Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia are predicted to be the biggest pillars of the economy. This can be seen from the significant emergence of new MSME actors in Indonesia. In 2022, the East Java Representative projects that East Java's economic growth in 2022 can be boosted to reach 5 percent - 5.8 percent through a number of efforts to increase economic sectors, one of which is MSMEs. [1]. Of the 64.1 million MSME actors in Indonesia, only 10,632 are managing their trademarks, this phenomenon occurs due to the lack of awareness of MSME actors on intellectual property rights. Meanwhile, for the management of IPR, many conveniences have been provided, including the bus registering IPR via online by fulfilling the requirements that have been applied by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights. The problems that occur are: 1. MSME actors have very low knowledge of HKI, 2. MSME actors do not know the benefits of HKI for their business, 3. Abstract

The orientation of the scientific work that the researcher has compiled is none other than as a benchmark for the implications of leadership and compensation on the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees. This research uses a quantitative explanatory method using purposive sampling on 35 respondents. Observation, interviews, questionnaires are data collection methods that researchers use. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test as analysis of the data the researcher obtained. (1) partial test results or t test of the leadership variable with a value of 0.024. Thus, the Leadership variable (X1) partially has implications for the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees, because the significant value is X1 = 0.024 < 0.05. So the researcher can state that the first hypothesis is accepted. (2) partial test results (t test) of the Compensation variable (X2) have a significant t value of 0.001. From these results, the compensation variable partially has significant implications or influence on the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees. Which is the value of X2 = 0.001 < 0.05. So in this research the second hypothesis is accepted. (3) simultaneous test results (f test), Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) simultaneously influence Employee Performance (Y). Based on the calculation results obtained, the calculated F is 12.425 which is greater than F table 3.29 and the sig value is 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the leadership and compensation variables influence the performance of Tulungagung tobacco factory employees. Abstract

Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014, pemerintahan desa wajib menyelenggarakan sistem politik tersendiri. Seiring berjalannya waktu, UU Desa telah memberikan dampak besar terhadap pembangunan desa. Meski demikian, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa sejumlah kepala dan aparat desa mendapat kritik karena gagal menegakkan hukum setempat. Penyebabnya adalah buruknya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bertugas mengawasi keuangan desa dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap peraturan. Tujuan dari acara ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan edukasi yang diperlukan kepada pengurus desa dalam mengelola keuangan desa. Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif (PAR) adalah teknik atau metode yang digunakan, dimulai dengan survei lokasi dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis masalah, perumusan solusi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan penilaian. Diketahui bahwa dengan terlibat dalam acara-acara ini, para peserta memperluas pemahaman mereka tentang pengelolaan keuangan desa dan memberikan jawaban atas permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Pejabat desa mungkin akan lebih mudah melaporkan keuangan desa dengan bantuan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES), sehingga memastikan dana yang dilaporkan transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology, such as the emergence of TikTok, have changed how we live, work, and communicate. TikTok is used as an entertainment medium and as a platform to promote businesses because it can reach the target market easily through creative content. This research aims to determine the strategy for using TikTok social media as a promotional medium for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), such as Sultan Mango Malang. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approachData collection techniques were carried out through documentation, observation, and interviews, then analyzed using the data triangulation method. The results of this study show that the strategies successfully implemented by the SMEs include actively following popular trends, interacting directly with the audience, utilizing the live streaming feature, consistently uploading content, working with influencers, and holding discount promos and prizes. It also shows that user participation and interaction are the main keys to assessing the success of TikTok's promotional strategy. Sultan Mango Malang can increase product awareness and improve the quality of services provided as they actively respond to every form of user interaction quickly. Therefore, the findings of this research significantly contribute by offering comprehensive and actionable insights for local enterprises and SMEs aiming to leverage TikTok effectively to enhance sales figures and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Abstract

In this modern era, the development of information technology has changed the world of marketing in recent years. Traditional and conventional marketing communication methods are now gradually being integrated into the digital world. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Qualitative methodology is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words. The presence of digital marketing or advertising has had a positive impact in the business world where the process of marketing a product can easily be done by creating digital photo or video content about a product to be marketed and then uploading it to several available social media application platforms. The conclusion in this research is that the digital marketing strategy carried out by Bastyan Betta Farm to increase sales is by creating and posting interesting photos or videos using social media, namely Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD. Unggul Jaya Mebel Blitar, (2) Pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD. Unggul Jaya Mebel Blitar, (3) Pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD. Unggul Jaya Mebel Blitar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X? terhadap variabel Y, (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X? terhadap variabel Y,(3) Terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X? dan variabel X? secara simultan terhadap variabel Y.

Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis, terutama untuk pelaku usaha home industry. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada pelaku usaha tas rajut di Ngasem, Kediri, dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) dan pemasaran digital. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, pelaku usaha diajarkan cara melakukan segmentasi pasar yang lebih mendalam, menentukan target pasar yang tepat, dan membangun positioning produk yang kuat. Selain itu, pelatihan pemasaran digital juga dilaksanakan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui media sosial dan e-commerce. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha berhasil memperbaiki strategi pemasaran mereka dengan lebih terstruktur dan efektif. Penggunaan pemasaran digital serta kolaborasi dengan influencer lokal meningkatkan visibilitas produk, sementara program loyalitas yang dikembangkan berhasil memperkuat hubungan dengan konsumen. Dengan penerapan strategi ini secara berkelanjutan, diharapkan pelaku usaha dapat meningkatkan penjualan, daya saing, dan loyalitas konsumen dalam jangka panjang.
