Abstract

This study aims to facilitate the management system of monitoring infrastructure program of university facilities and infrastructure, through software engineering technology approach as an effort to improve productivity and quality of monitoring process become more efficient and effective. The software in this research is built in a systematic and organized approach to monitoring infrastructure of facilities and infrastructure using appropriate tools and techniques. Through this research, universities are expected to be able to develop the necessary quality measures to support the process of planning and controlling infrastructure infrastructure monitoring. The research was conducted using survey method, development of monitoring management and software. Up to the design stage of this program prototype, research has produced a special picture of the software requirements to be built in the next year. Software development process starting from the analysis phase of system and software requirements, designing data structures up to the architecture stage of the program has produced a list of needs/requirements, the design of program prototype contained in the design of input/output for the monitoring process facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang di setiap aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam aspek perdagangan guna bisa bersaing di dunia pasar dan bisa mengikuti perkembangan untuk memajukan usaha yang dimiliki. Tanpa mengikuti perkembangan teknologi ini maka usaha yang dimiliki tidak akan mengalami kemajuan dan bersifat statis. Karena bagi pebisnis saat ini dalam dunia perdagangan telah menggunakan media internet sebagai media penjualan untuk mengikuti kebutuhan konsumen sekarang yang ingin serba praktis dan bisa melakukan pembelian kapan dan dimana saja. Penggunaan internet membuat usaha menjadi lebih mudah untuk dikenal masyarakat luas dan bisa sebagai media promosi untuk memperkenalkan usaha yang dijalani. Pada Toko Diah Fashion metode penjualannya masih menggunakan sistem penjualan yang konvensional. Dengan sistem pemasarannya masih kurang efektif dan membuat toko menjadi sulit untuk menjangkau penjualan lebih luas lagi. Untuk itu perlu dibangun sistem informasi penjualan pada toko Diah menggunakan komputerisasi atau online berbasis Web. Selanjutnya sistem informasi ini akan dikombinasikan dengan menerapkan strategi upselling didalam sistem informasi penjualan ini untuk menawarkan produk yang mana memiliki produk komplementer dengan nilai (value) lebih tinggi dari produk yang bersangkutan dan keduanya memiliki tingkat confidence 100% guna meningkatkan omzet penjualan pada toko Diah Fashion ini. Penelitian ini hasilnya berupa sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode upselling di dalamnya. Dengan diterapkannya sistem terkomputerisasi dan metode upselling untuk penjualan berbasis online ini bisa menguntungkan toko Diah untuk mendorong customer bisa membeli produk yang lebih mahal dan upgrade. Selain itu dengan diterapkannya berbasis online bisa mempermudah customer dalam pembelian barang tanpa harus datang ke Toko Diah Fashion.Kata kunci: strategi up selling, berbasis web, website.

Abstract

Website saat ini telah digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi termasuk instansi pendidikan seperti Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah. Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. A value of 88 means that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets an adjective rating that excellence, grade scale belongs to group B and the level of acceptability is acceptable

Abstract

Junjung Biru Waste Bank conducts a selection of the best member biennially. The process is crucial, but it does not have a supporting system, which poses problems emerging from data redundancies and data loss. Among the problem is the difficulty for administrators in summarizing data of members who have transactions. To solve the problem, we devised and implemented a decision support system using the CPI (Composite Performance Index) method. The criteria are the amount of balance and active saving during a six-month interval. The results of this research is a web-based decision support system that produces a ranking order of members, which helps in selecting the best member.

Abstract

The people of Asia, especially Indonesia, have a staple food, namely rice. Rice is a major and strategic food commodity whose availability needs to be guaranteed. To provide the best in inputting incoming and outgoing goods data as well as available goods data, Belitang Harvest Raya designed a new application product. In this study using the Design thinking approach. The Design thinking method is an innovation-based software product design method that is based on finding solutions to solve certain problems. After successfully finding and understanding the problems obtained through the process of Identify the problem, Describe Solution, Empathize to Users, Appeal to Business, Lock in Agreement (IDEAL) and Prototype and Test. So that the BPR application is able to solve problems that occur in a company at this time.

Abstract

Desa Sungai Buaya Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir adalah salah satu tempat pelaksanaan KKNT Universitas Bina Darma. Dengan luas +-300 Ha. Desa ini berbatasan langsung dengan Desa Pipa Putih. Mayoritas penduduk Desa Sungai Buaya bermatapencaharian sebagai buruh harian lepas dan bekerja sebagai buruh tani. Terlepas dari itu terdapat beberapa masyarakat yang menjadi wirausahawan salah satunya yaitu UMKM konveksi dengan nama Hero. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara melakukan identifikasi masalah pada UMKM. Observasi: Melakukan pengamatan lapangan langsung terhadap permasalahan pada UMKM Konveksi Hero, Wawancara: Melakukan tanya jawab untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan akan permasalahan yang ada pada UMKM Konveksi Hero, Edukasi: Melaksanakan edukasi dan penerapan penggunaan aplikasi CrediBook pada UMKM Konveksi Hero di Desa Sungai Buaya. Pada pencatatan keuangan yang dilakukan pada UMKM Konveksi Hero ini masih dalam secara manual dan pada buku seadanya, maka dilakukan pengenalan penggunaan aplikasi CrediBook pada pencatatan keuangan agar laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan relevan seperti memperhitungkan keuntungan yang diperoleh, mengetahui berapa tambahan modal yang dicapai, dan juga dapat mengetahui bagaimana keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban yang dimiliki.

Abstract

One of the Three Pillars of Bina Darma University is community service through Thematic Community Service Programs (KKNT). KKNT aims to help students gain knowledge, skills, and social awareness through new learning experiences. The community expects the presence of students to enhance motivation and innovation in the development field. Students, as active communication bridges, play a crucial role in developing and applying technology and science. The university, as an agent of change, supports this role. KKNT must be implemented using four principles: feasible, acceptable, sustainable, and participatory. The KKNT implementation process generally consists of three stages: evaluation, reporting, and follow-up. Two types of reports are prepared during the reporting stage: group reports by student groups and individual reports by each student. To conduct observations, question-and-answer methods, documentation, and direct field observations are used. Observations indicate that KKNT work programs include both physical and non-physical programs

Abstract

Public services are one of the obligations that local governments must fulfill to meet the rights of their citizens. In its implementation, local governments leverage technological advancements to save costs and conserve resources, one of which is by creating an online Application for Development and Application Development Information System (SI-MOHONBANGET). This integrated national digital service can enhance the quality of government administrative services and public services that are more systematic, straightforward, and integrated. Currently, the development of information and communication technology in regional apparatus at the Communication and Information Office, particularly in the field of Applications and Informatics, is still conducted manually, requiring individuals to visit the office directly. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors, as well as data corruption, while also minimizing the occurrence of data redundancy. Therefore, it is essential to develop an application for regional apparatus to facilitate online applications for the construction and development of applications with substantial storage capacity, allowing for periodic data checks. The method used in this research is web engineering. The result of this study is the availability of an application that can be utilized to submit requests for the development and establishment of web-based applications within the Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan menjadi kebutuhan utama untuk meningkatkan layanan mandiri pasien. Salah satu kendala utama yang ditemukan di Rumah Sakit Siloam Sriwijaya adalah antrean panjang di meja Customer Service hanya untuk menanyakan jadwal praktik dokter. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan perancangan prototype fitur jadwal dokter berbasis mobile menggunakan metode prototyping. Proses ini dilakukan selama magang di bagian front office, dengan pendekatan observasi langsung dan analisis kebutuhan pengguna. Hasilnya berupa desain antarmuka digital yang menampilkan jadwal dokter berdasarkan jenis pasien (BPJS maupun umum/asuransi), serta integrasi dengan sistem reservasi mandiri. Rancangan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, mengurangi beban kerja Customer Service, dan mendukung transformasi digital layanan kesehatan.
