Abstract

The influence of profitabilities and capital stucture to company performance. Research aims at explaning effect of profitability and capital stucture on company performance. Research also considers testing the effect of profitability and capital stucture simultaneously or partially on company performance. Study sample of 7 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Observation made during the period of 7 years, the years 2009-2015. Data analysis techniques used in the study was conducted using miltiple regression analysis. Results of research indicate that variables of profitability and capital structure simultaneoously provide significant effect on company performance. Partially, only variabel of profitability ROE significantly affect company performance, while ROA not. Also DER variable of Capital Structure don’t have significant affect on company performance.Keywords: Profitability, Capital Structure, Company Performance

Abstract

FEB UKI experienced the problem of fluctuating the number of students who should be addressed by improving the quality of service through improving the quality of human resources in UKI, so that it would have an impact on the interest of prospective new students to choose FEB UKI and ultimately influence their level of satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors influence students choosing to study at the FEB UKI Accounting Undergraduate study program. The results showed that 1) Factors influencing old students choosing yo study in the S-1 Accounting Study Program FEB UKI were factors 1 such as person variables, physical evidence, prosesses, products and costs, while factor 2 such as reference group variables, self and family desires. 2) Factors influencing new students choosing to study at the S-1 Accounting Study Program FEB UKI are factors 1 such as cost variable, own desire, person, promotion, group references, and process, while factor 2 is product variable, physical evidence, and family. Abstract

The study was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Christian University of Indonesia to know customers satisfaction and expectations as well as the implementation or performance of the company. In providing good services to customers, GO-JEK companies must pay attention to the variables that become this research, namely five dimensions of service quality, among others tangiable, responsiveness, assurance, realibility, and emphaty. GO-JEK management needs to pay attention to comfort and security in every transaction on the GO-PAY application. Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely to determine the effect of price, promotion and brand image on customer loyalty Gojek in Christian University of Indonesia, Jakarta. The population in this research are all students in the UKI totaling 5.013 people. The sample used as many as 40 respondents. Sampling was conducted using Non-probability sampling technique with a type of purposive sampling. Data analysis using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results of the research showed, price and promotion have no influence on customer loyalty partially, as well as the variable brand image has an influence on customer loyalty Gojek in UKI Jakarta. Price, promotion, and brand image simultaneously (together) have an influence on customer loyalty Gojek in UKI Jakarta. Keyword : price, promotion, brand image and customer loyalty

Abstract

“The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the Influence, Price, Promotion and Distribution of Tupperware Product Purchase Decisions at SDL Husnul Barokah. The source of the data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents, while secondary data is obtained through library research from the Husnul Barokah SLD by searching the internet for data related to this research. The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis techniques. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data using SPSS 18. Testing the validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses to test the data statistically. Through this research, it is known that the questionnaire is said to be valid because rcount > rtable, that is, each rcount score > 0.279. Likewise, the questionnaire data is also said to be reliable because the Cronbach Alpha is > 0.60. The conclusion in this study is that the product factor partially does not have a significant influence on the decision to buy Tupperware products at SDL Husnul Barokah. Meanwhile, price, promotion, and distribution partially have an influence on the decision to buy Tupperware at SDl Husnul Barokah. All variables simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Tupperware products at SDL Husnul Barokah.”Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion, Distribution, Product Purchase Decision
