Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas memiliki masalah yang sangat kompleks. Penyandang disabilitas perempuan memiliki fungsi dan organ reproduksi yang sama dengan perempuan nondisabilitas. Untuk mengendalikan jumlah penduduk, perempuan dengan disabilitas juga membutuhkan akses penggunaan kontrasepsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan kontrasepsi pada wanita usia subur dengan disabilitas di provinsi Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian cross-sectional dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan snowball. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 orang dengan kriteria wanita disabilitas usia subur baik yang sudah menikah atau belum menikah dan berdomisili di provinsi Bali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagain besar responden tidak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi (70,6%). Faktor usia dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh secara bermakna pada penggunaan alat kontrasepsi (p < 0,05), sedangkan faktor pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p = 0,749). Diharapkan dapat dilakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi penggunaan alat kontrasepsi pada wanita usia subur dengan disabilitas.

Abstract

Workplace stress is often seen as a threat or a problem that comes from the work environment. Stress is a feeling resulting from the interaction between the individual and the work environment. Work stress can happen to anyone at any time, including special school teachers. This research aims to describe the workplace stress of special school teachers at three schools in the Bali Province. This research was conducted in October-December 2022. Researcher used quantitative research method with cross-sectional design and descriptive approach. Data collection is carried out using the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire-III and the Occupational Diagnosis Survey from the Ministry of Manpower Indonesia. The sample of this research was 95 participants. Researcher use total sampling technique. The results showed that 52.63 percent of respondent experience workplace stress in the moderate categories and 44.21 percent in the mild categories. Based on the diagnosis to what extent work conditions are a source of stress, 14.74 percent of respondents are moderately stressed due to ambiguity of roles, 15.74 percent are due to role conflict, 37.89 percent are due to quantitative overload, 57.89 percent are due to qualitative overload, 13.68 percent are due to career development, and 62.11 percent are due to responsibility towards others.

Abstract

Occupational health and safety is an important thing to pay attention to in any activity, one of which is in the tourism sector. In the world of tourism, many tourism activities are offered by tourism business actors, which must pay attention to the health and safety of the tourism offered. The purpose of this study was to see the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of tour guides at the Sekumpul Waterfall tour, Buleleng Regency, Bali regarding occupational health and safety. This research is a cross-sectional study using a descriptive-analytic approach with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The number of samples in this study was 76 people. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the Paired Samples T Test and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table, then compared descriptively. The results showed that the level of knowledge in the good category of respondents before receiving education was 57.89 percent. Then after receiving education the level of knowledge of the respondents in the good category increased to 72.37 percent. Based on the Paired Samples T Test results, the value of p is 0.001 was obtained, which means education effectively increases respondents' knowledge regarding K3 in tour guides at Sekumpul Waterfall tour. Suggestions that can be recommended in this study are that the Sekumpul Waterfall tour manager needs to pay attention to the preparedness of the tour guide in carrying out his work. It is necessary to carry out periodic guidance related to Occupational Health and Safety and disaster preparedness.
