Abstract

The traditional market in Malang is one of the Gadang market. Gadang market is an active market in selling agricultural products. The existence of the Gadang market is considered very important, because it can increase the income of traders, and the city government through taxes. This research began in February 2017 until July 2017, at Gadang market, subdistrict Sukun, Malang city. The research is quantitative descriptive research with multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that capital (X1), total sales (X3), merchandise type (X4) has a real effect and positive relation ship towards earned income traders. Separately trade location (X2) does not have a significant influence towards income. On the contrary, the most influential variables is the number of sales. The merchant can potentially increase the income of 46,7%. On each attempt increase the number of sales of agricultural products in the horticultural market Gadang in Malang city. Pasar tradisional di Kota Malang salah satu nya adalah Pasar Gadang. Pasar Gadang adalah pasar yang aktif dalam menjual produk-produk pertanian. Keberadaan Pasar Gadang dinilai sangat penting karena dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang, maupun pemerintah kota melalui pajak. Penelitian ini dimulai bulan Februari 2017 sampai bulan Juli 2017, di Pasar Gadang, Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal dagang (X1), jumlah penjualan (X3), jenis dagangan (X4) memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan yang diperoleh pedagang. Secara terpisah lokasi dagang (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Sebaliknya variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah jumlah penjualan. Pedagang berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan 46,7% pada setiap upaya meningkatkan jumlah penjualan produk pertanian hortikultura di Pasar Gadang Kota Malang.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and determine the effect of government spending for education and health sectors to gross domestic regional product and human development index in East Kalimantan province ranked. The data used in this research is secondary data in the years 2004-2013. The analytical tool used is path analysis (path analysis). The software used to perform the analysis is IBM SPSS Version 17:00. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between the Education Sector Expenditure (X1) 0.167, the line was not significant because t count at 0.790. Greater than Probability Value (sig) 0,455 > 0,050. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between Budget allocation for Health (X2) 0.815, the line was a significant effect for t count amounted to 3.861 (t count 3.861> t table 2,364), thus the pattern of these direct relationships, budget allocations for the health sector significantly influence gross domestic regional product, which is supported by Probability Value (sig) 0.006 < 0.050. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between (X1) 0,105, the line was not significant because t count at 0.675. Greater than Probability Value (sig) 0.525 > 0.050. Thus the pattern of this direct connection, the Education Sector Budget allocation not significant effect on the HDI. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between (X2) -0.272, the line was not significant because the value t count -1.028. Greater than Probability Value (sig) 0.334 > 0.050. Thus the pattern of this direct relationship, Health Sector Budget Allocation significant negative effect on the HDI. The analysis showed that the path coefficient between (Y) 1,150, the line was a significant effect for t count amounted to 4.291 while ttable 2.446 (t = 4.291> table = 2.446), thus the pattern of these direct relationships, gross domestic regional product significant positive effect on the HDI, which is supported by Probability Value (sig) 0,004 > 0,050. Results Test Analysis indirect influence, obtained Effect of Budget Allocation field of education (X1) to HDI (Y2) through gross domestic regional product (Y1) of 0.19205 (positive). Results Test Analysis indirect influence, obtained Effect of Budget Allocation for Health (X2) to HDI (Y2) through gross domestic regional product (Y1) of 0.93725.Keyword: Budget Allocation for Education and Health, GDRP, HDI.

Abstract

Menulis teks biografi merupakan salah satu kompetensi dasar yang terdapat pada kelas X SMA dalam Kurikulum 2013. Tujuan menulis teks biografi yakni peserta didik dapat terinspirasi untuk mencapai kesuksesan seperti yang dialami oleh tokoh. Pembelajaran menulis teks biografi dapat menggunakan media. Media yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah media prezi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripisikan tentang (1) penerapan media prezi dalam pembelajaran menulis teks biografi pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Khairul Ulum, Sampang, (2) pengaruh media prezi terhadap kemampuan menulis teks biografi pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Khairul Ulum, Sampang, (3) respons peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran menulis teks biografi dengan menggunakan media prezi pada kelas X SMA Khairul Ulum, Sampang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Bentuk desain penelitian ini adalah True Experimental Design dengan bentuk pretest and posttest control group design. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa hasil observasi, hasil belajar, dan respons. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, tes, dan angket. ` ` Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pendidik dan peserta didik kelas X SMA Khairul Ulum, Sampang dalam pembelajaran menulis teks biografi dengan menggunakan media prezi dapat dikatakan baik. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh dari aktivitas pendidik sebesar 80% dan hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh dari aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 84%. Kemampuan menulis teks biografi peserta didik kelas X SMA Khairul Ulum, Sampang sebelum mendapatkan perlakuan masih rendah. Nilai rata-rata pretes kelas kontrol yakni 60,34 dan nilai rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen 59,56. Hasil postes pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan. Nilai rata-rata postes kelas kontrol yakni 75 dan nilai rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen yakni 86,34. Hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh t = 5,603 dengan db = 62. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, yakni t0 = 5,603 &gt; 2,00. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa penerapan media prezi berpengaruh positif. Hasil respons menunjukkan respons positif terhadap penggunaan media prezi dalam pembelajaran menulis teks biografi. Salah satu aspek menunjukkan 71,87% peserta didik menyatakan setuju bahwa pembelajaran menulis teks biografi dengan menggunakan media prezi dapat memotivasi peserta didik mengikuti pembelajaran menulis teks biografi. Abstract

Abstract. One of the learning models that can be applied in the 2013 curriculum is the problem based learning (PBL) learning model, which is a learning model characterized by real problems as a context for students to gain knowledge by solving problems given by the teacher. Where the PBL model has been applied in SD Negeri 5 Kampung Baru using audiovisual media. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation and assessment using the PBL learning model assisted by audiovisual media on the water cycle material for class V SD Negeri 5 Kampung Baru. Sources of data in the study were teachers and students of class V SD Negeri 5 Kampung Baru. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that: Planning is done by setting learning objectives, learning models, learning media, learning resources and assessments that are used as one forum, namely RPP. The implementation of learning has been in accordance with the steps of the PBL model. The assessment is based on the authentic assessment of the 2013 curriculum which includes aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills. It can be concluded that the teacher has implemented learning using the PBL model assisted by audiovisual media in accordance with the theory. However, there are shortcomings in planning and assessment, namely the teacher has not used the rubric of the assessment instrument contained in the teacher's book so that the teacher does not understand the extent to which the ability of students to understand the material that has been delivered. Abstract

Kahoot! Game is one of the advancements in learning technology. It can facilitate and motivate the students for being active and understanding the content of the text. This study aimed to find out whether there is or not any significant difference between the students who are taught by using Kahoot! Game and the students who are taught by using conventional game and to find out the impact of using Kahoot!. Altogether in this study, the writer used mixed-method and explanatory sequential mixed method design which involving 39 students of the fourth-semester students of English Education Program of STKIP Nurul Huda by using reading comprehension test for quantitative data and observation, questionnaire, and interview for qualitative data. The findings were the effect of Kahoot! Game in teaching reading comprehension achievement is a very high impact on engagement, perception and motivation, and positive attitude. It influenced students’ reading comprehension achievement. Therefore, it can be concluded that by using Kahoot! Game with high engagement, perception, motivation, and positive attitude of the students can influence their reading comprehension achievement.

Abstract

The learning process would be effectively when supported by various planning, including the use and utilization of instructional media. Instructional media were employed to facilitate the process of understanding information and convey learning messages. Identifying the appropriate instructional media can influence the achievement of the teaching and learning process. SMP Alquraniyah Nurul Huda Martapura was a school unit that is relatively newly established, and thus, the teaching and learning process still requires methods that can support students' progress. The main issues identified in this community service activity were: 1) a lack of utilization of digital technology in delivering learning materials in the classroom, 2) the teaching process mostly relies on conventional methods, and 3) the English language background of the partners was weak. In addressing these challenges, the wrtiter utilized digital comic media, which considered more engaging for students due to its colorful and attractive visuals. The results achieved in this community service activity include a significant improvement in the reading skills of SMP Alquraniyah Nurul Huda students, as evidenced by their reading practice results after several days of learning to read Narrative Text using Digital Comic Media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how many is type of the concept of antihero represented by John Wick in Movie “John Wick Chapter 4” by Chad Stahelski. The theory to analyse is from John F Rauthmann that causes three darks human trait, they are Narcissists, Machiavellians, Psychopaths. Moreover, this study focused on analyzing these three aspect of Antihero shown by John Wick they are Narcissists, Machiavellians, Psychopaths. Based on the results of data analysis found there are 41 data. They are the Narcissist (NRC) is 14 data (34%), Machiavellians (MCH) with a total of 16 data (39%), and Psychopaths (PSP) with a total of 11 data (27%). Therefore, it can be concluded that many uses of by the type of the concept of antihero represented by John Wick with a total of 41 data findings and the most dominant use is Machiavellians (MCH) with 16 data (39 %).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru Ekonomi dalam Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Mila Kabupaten Pidie.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru ekonomi dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negei 1 Mila Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Mila Kabupaten Pidie yaitu sebanyak 159 siswa.  Sampel diambil secara purpossive yaitu siswa kelas XI IPS sebanyak 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20.0. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat digunakan metode persamaan regresi linier sebagai berikut: Y=a+ bX.  Hipotesis penelitian adalah kreativitas guru ekonomi dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Hasil analisis data diperoleh model persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y = 65,939 + 0,370X. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kreativitas guru ekonomi dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Mila Kabupaten Pidie. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,911 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 49,60% yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru ekonomi dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran cukup kuat dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Mila Kabupaten Pidie. Kata Kunci : Kreativitas Guru, Media Pembelajaran, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian yang berjudul Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Salbian Konveksi di Kecamatan Pidie Kota Sigli, Pembahasan dalam Penelitian adalah terkait dengan pengembangan usaha yang ada di Salbian Konveksi sejak berdirinya pada tahun 2014 hingga sekarang. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, yang menekankan pada pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena sosial atau bisnis. Dalam konteks Salbian Konveksi, metode kualitatif dapat digunakan untuk memahami perspektif pemilik usaha, pengalaman mereka dalam menjalankan bisnis konveksi, tantangan yang mereka hadapi, serta strategi pengembangan yang telah diterapkan. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini akan berupa wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik UMKM Salbian Konveksi di Kecamatan Pidie Kota Sigli. Wawancara tersebut akan difokuskan pada topik-topik seperti sejarah pendirian usaha, proses produksi, pemasaran produk lokal, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha tersebut serta upaya-upaya strategis dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Selain itu, peneliti juga dapat melakukan observasi langsung terkait operasional dan lingkungan kerja dari salbian konveksi tersebut. Pemahaman mendalam tentang aspek-aspek ini akan memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif mengenai UMKM Salbian Konveksi di Kecamatan Pidie Kota Sigli.  Kata Kunci: Strategi Pengembangan, UMKM

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of Business Model Canvas (BMC) in business development strategies at Omah Kopi Mandiri Tulungagung. BMC is used as the foundation for their business strategy, introducing local coffee variations to diverse markets. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the application of BMC by Omah Kopi Mandiri Tulungagung in the expansion and development of their local coffee business. The qualitative research approach is carried out through interviews, observation, and analysis of documents related to BMC. The results of the analysis show the successful implementation of BMC by Omah Kopi Mandiri Tulungagung by successfully reaching a wide market segment, using distribution channels through their Instagram platform and offline stores. The main revenue comes from the sale of coffee products with a focus on production, packaging, and marketing. Cooperation with local coffee farmers and raw material suppliers is an important factor in the company's operations. This study confirms the successful implementation of BMC as the foundation of business strategy, while recommending expansion of distribution channels and product innovation to achieve a wider market share for Omah Kopi Mandiri Tulungagung's local coffee business
