Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SDN I Sumberwaru Gresik. Hal ini disebabkan guru selalu mendominasi kegiatan pembelajaran (Teacher center) dan guru masih belum menggunakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan media Time Line pada mata pelajaran IPS  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN I Sumberwaru Gresik pada materi perjuangan mempertahankan kemerdekaan. Metode  penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN I Sumberwaru Gresik tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang terdiri dari 21 siswa dengan 17  siswa laki-laki dan 4 siswa perempuan.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi, refleksi. Tekik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas guru, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, dan lembar tes hasil belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data hasil observasi dan analisis data hasil tes siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perolehan aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar 78,75%, siklus II  82,75% dan siklus III 87,5%.  Aktivitas guru dari siklus I, II dan III  mengalami peningkatan.  Hasil aktivitas siswa dari siklus I, II dan III  juga mengalami peningkatan,  perolehan aktivitas siswa pada siklus I  sebesar 68,75%, siklus II 81,25% dan siklus III 91,66%.   Sementara perolehan hasil belajar siswa sebelum pelaksanaan PTK  menunjukan  hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa sebesar 38,09%   dan setelah pelaksanaan PTK diperoleh hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 61,90%,  siklus II 82,75% dan pada siklus III 90,47% Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media Time line pada mata pelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN I Sumberwaru Gresik. Abstract

As digital technology advances, cyber threats are becoming increasingly complex and have a significant impact on national security. Cyber ​​attacks, including data theft, system destruction, and takeover of critical infrastructure, pose new challenges in maintaining national stability. In the context of criminal law, handling cyber attacks requires regulations that are able to answer the challenges of this high-tech threat, both in terms of prevention and enforcement. This study aims to identify aspects of criminal law that are relevant in protecting data security and analyze the existing legal framework, including the effectiveness, weaknesses, and potential for legal development in responding to cyber threats. Through a normative approach, this study also evaluates efforts to protect critical data and infrastructure, by looking at comparisons from several other countries. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the formulation of more comprehensive criminal law policies to protect national interests from cyber threats.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the strategies implemented by teachers in creating child-friendly schools. The main focus of this research is to identify various efforts made by teachers, the obstacles they face, and the solutions developed to address the challenges in realizing a school that is truly responsive to the needs and rights of children. The research method used is a qualitative case study, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews at selected elementary schools. The main participants in this study are teachers, school principals, and representatives of parents. The research results show that teachers have implemented various strategies to create child-friendly schools, such as: (1) Creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive learning environment for children’s development; (2) Developing a curriculum that is responsive to children’s rights; (3) Implementing interactive and student-centered learning methods; and (4) Establishing good cooperation with parents and the community. However, in its implementation, teachers also face several obstacles, such as limited facilities, high workloads, and some parents who still do not understand the concept of child-friendly schools. The school has been striving to overcome these obstacles through: (1) Optimizing the use of existing facilities; (2) Training and mentoring for teachers; and (3) Actively involving parents in school activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine teachers’ strategies, challenges, and solutions in managing inclusive classrooms at SD Negeri 244 Palembang, providing insights into effective practices for diverse learners. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing classroom observations and in-depth interviews with teachers, staff, and parents. Data were analyzed through SWOT analysis and thematic coding to identify patterns and critical factors in inclusive education. Three primary strategies emerged: (1) use of visual media, (2) differentiated instruction, and (3) collaborative teaching. Key challenges included resource limitations and difficulties in student assessment, which teachers addressed through professional development and positive behavior reinforcement systems. This study offers a nuanced perspective by integrating SWOT analysis with qualitative data, revealing how grassroots-level strategies can overcome systemic barriers in Indonesian inclusive education. The findings underscore the need for targeted teacher training, resource allocation, and policy support to sustain inclusive practices. Schools can adopt the identified strategies to enhance classroom management and student engagement. The research enriches the discourse on inclusive education by documenting context-specific solutions from a underrepresented setting, serving as a reference for educators and policymakers in similar environments.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the Literature Circle model on enhancing Malay Rumi reading proficiency and critical thinking skills among Mattayom 1 students at Phitakvitayak Kumung School in Southern Thailand. Adopting a quantitative experimental design, the research utilized pre-test and post-test assessments to evaluate changes in students’ reading performance, analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate a statistically significant improvement in reading proficiency following the intervention. For example, one student’s score increased from 60 to 80, reflecting a 20-point gain; similar improvements were recorded across the cohort. A paired sample t-test confirmed the significance of these gains, yielding a t-value of 58.169 and a p-value of 0.0001 (p < 0.05). Additionally, participation in Literature Circle discussions fostered the development of critical thinking abilities, including text analysis, questioning techniques, and comparative reasoning. This study contributes to the expanding field of collaborative literacy instruction by providing empirical evidence for the effectiveness of the Literature Circle model in multilingual, cross-cultural, and minority language contexts. Specifically, it advances the understanding of Rumi Malay pedagogy an area that remains under-explored by highlighting the model's potential to enhance both reading proficiency and higher-order thinking skills among learners in Southern Thailand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi latar belakang dilaksanakannya home visit method dan bagaimana pelaksanaan home visit method kemudian apakah berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa dimasa pandemi covid-19 pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV di SDN 020 Pombuntang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian silang atau cross sectional survey. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SDN 020 Pombuntang, guru kelas IV SDN 020 Pombuntang dan juga siswa kelas IV SDN 020 Pombuntang. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) reduksi data; (2) penyajian data; (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis menunjunakan bahwa yang melatar belakangi dilaksanakannya home visit method di SDN 020 Pombutang ialah banyaknya kendala yang terjadi pada saat pembelajaran secara daring, kemudian pelaksanaan home visit method dilakukan degan tiga tahapan yakni; tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi, dan dampak dari dilaksanakannya home visit method sebagai alternatif pembelajaran dimasa pandemi covid-19 yaitu menurunnya hasil belajar siswa dimana beberapa siswa merasakan bahwa belajar dengan pelaksanaan home visit method ini kurang menyenangkan, tetapi ada juga yang senang dengan dilaksanakannya home visit method. Siswa merasa mendapat kesulitan dengan metode ini dikarenakan lingkungan dan suasana belajar yang tidak sama seperti pada saat proses pembelajaran dilakukan disekolah sebelum adanya covid-19. Hal tersebut membuat siswa kurang dalam mencapai kompetensi yang seharusnya dicapai pada pembelajaran IPA, hal tersebut membuat minat dan hasil belajar siswa mengalami penurunan dibanding pada saat belajar normal disekolah sebelum adanya covid-19.
