Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Desa Baru Titi Besi ini adalah untuk merubah model penyuluhan tani tradisional menjadi penyuluhan kelompok tani terbatas guna meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman ubi kayu. Memberikan alternatif tambahan penghasilan melalui perubahan cara tanam ubi kayu di lahan yang sama. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan kepala rumah tangga dalam rangka pembinaan petani ke dalam kelompok terbatas dan pemberian teknologi baru kepada petani agar penanaman ubi kayu dapat diterapkan dengan baik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berisi beberapa tahapan kerja sebagai berikut: melaksanakan pendekatan kepada petani penanam dan pemilik lahan, penyuluhan kepada kelompok terbatas petani penanam, praktek penanaman bersama di lahan, pengevaluasian penerapan penyuluhan tani kelompok terbatas dan pola penenaman baru penanaman ubi kayu. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di desa Baru Titi Besi mengharuskan satu persatu pemilik lahan dan petani penggarap didatangi, selain itu dikunjungi juga pengajian wirid pekanan untuk menjadi tempat efektif sosialisasi dan undangan pelatihan. Hasil yang telah diperoleh terlihat dari efektivitas penelaksanaan pola penyuluhan tani kepada kelompok tani terbatas dan hasil tanam ubi kay yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pola tanam lama setelah dilihat hasilnya pada saat panen..

This research is intended as a reference for the learning system of social researchers in the Faculty of Social Sciences Political Science (FISIP), especially the Public Administration Study Program (IAP) so that they are better in learning. Monotonous conditions and the low arrest of students in important subjects such as the Social Research Method (MPS) make researchers interested in offering a new learning method by the name of a peer tutor who prefers activeness between smart students and those who are less smart to get together actively discuss and prepare course material offered. The results showed that the Peer Tutor learning method has succeeded in increasing student mastery to a better level if it cannot be said to be maximized through increasing student participation in learning and mastery of MPS material. This can be shown by the increased activity of students in terms of group work and discussions between groups conducted and the value of the pretest and posttest taken. Students have the spirit of dancing and perfecting the material given by lecturers, discussing preparing the best powerpoints, they also have the courage to ask and answer questions, discuss and work together with fellow group members to make powerpoints and present in front of the class. Increased mastery of MPS material can be seen from the ability to answer questions at the time of discussion and the acquisition of students' values before being given action after being given. The increase occurred also from cycle one to cycle two. In addition, these peer tutors provide activeness to students from preparing material in limited discussions in their respective groups and after getting the opportunity to present their work and help other groups defend their arguments in inter-group discussions. This method can be used as an alternative mastery of MPS material for future IAP students. Finally the researcher would like to thank all those who have helped with this research process.

The low student learning outcomes in thematic learning in class V on theme 7 of the 2013 curriculum is due to teacher learning methods that are less effective with dominant lectures. To overcome this problem the teacher uses a guided inquiry learning model in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning in class V on theme 7. This type of research is class action research, the research procedure consists of: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stage. The research data was obtained with the results of the written test and using teacher and student observation sheets. The research subjects were first grade students of SDN 24 Sumpur Kudus, Sumpur Kudus Subdistrict, Sinjunjung Regency, in the second semester of the year 2017/2018 as many as 21 people. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning model could improve 2013 curriculum thematic learning outcomes in class V on theme 7 with completeness in the knowledge aspect of cycle I 72%, the value of social attitudes in the first cycle had good criteria and the value of skills aspects in the first cycle had good skills. The implementation of teacher activities in teaching with the guided inquiry learning model cycle I 83% was carried out and the activity of students in learning 77%. After being reflected, there was an increase in the second cycle with the completeness value of knowledge aspects 93%, aspects of social attitudes were very good and the aspects of skills were very good. In observing teacher activity it increased to 98% and student activity increased to 95% of active students. From the research analysis it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model can improve the 2013 curriculum thematic learning outcomes in class V on theme 7 of SDN 24 Sumpur Kudus, Sumpur Kudus District, Sinjunjung District

The implementation of Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2021 has required MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in North Sumatra to make products that comply with Islamic law or are halal-certified. This research aims to make the halal assistance process for all MSME actors in North Sumatra take place using an ideal and standard mentoring model so that it does not only rely on work procedures and training experience from BPJPH for LP3H UMSU Halal Center halal companions. The method used in this community service is community-based Research (CBR) using a forum group discussion (FGD) approach in training and mentoring. This method is equipped with a borg and gall approach, which has been refined into five stages. The implementation of FGDs on the application of conceptual models that have produced theoretical models, the stages of applying theoretical models on small and large scales, and finally, product evaluation using the N-Gain test to see whether the resulting product is effective. The results of this study reveal that the mentoring model requires halal assistants to supervise MSME actors when processing halal certificates so that negative verbal excesses can be avoided and successful MSME actors can be monitored for business development and consistency in producing halal products. This research product is effective through the N-Gain test

The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of understanding and awareness of MSME actors regarding the importance of obtaining halal certificates for the products they produce. This is in line with government policy which requires halal certificates for products to be distributed in Indonesia. The implementation of obtaining halal certificates for this product is unknown due to several reasons, including: lack of information obtained due to lack of socialization, training and assistance in obtaining halal certification for MSMEs in North Sumatra Province have not been carried out. Basically, the halal certification program for products produced by MSMEs is very important as an acknowledgment of the halalness of a product issued by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH) based on a written halal fatwa issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). In addition, it must be realized that every halal certification issued is a form of government protection for Muslim consumers in this country. The research method used is descriptive with a case study approach. The type of data analysis used is categorization data analysis to measure the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that the existing MSMEs have not received clear information regarding the management of halal certification, have not received intensive training and assistance in obtaining certificates and have not felt the need to administer halal certification for the products they produce

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan metode pembiasaan baik dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Bima. Metode pembiasaan yang diterapkan meliputi kegiatan 3S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa), muroja'ah sebelum pembelajaran, sholat Dhuha dan Dzuhur berjamaah, Yasinan, serta Sabtu Sehat. Metode ini bertujuan untuk membangun karakter disiplin dari segi moral, spiritual, dan kesehatan. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi dalam pelaksanaan pembiasaan, keteladanan guru, serta dukungan dari sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa. Hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan. Upaya sinergis dari berbagai pihak diharapkan mampu memperkuat pembentukan karakter siswa secara holistik

The objective of the ponder was to execute the wrangle about method and peer evaluation to progress the third semester student's talking capacity. This think about utilized classroom activity investigate and it was wiped out two cycles. There were four gatherings in each cycle; three gatherings was for the execution of wrangle about within the educating of talking and one meeting was for conducting talking test. The rebellious utilized to gather the information were: (1) perception checklist, (2) field-note, (3) score sheet, and (4) survey. The result of the investigate appeared that the criteria of victory had been come to in cycle 2. There were two viewpoints decided as the victory criteria; score advancement and classroom climate. The result of talking test appeared that the understudies had made a few advance, the normal scores raised from 60 in pre-test, 69 in cycle 1 and 75 in cycle 2. These scores shown that there's an expanding capacity from being 'fair' to being 'good'. The classroom environments were too expanding emphatically. The result appears that the understudies steadily may express their thought and conclusions in talk about hone. This movement energized the students' inventiveness to investigate the dialect, since they were inquired to create their contentions from certain movements. The movements were made commonplace to them so that they found it simple to talk on the points. By practicing talking within the debate practice, they made strides their familiarity as well as their certainty.

Adaptive learning technology is an educational method that uses artificial intelligence and computer algorithms. This learning system can manage students’ interaction pattern during learning activities. The use of adaptive learning technology is able to change students from just receiving information to an active and collaborative part in the learning process. This research was conducted with the aim of improving the quality of education in Indonesia by encouraging teachers to use this technology. This research also aims to provide a better understanding of the potential and weaknesses of adaptive learning technology in improving students’ concept understanding as well as providing stronger guidance for curriculum development and better educational practices. The method used in this research is quantitative method. This method is a way of collecting numerical data that can be tested. Data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires addressed to students. Furthermore, the data that has been collected from the distribution of the questionnaire, will be accessible in Excel format which can then be processed with SPSS. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the impact of using adaptive learning technology shows that adaptive learning technology can improve the quality of education. Research shows that with the use of adaptive learning technology, it can change teaching methods, learning materials, and can find out the level of learning difficulties faced by these students. From this study, researchers can conclude that the impact of using adaptive learning technology, can improve student understanding and achievement and has the potential to improve the quality of education. with the existence of adaptive learning technology, it is able to increase student involvement and motivation in learning, so that student understanding in learning can be achieved well.
