Abstract

Influence the behavior of the system of accounting and accounting inforrmasi to the quality of the financial statements. at PT. Rekayasa Industry Samur Project. With the formulation of the problem Is there any influence between the behavior of the system of accounting and accounting information on the quality of the financial statements. Research purposes in accordance with the formulation of the problem is to determine whether there was an effect of the behavior of the system of accounting and accounting information on the quality of the financial statements at PT Rekayasa Industry Samur Project.The results of this study: Coefficient table value of t test obtained t value 0956 and sig. for 0342 0.05. And thus, accounting behavior does not significantly influence the quality of financial statements at PT. Rekayasa Industri Project Samur. From the coefficient table t test, sig. for 0132 from 0:05 So thus accounting information system does not significantly influence the quality of financial statement at PT. Rekayasa Industri Project Samur. From the model summary table, showing r-square 0656 or 65.6%. Simultaneously it means there is a relationship between behavior or contribution accounting and accounting information system on the quality of the financial statements at PT Rekayasa Indusri Samur Project of 65.6%, and 34.4% in the contribution by another variable or variables that are not observed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of PT McDERMOTT Indonesia Batam employees. The population in this study was 1026 employees, with the employees used as samples determined using the Slovin formula, obtaining a sample of 92 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, and the research results show that simultaneously the compensation variables, work environment, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, and partially the compensation variables, work environment, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. From the research results it is also known that the job satisfaction variable has a dominant influence on the performance of McDERMOTT Indonesia Batam employees.

Abstract

Kesinambungan perusahaan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan internal dan eksternal, sehingga peningkatan kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Lintas Digital Makmur. Dengan metode regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara pengembangan karir tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of Islamic economics in the digital era, as well as provide strategic solutions that can be applied to encourage the growth of this sector. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were obtained through literature studies from various articles, industry reports, and recent publications, which were then analyzed to identify patterns, trends, and key challenges faced by sharia business actors in the digital world. The focus of this study includes the sharia fintech sector, halal e-commerce, and the adoption of digital technology in sharia-based businesses. The results of the study show that the Islamic economy in the digital era has great potential to develop globally, especially in countries with high Muslim populations such as Indonesia and Malaysia. The growth of sharia fintech has reached significant numbers, while halal e-commerce continues to expand its global market share. The main challenges identified include the lack of uniform regulations at the international level, low digital literacy among sharia business actors, and the need for stricter supervision of halal products on digital platforms.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja di berbagai sektor, terutama dalam industri jasa yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Meskipun berbagai perusahaan telah mengimplementasikan program pelatihan, belum banyak yang meneliti sejauh mana pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di industri ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengisi gap pengetahuan tersebut dengan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan di industri jasa di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menarik karena melihat pentingnya peningkatan keterampilan karyawan dalam era digital yang penuh tantangan, di mana pelatihan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dampak pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test, wawancara dengan peserta pelatihan, serta analisis regresi linier untuk mengukur pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 42,7% terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Selain itu, metode pelatihan berbasis e-learning dan experiential learning terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan di industri jasa untuk merancang program pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur dan berbasis teknologi, serta memastikan adanya dukungan yang berkelanjutan setelah pelatihan untuk meningkatkan penerapan keterampilan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari.
