultants, foremen, builders, and laborers. The results of the analysis obtained sig. Human resources of 0.028 <0.05 and t count -23.067 > t table 12.71. sig. value Cost of 0.041 <0.05 and t count 15.635 > t table 12.71. sig. value Material of 0.006 <0.05 and t count 98.758 > t table 12.71. sig. value Equipment of 0.017 <0.05 and t count -37.437 > t table 12.71. The conclusion is that there is an influence of human resource factors, costs, materials, and equipment on the completion of the East Flores MAN 2 integrated dormitory building project, and material factors are the most influential.

Abstract

The construction of the Jawakisa Health Center is located in Tengatiba Village, South Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency, in the implementation process did not meet the planned time, so the development project experienced delays. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the estimated costs and completion time for the construction of the project. This research uses quantitative methods by evaluated cost and time estimates for work that has been completed, and that has not been completed. The results of analysis using the value of results method are very effective in evaluating costs and time on the project. With the BCWS value for week 21 amounting to IDR 1,727,185,767.85, BCWP value for week 24 IDR 1,527,868,528.23, ACWP week 24 amounting to IDR 1,419,717,920.89, SV value – IDR 199,317.23, indicating the actual schedule is behind the planned schedule, CV value IDR 108,150.60, indicating the costs obtained is greater than the costs incurred, the SPI value for the 24th week is 0.88 indicating poor cost performance and wasteful compared to the planned schedule, the CPI value = 1.07 which means good and economical cost performance and shows the time needed for work that has not yet been completed. completed was 4.54 weeks while the total time to complete the entire project was 28.5 weeks and the estimated cost for the remaining work was Rp. 186,277,791.91 and the estimated total cost to complete all the work was Rp. early to optimize project results to the maximum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuaan untuk mengevaluasi rute angkutan pedesaan terhadap pola perjalanan penumpang dan pola pengunaan Lahan Ende-Kecamatan Nangapanda sesuai karakteristik penumpang. Parameter yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah headway, waktu tunggu, faktor muat, jarak perjalanan, jumlah kendaraan, waktu perjalanan, kecepatan perjalanan. Hasil analisis headway yang diperoleh rata-rata berkisaran antara 31,8-58,5 menit, maka headway waktu rata-rata pada kinerja angkutan pedesaan Kecamatan Nangapanda – Ende Pulang Pergi sudah melebihi standar efektif. Waktu tunggu penumpang dengan trayek Kecamatan Nangapanda – Ende dan sebaliknya berkisar antara 5 menit-12 menit. Faktor Muat dengan angkutan pedesaan pada trayek Kecamatan Nangapanda-Ende Pulang Pergi dapat kisaran rata-rata antara 12% - 13%, maka faktor muat penumpang trayek Kecamatan Nangapanda – Ende Pulang Pergi belum efektif. Jarak Perjalanan yang ditempuh rute mini bus angkutan pedesaan Kecamatan Nangapanda – Ende dan sebaliknya berkisar 30 km. Jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi Kecamatan Nangapanda – Ende dan sebaliknya berkisar antara 7 kendaraan. Waktu perjalanan yang dibutuhkan rute mini bus angkutan pedesaan Kecamatan Nangapanda – Ende dan sebaliknya berkisar 1,1 jam-1,9 jam, maka waktu perjalanan trayek Kecamatan Nangapanda – Ende Pulang Pergi sudah memenuhi standar. Kecepatan Perjalanan trayek Kecamatan Nangapanda – Ende Pulang Pergi berkisar rata-rata antara 27,2-27,8 km/jam. Untuk kecepatan perjalanan angkutan pedesaan trayek Kecamatan Nangapanda-Ende Pulang Pergi sudah memenuhi standar.
