Abstract

In Indonesia, there is still gender inequality in various forms, such as in education, remuneration, and position. The Government of Indonesia reports that Indonesian women still experience inequality in many aspects. In 2010, the mean years of schooling are longer for men than for women (8.34 versus 7.50 years). Only 17.5% of Indonesian women involved in Parliament and only 44% of women worked as a manager, professional, administrator or technician. A time series data will be used in this study. This study will regress growth rate of real gross domestic product (GDP) per capita on labor force growth, investment (gross total investment), trade openness and a composite index of gender inequality using a time series analysis. The results of the analysis show that gender inequality slows down the economic growth, while the investment, trade openness and growth of labor force accelerate the economic growth.

Abstract

Abstarksi Risiko-risiko yang muncul dalam perusahaan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada para pelanggan terutama dalam network system, sehingga dibutuhkan penanganan atau manajemen terhadap risiko, agar dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi kepuasan konsumen perusahaan. Indosat seperti juga perusahaan lainnya selalu menjaga agar risiko yang terjadi di perusahaan dapat dikendalikan seminimal mungkin. Namun pada kenyataannya saat bekerja ada saja karyawan yang tidak menjalankan Standard of Procedure (SOP) di pekerjaannya dengan baik sehingga dapat merugikan buat perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data risiko Operasional yang terjadi di PT Indosat Ooredoo Tbk. Mengenai pendekatan penelitian, penetapan informan, sumber data, dan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola risiko operasional pada Divisi Network Operation Center PT Indosat Ooredoo Tbk. Berdasarkan analisis dan evaluasi yang dilakukan maka didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan Risiko Operasional di divisi Network Operation Center PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk yang teridentifikasi dari hasil penelitian ini terdiri atas 9 jenis yang meliputi 49 risiko dari departemen yang ada di divisi tersebut.

Abstract

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 telah terjadi berbagai perubahan di dunia diantaranya perubahan sosial, budaya, tenaga kerja dan ekonomi, yang secara umum berbasis teknologi yang berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Perguruan Tinggi harus mempersiapkan lulusan yang tangguh dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi dengan memperkuat kompetensi lulusannya. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan Perguruan Tinggi, maka sejak tahun 2020 Kemendikbudristek telah meluncurkan Program MBKM. Ada delapan kegiatan pembelajaran yang ditawarkan melalui Program MBKM dan salah satunya adalah Program Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB). Program ini telah dikuti oleh seorang mahasiswa bimbingan penulis (sebagai Dosen Pembimbing MBKM) pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2021 sampai 25 Februari 2022 (satu semester) di P. T. Orbit Ventura Indonesia dengan topik Artifcial Intelligence for Startup. Dalam pelaksanaannya Dosen Pembimbing harus memonitor kegiatan yang dilakukan mahasiswa melalui logbook (laporan kegiatan) mingguan Kampus Merdeka. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diperoleh bahwa mahasiswa mendapat nilai A yang disetarakan untuk 18 SKS pada Semester Ganjil 2021/2022. Kata Kunci: MBKM, MSIB, Dosen Pembimbing, Articial Intelligence, Logbook.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the level of customer satisfaction on service performance Indomaret Cipinang Asem. The data used in this study derived from primary data, ie data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. As for the secondary data obtained from the study of literature and other sources that is certainly related to this research. The method used in this study is the importance of performance analysisdengan using ANOVA tables for processing the data, while the data collection techniques using Likert scale questionnaire contained therein Cartesian diagram. Conclusions can be drawn based on the diagram Cartesian are attributes that are in quadrant A, the employees handling customer complaints properly, employees serve customers quickly, employees are scrupulous in airport shopping deals, priced accordingly between listed with the data in the computer, the availability of products in Indomaret Asem Cipinang complete, the product availability in Cipinang Indomaret Asem, the availability of adequate parking places. The attributes of the attribute that most influences customer dissatisfaction Indomaret Cipinang Asem is atibut 10 is a discrepancy between the price specified by the data on the computer. Advice can be given to Indomaret Cipinang Asem Kebon Pala is Better Indomaret Cipinang Asem Kebon Pala more attention and improve pelayananannya contained in the attributes in quadrant A, which mainly attributes 10 that is a discrepancy between listed with the data in the computer because these attributes important for customers but implementation in Cipinang Indomaret Asem not meet the interests of customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the relationship between incentives and work environment to the organizational commitment of PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance. Which is a company engaged in financing, which is located at the Depok branch on Jl. IR. H. Juanda NO. 11 & 12 RT. 001/014 Ex. Kemiri Advance, Kec. Beji Depok. This research is descriptive quantitative. And this type of research is a case study with data collection through the provision of a list of questions (questionnaires), with a sample of 50 employees of PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance. Testing this hypothesis using the technique of sperm rank correlation analysis. Based on the results of this study indicate that, there is a significant relationship between incentives and organizational commitment as indicated by the value of tcount (5,707) > ttable (2,010). With this, the Spearman Rank correlation value is 0.636. There is a significant relationship between offering incentives and organizational commitment, as indicated by the value of tcount (6,714) > ttable (2,010). With this, the Spearman Rank correlation value is 0.696. there is a significant relationship between the work environment and organizational commitment. Companies should pay more attention to offering special incentives to give praise to employees, companies can better improve the work environment, especially pay attention to whether employees work together with colleagues so that employees are loyal and fully committed to an organization or company.Keywords: Incentives, Work Environment And Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

The era of progress and development has made four-wheeled vehicles, or cars, a basic necessity for the middle to upper-class society. This is evident from the increasing purchase of used cars every year. The number of car users continues to rise, resulting in various complex issues. One of the main issues is the worsening traffic congestion, leading to an increase in road accidents. The automotive service industry continues to evolve, providing adequate facilities. When these services are delivered effectively, they are used to enhance customer satisfaction. A quantitative approach is employed, and it has a cause-and-effect relationship design for the specific variables. The research findings are as follows: service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, with low significance (0.000 < 0.05). Similarly, the company image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with low significance (0.004 < 0.05). Furthermore, there is a positive and significant simultaneous impact of the variables on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the high F-value (191.345 > 3.136) and low significance level (0.000 > 0.05). In conclusion, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, indicating that service quality and company image significantly influence customer satisfaction. Abstract

Studies on the nexus between socioeconomic and demographic factors and crime reporting are still limited in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the socioeconomic and demographic causes of crime reporting in Indonesia using data from the results of the 2021 National Socioeconomic Survey. The data were analyzed using a binary logistic regression model. The unit of analysis was the population aged 15 years and older. The dependent variable was whether or not someone who experienced a crime reported it to the police. The independent variables were socioeconomic and demographic factors. The results of the study showed that a lower probability of reporting crime to the police was associated with being female, being younger, having higher educational attainment, living in urban areas, living in Java island, and working, implying the need to improve information, education, and communication on crime reporting among these groups.JEL Classification: A12, J19, K00, K39How to Cite:Rajagukguk, W.
