Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the practice of income smoothing in the company of Wholesale And Retail Trade group listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012. Population that will be the object of research is the companies listed on the Stock Exchange on the Wholesale and Retail Trade group the period 2010 - 2012. Of the criteria specified then the company sampled in this study as many as 14 companies. The method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method by using statistical tools that multiple linear regression method. From the results of the research, a significant difference between the ROA, OPM on income smoothing in the Wholesale and Retail Trade. dividend payout has no effect on income smoothing in the Wholesale and Retail Trade. There is a significant relationship between managerial ownership on income smoothing in the Wholesale and Retail Trade. a significant difference between the size of the company on income smoothing in the Wholesale and Retail Trade, and no effect of dividend payout on income smoothing in the Wholesale and Retail Trade. From the results of the F test, the results of this study accepts the hypothesis that there is a significant influence between ROA, interest rates and dividend payout, financial leverage and firm size on income smoothing funds in the Wholesale and Retail Trade.Keywords: ROA, interest rates and dividend payout, financial leverage, firm size and

Abstract

This study aims to determine the striped catfish production reviewed from the intensive cultivation of the soil chemical parameters of red-yellow podzolic an age of 0-5 years, 6-10 years, 11-15 years and 16-20 respectively. The method used in this study is the experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 1 factor, 4 levels of treatment and 3 replications, with the treatment are: P1 (intensive pond of catfish aquaculture aged 0-5 years), P2 (intensive pond of catfish aquaculture aged 6-10 years), P3 (intensive pond of catfish aquaculture aged 11-15 years) and P4 (intensive pond of catfish aquaculture aged 16-20 years). The results showed that the striped catfish production in P4 (pond aged 16-20 years) is the best treatment which has a high production of 6.4 kg/m2, with the survival rate of 66,7% and low feed conversion ratio of 1.9%, that supported by the good variety of parameters chemical soil classified, namely: total-N soil of 0,21%, P2O5 capacity of 177.9 ppm, the value of organic material content of 2.20%, cation exchange capacity (CEC) of 10.17% and C/N ratio of 6.14. Water quality parameters during recorded research period are 5.8 to 7.4 pH and temperature ranges 25,5-29,5oC, DO ranged from 1.9 to 5.8 mg/L. The range of pH, temperature and DO is quite good for striped catfish farming.Keywords: Production of striped catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus), Soil Chemistry

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia is actually a long-standing discussion. But until now permasalahn the quality of education is also finished. Quality education is the expectations and demands of all stakeholders in education. Everyone will certainly prefer menntut science at an institution that has a good quality. On this basis, schools / educational institutions should be able to provide good service and quality in order not to be abandoned and unable to compete with other educational institutions. From a variety of views, criteria and indicators that we can take that quality education could be improved if the school has one) support from the government, 2) Leadership Principals effective, 3) Performance good teacher, 4) relevant curriculum 5) graduates quality, 6) culture and climate of effective organization, 7) the support of the community and parents. Implementation of management in improving the quality of education is a real solution is to be hope in order to manage the indicators of the quality of education to create a synergy in efforts to improve the quality of education. Abstrak Rendahnya mutu pendidikan di Indonesia sebenarnya merupakan diskusi yang telah lama ada. Namun hingga saat ini permasalahn mutu pendidikan tidak juga kunjung selesai. Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan harapan dan tuntutan seluruh stakeholder pendidikan. Semua orang tentunya akan lebih suka menntut ilmu pada lembaga yang memiliki mutu yang baik. Atas dasar ini maka sekolah/ lembaga pendidikan harus dapat memberikan pelayanan dan mutu yang baik agar tidak ditinggalkan dan mampu bersaing dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Dari berbagai pandangan, kriteria serta indikator yang dapat kita ambil bahwa pendidikan yang bermutu dapat ditingkatkan apabila sekolah memiliki 1) dukungan dari pemerintah, 2) Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah yang efektif, 3) Kinerja guru yang baik, 4) kurikulum yang relevan, 5) lulusan yang berkualitas, 6) budaya dan iklim organisasi yang efektif, 7) dukungan masyarkat dan orang tua siswa. Implementasi manajemen dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan sebuah solusi nyata yang menjadi harapan agar dapat mengelola indikator mutu pendidikan untuk saling bersinergi dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Mutu, Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

Background: Stroke is one of the root causes of brain disorders at the height of the productive age and ranks second cause of death after heart disease in most countries in the world. Fairly large-scale study conducted by ASNA (ASEAN Neurological Association) in 28 Hospitals in Indonesia. This study was conducted in patients with acute stroke who were treated in hospital (hospital-based study) and conducted a survey of factors - risk factors, treatment duration and mortality and morbidity. Method: This is a cross sectional study, with intracerebral hemorrhage Head CT scan examination then examined serum levels of plasma GFAP her at the time of patient entry from RSUP. H. Adam Malik Medan from March 2014 -May 2014. Results: In this research, we found the frequency of male patients as many (62.5%), while as many women (37.5%). Predominant age range in patients encountered in this study were 46-51 years old and are the dominant ethnic Batak tribe (43.8%). Conclusion: There were no significant differences between groups in serum GFAP levels with bleeding volume ? 30 cc compared to those with bleeding volume

Abstract:: As for the problem is based on observations in doing researchers in the field batrai-p on SSB PCSS Pekanbar, researchers found flaws in the ball dribbling at the time of the trial or official competition, While the ball dribbling away from the control of the foot so that the ball easily grab the opponent, conditions so would be detrimental to the team. Errors that occurred while dribbling one factor contributing to her is the players have not mastered the techniques the ball dribbling is good and right. So it is not able to demonstrate achievement of the maximum for the team. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of exercise on Foot Dribble for skills at SSB PCSS U-15 Pekanbaru. The kind of this research is an experiment to see the influence of forms of exercise. In this study researchers took population SSB PCSS U-15 Pekanbaru PCSS U-15 sum 16 people. Base this data is used completely population to become xample. Base this date has found from pre-test and post-test. Instrument has done research is test. Soccer dribble test as instrument to measure dribble skill. Analysis has done the used test. Based on analysis data and discussio, as evidenced by thitung 12,326 and ttabel 1,753. Means thitung> ttabel At some level ɑ = 0.05. then can be concluded that there is significant influence from foot dribble to improve the skills of dribble on SSB PCSS U-15 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Exercise Foot Dribble, Dribble, soccer

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of graduate marketing strategies at the As-Sunnah Islamic Religious College (STAI) Deli Serdang, using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that STAI As-Sunnah implemented an inclusive marketing strategy with a direct approach through social media and digital platforms, as well as an indirect approach through alumni networks, service programmes, and social programmes. STAI As-Sunnah graduates have high competitiveness, especially in syar'i science, Arabic language, and memorisation of the Koran, and are supported by strong Islamic values. STAI As-Sunnah's graduate marketing strategy includes recruitment and job placement, adjustments to the college curriculum, partnerships with related institutions, promotion through social media, and support from alumni and universities.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the performance and motivation of madrasah principals and teachers, especially in Madrasah Aliyah Swasta YASPI Labuhan Deli Medan City, and can provide insight in implementing strategic management for other madrasahs. This study used a qualitative research approach to collect data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that madrasah supervisors in MAS YASPI Labuhan Deli Kota Medan have adopted a series of strategies that have proven effective in improving the performance and motivation of madrasah heads and teachers. Through simple steps such as needs analysis, communication, collaboration, goal setting, training, coaching, and rewards, they have succeeded in stimulating growth and progress in the educational environment. Strategy implementation is done through a process that involves open communication, performance observation, active collaboration, and support and recognition of achievements. Evaluation of the strategy is done systematically by assessing success in achieving goals, identifying shortcomings and providing guidance for improvement. Thus, madrasah supervisors not only act as supervisors, but also as leaders and facilitators who help improve the quality of education in MAS YASPI Labuhan Deli Medan City, making the environment more productive and developed.

Abstract

Keterikatan karyawan merupakan domain utama dalam melihat bagaimana efektivitas kerja karyawan. Selain itu, keterikatan kerja juga dapat menjadi tolok ukur dalam melihat seberapa cinta dan atensinya karyawan terhadap profesi, kinerja, serta menjaga nama baik tempat bekerja. Selain itu diantara faktor yang dapat menumbuhkan keterikatan karyawan adalah spiritualitas tempat kerja. Spritualitas tempat kerja akan membentuk kepribadian yang akan terus bertumbuh dan mampu untuk meningkatkan keterikatan secara lahir dan batin karyawan akan tempat bekerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah spiritualitas tempat kerja memberikan pengaruh kepada keterikatan karyawan dalam pekerjaannya. Sebanyak 119 orang karyawan dilibatkan menggunakan metode kuantitatif survey. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa spiritualitas tempat kerja berperan dalam menumbuhkan keterikatan karyawan dengan signifikansi 0.000 (P<0.05) kemudian didapatkan sumbangsih sebesar 15,2% (R2 = 0.152). Dengan demikian penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan spritualitas dapat membantu perusahan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja bagi karyawan.

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang bekerja yaitu mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja dimana fenomena yang sering terjadi, yang memberikan tantangan bagi mahasiswa yang menjalani dua peran tersebut. Keadaan menyeimbangkan keduanya dikenal dengan istilah work-life balance merupakan usaha yang dilakukan individu untuk menyeimbangkan peran yang dijalaninya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi work-life balance adalah efikasi diri. Efikasi diri merupakan suatu kepercayaan individu terhadap kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan pekerjaan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan work-life balance pada mahasiswa yang bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala efikasi diri yang berisi 18 aitem dan skala work-life balance yang berisi 17 aitem. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik non parametrik Spearman Rank. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 mahasiswa yang bekerja. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik quota sampling. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan diperoleh nilai korelasi antara efikasi diri dengan work-life balance sebesar (r = 0,625, p = 0,000). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan masukan untuk mahasiswa yang bekerja dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri yang tepat untuk mengatasi keseimbangan kehidupan kerja.
