Abstract

Abstract : Based on the researcher’s of football extracurricular student in SMAN 1 Kampar, research found the result of shooting football was not optimal. Leg-eyes coordination also need when shooting ball, this influences the low of explosive power leg muscles and the low leg-eyes coordination. The purpose of this research is to see the correlation of explosive power leg muscle with the accuracy of shooting, the correlation leg-eyes coordination with the result shooting and the coordination explosive power leg muscles and leg-eyes coordination with the accuracy of shooting of football extracurricular of 1 Kampar Senior High School. Population in this research is all football extracurricular students of SMAN 1 Kampar amount 22 people. Based on population that is not so large and within the limits the researchers set the whole population is used as a sample. The research sample as many as 22 people. Research instrument used vertical jump test, leg-eyes coordination and the result of shooting. Data were analyzed by product moment correlation. Based on research results, it can be concluded as follows : 1. Shows that there is correlation of explosive power leg muscle with the accuracy of shooting which shows correlation rhitung (0,509)> rtabel (0,433) at α=0,05o. 2 there is correlation leg-eye coordination with the accuracy of shooting, which shows correlation rhitung (0,443)> rtabel (0,433) at α=0,05. 3. There is correlation between explosive power leg muscles and leg-eyes coordination with the accuracy of shooting, which shows rhitung (0,567)> rtabel (0,433) .Key word : explosive power leg muscles, leg-eyes coordination and shooting.

Abstract

Abstract : The results of this study can be concluded that the explosive power of leg muscle influence on speed of running, and the purpose of this study is to find out how much the relationship  between the explosive power of leg muscle influence on speed of running. The type of this study is a correlation study design to find out the significance relationship between leg muscle explosive power of with a population of football teams MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru which consists of 25 people. Sampling on this study is use  the total sampling.The  sample in this study there is the whole of the population, so sample totaling 25 people. While the instrument is carried out in this study is a vertical jump test using jump MD and test of speed of run a 100-yard. Then the data analyzed with statistic, to test for normality with lieliefour  test, the proposed hypothesis is the relationship leg muscle explosive power of with speed of running. From the analysis of the data using lieliefours tests on variables X and Y, which is obtained L = 0,1009 whereas L = 0,173, so if L = 0,1009 <L = 0,173 then the data is normally distributed, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0,65 > r = 0,396,and coefficient determination is 42 % . Thus, the data is otherwise normal. Conclusion hypothesis is accepted, thus there is a correlation between the explosive power of leg muscle influence on speed of running in MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. Abstract : Issues in this research "Is there any influence of exercise figure eights cone drillthe player's skill in men's soccer team SMKN 5 Pekanbaru?"This research is experimental research focused on the effect of the figure exercise deem cone agility drill against. to determine the player in men's soccer team SMKN 5 Pekanbaru.the population in this study is the SMKN football 5 pekanabaru total of 16 people.A sampling technique sampled by using the total sample, the total population.the data collection techniques from the pre-test and post-test. the instrument in this study, with the aid of the Illinois agility run test as an instrument for the measurement of the mobility.If the independent variable is the figure exercise deem cone drill(X), while the dependent variable is agility (y).the data were obtained and collected by a preliminary screening tests, and final tests before and after exercise figure eights cone drillby means of a measuring instrument that is to say, Illinois agility agility test run.data processing method uses statistical calculations and to test the hypothesis with the t-test.the hypothesis proposed in this study is the effects of exercise figure eights cone drillthe mobility of the players in men's soccer team SMKN 5 Pekanbaru.the results of the research t t test of 5.52 and 1.75 t table produce significant level of 0.05.Does t> t table.it can be accepted that HA.This gives the conclusion that there is significant influence of exercise figure eights drill conemotility of players in men's soccer team SMKN 5 Pekanbaru.Keywords: figure eights cone drill. Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research is the result of observations researchers in the field that the game of Sepak takraw of PPLP Riau Team, at the time of the bait to Smasher was often not optimal and didnot match the desired expectations. This research was conducted to determine wheter there is coordination between the eyes and legs with sila football skill of sepak takraw game in pplp riau team 2015. The samples of this research was sepak takraw team of PPLP Riau 2015, it was about 15 students. The technique to collecting of sample was total sampling. The instrument of this research was eye and legs coordination test, which aimed to measure te eye and legs coordination and sepak sila skills test, that aimed to measure the sepak sila skill. And then, anayzing the statistics to test normality with lilifors test in significant 0,05α. Hypothesis asked was suspeccted there was correlation the eye and legs coordintion in sepak sila skill in takraw game at PPLP Riau team 2015. Based on lilisfor analysis resulted Lcount (x) about 0,138 and Ltabel0,220, Lcount(y) about 0,084 and Ltabel 0,220 so, Lcount<Ltable, so the samples come from the population of normal distribution. Then, the correlation result product moment between eye and legs coordinaton with sepak sila resulted rcount 0,682 and rtable 0,532 so rcount>rtable effected Ho received and Ha rejected . So, there is the significant correlation between eye and legs coordinaton with sepak sila of takraw game at pplp riau team 2015.Keywords: eye and legs coordination, sepak sila skill

Abstract

Abstract : Based on the researcher’s of female basketball team SMAN 1 Kampar, research found the result of shooting basketball was not optimal. It influences physical condition that is explosive power arm-shoulder muscles and hand-eyes coordination. The purpose of this research is to see the correlation between explosive power arm-shoulder muscle with the result of shooting, the correlation hand-eye coordination with the result shooting and the coordination explosive power arm-shoulder muscles with the result of shooting of female basketball team SMAN 1 Kampar. Population in this research is all female basketball team SMAN 1 Kampar amount 12 people. Based on population that is not so large and within the limits the researchers set the whole population is used as a sample. The research sample as many as 12 people. Research instrument used two hand medicine ball put test, throwing a tennis ball catch test and set shoot test. Data were analyzed by product moment correlation. Based on research results, it can be concluded as follows : 1. Shows that there is correlation of explosive power arm-shoulder muscle with the result of shooting which shows correlation rhitung (0,668)> rtabel (0,602) so Ha be accepted. 2 there is correlation hand-eye coordination with the result of shooting, which shows correlation rhitung (0,607)> rtabel (0,602) so Ha be accepted. 3. There is correlation between explosive power arm-shoulder muscles and hand-eyes coordination with the result of, which shows r =0,771 rhitung (0,771)> rtabel (0,602) so Ha be accepted.Key word : explosive power arm-shoulder muscles, hand-eyes coordination, shooting.

Abstract : The issues raised in this research is “Are there exercises influence sled cord towing or towing speed to the speed of the high school football players STATE 1 pekanbaru?”.This research is aimed eksperrimen study to determine the effect of exercise sled cord towing towing speed or the speed at high school football players STATE 1 pekanbaru.Populasi is used throughout the class 1 high school football players STATE 1 pekanbaru.This study used purposive sampling technique is sampling wiyh certain considerations,which specializes in group SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru.Data were obtained and collected through the initial test and final test before and after exercise or speed sled towing towing cord using speed measuring devices that run the spirit of 100 yard.Metode data processing using statiscial calculations and to test the hypothesis using the t test,the hypothesis that used in this study was the effect of exercise sled towing towing cord or speed to the speed of the high school football players STATE 1 pekanbaru.t test research result yield of 5,95 and ttable 1,761 at significant level of 0,05.means > t table. It can be concluded that ha accepted,it concludes that there is a significant effect of exercise sled towing towing cord or speed to the speed of the high school football players STATE 1 pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is still a lack of passing ability on the volleyball games male student SMP 15 Pekanbaru.It is alleged lack of hand-eye coordination and flexibility of the wrist at the time of passing on.The purpose of this research to determine the contribution of hand-eye coordination and flexibility of the wrist to the top passing ability in the game of volleyball,This research is the correlation that aims to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables.After that, the data normality test with Liliefors test with significance level α = 0.05, and gained normality test results X1, Lomax (0.1709) <Ltabel(0,242) and X2 Lomax (0.1646) <Ltabel (0,242) test normality variable Y, Lomax (0.162) <Ltabel (0,242),in other words the normal distribution of data. Then proceed to determine r by using product moment correlation analysis, if rhitung>rtabel then there is a significant relationship,the results showed no significant correlation between hand-eye coordination and flexibility of the wrist against passing ability on volleyball. rhitung (0.54)>rtabel (0.576),thus the conclusion there is no significant correlation between hand-eye coordination and flexibility of the wrist against passing ability on the volleyball games male student SMP 15 Pekanbaru.Based on the analysis can be explained that the results of this research show that there is no positive contribution between hand-eye coordination and flexibility of the wrist against passing on.But if the terms of its contribution variables X1, X2 to Y still has a contribution of 0.49% while 29.16% are influenced by other factors.Key Words:hand-eye coordination, flexibility of the wrist, upper passing ability.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is whether there is a influence of Lineout Evasion Drill to Agility. The goal is to find out how big the influence the drill to agility at foot ball team of SSB Riau University. The technique of sampling performed is used total sampling of 18 students of foot ball team of SSB Riau Uniersity. This research is experimental research. The research conducted on students of foot ball team of SSB Riau Uniersity. Data were obtained and collected through the pretest and posttest before and after does exercise. Data was analyzed with used t-test Then, the data are tested using test normality and t- test of the significance level is α = 0.05. the Test normality of pretest is L0maks < 0,131 < Ltabel =0,200 and normalitty of post test is L0maks = 0,123 < Ltabel = 0,200 in other words at a confidence level 95% data is normal. Result of t- test analyzes pretest and post test showed =12,09 with =1,740 at significan level a= 0,05. So that the hypotesis is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a signifikan effect of Lineout Evasin Drill to Agility and concluded the results showed: there is a significant influence of Lineout Evasin Drill to Agility at foot ball team of SSB Riau University. Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study originated from the observation that the authors found in the field, the results of student men's shot put IIA penjaskesrek 2013 University of Riau has yet to get the maximum repulsion. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of muscle strength and muscle tone arm shoulder back with the results of the men's shot put penjaskesrek II A 2013 University of Riau forces.The population in this study was student son penjaskesrek II A 2013 University of Riau, amounting to 38 people using the total sampling technique where all the population sampled, to obtain research data used expanding test dynamometer, muscle flexibility and rich with sit back and shot put results. Data were analyzed by simple and multiple product moment.Based on the analysis of the data found that the results obtained from the arm shoulder muscle strength have relations with the result of men's shot put at the students IIA penjaskesrek 2013 University of Riau. From the results obtained by the flexibility of the back muscles have a relationship with the results of men's shot put at the students IIA penjaskesrek 2013 University of Riau. There is a relationship together between muscle strength and muscle tone arm shoulder back against the results of men's shot put at the students IIA penjaskesrek 2013 University of Riau.Keywords: Arm shoulder muscle strength, muscle flexibility back, shot put results

Abstract

Abstract: This Research based on the fact that the results of smash accuracy atFemale Volley Ball team of Sports Senior High School was less accurate. It was evidentfrom the results of the matches in the follow have not achieved good results. One factorthat affected smash accuracy results at female volleyball team of Sports Senior HighSchool Pekanbaru, the factors that caused less success in doing smash was coordinatedof hand movements when hitting the ball. And also lack of arm muscle and shoulderpower when doing smash, then smash which can be done easily in the block (prevented)by the opposing team, and smash that was less effective, easy to add point of youropponent. The aim in this research was to determine the correlation between armmuscle and shoulder power and smash accuracy at female volley ball teamof sports senior high school Pekanbaru. The population in this research wasFemale volleyball team of Sports Senior High School Pekanbaru totaling 13 people.The sampling technique in this research was total sampling technique. Instruments ofthis research was testing of arm muscle and shoulder power, using Two-Hand MedicinePut ball and smash accuracy test used accuracy of number as the target of smash. Thedata was analyzed by product moment correlation. Based on the results of research, itcan be concluded that the results of the calculation of the correlation between the armmuscle and shoulder power (X) and smash accuracy results (Y) is obtained r count=0.912 while r table at significant level α = 0,05 namely 0,576. It means in this casethere is a correlation between arm muscle and shoulder power (X) and smash accuracyresults (Y), so that Ha is received and H0 is rejected.Keywords: Arm muscle and shoulder power,Smash accuracy
