Abstract

Container is a technology that has recently been widely used because of the additional features that are very easy and convenient to use, especially for web hosting service developers, with Container making it easier for system admins to manage applications including building, processing and running applications on Container. With Container the process of creating and using the system will be easier but along with too many user requests so that the service does not run optimally. Therefore, the Container must have good scalability and performance. Scalability is needed for systems that can adjust to the needs of user demand and performance is needed to maintain the quality of services provided. This research aims to implement scaling using Docker and Kubernetes in terms of scalability and performance. The parameters of comparison between Docker and Kubernetes are for scalability, scaling up and scaling down time and for performance. The method in this research uses the Action Research methodology, which is a research model that is simultaneously practiced and theorized. With the initial steps of problem identification, action planning, action implementation, observation and evaluation. Based on the results that have been obtained, Docker consumes more CPU & Memory Usage Resources, namely at 500 Users Kubernetes consumes Resources with an average of 94.47%-4.70% while in Kubernetes 89.11%-4.50 because in Kubernetes itself has a complex system, especially special component components such as APIs, Metrics Server, Kubernetes manager to run the Container. While in Docker only has Docker Manager and Docker Compose components.

Abstract

Sampah adalah hasil dari sisa-sisa material yang tidak diperlukan, yang dihasilkan setiap hari baik oleh rumah tangga maupun indutri. Tujuan dari tempat pengelolaan sampah seperti bank sampah adalah untuk mendaur ulang sampah untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomi. Bank Sampah Junjung Birru memiliki program sekolah Tk dimana sampah digunakan sebagai media pembayaran Spp. Namun saat ini di Junjung Birru, proses bisnis yang berlangsung, mulai dari pengumpulan sampah hingga penukaran sampah menjadi media pembayaran Spp masih dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan kurang efisien. System pencatatan sampah yang dilakukan oleh murid setiap hari masih mengandalkan penggunaan buku besar, yang menyebabkan kurangnya ketertiban dalam penyimpanan data. Maksud dari penelitian ini untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi digital dengan pengelolaan sampah sebagai media pembayaran Spp di bank sampah junjung birru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain UI/UX menggunakan metode design thinking yang mencakup tahap emphatize, define, ideate, prototype test. Dengan menggunakan design thinking diharapkan dapat memecahkan masalah, dengan cara yang inovatif, efektif pada pengguna dan masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini perancangan desain UI/UX pengelolaan sampah sebagai media pembayaran Spp Tk sebagai hasil rancangan desain awal kedepannya. Peneliti melakukan pengujian dengan 30 respoden melalui usability testing, setelah menguji usability dilakukan usability dengan menggunakan metode system usability scale. Hasil penilaian dengan nilai sebesar 79,5 menunjukkan bahwa desain UI/UX Pengelolaan sampah sebagai media pembayaran spp Tk menggunakan metode design thinking telah mencapai tingkat penerimaan yang baik bagi pengguna

Abstract

This study aims to classify various types of flowers using the deep learning method with the Convolutional Neural Networks MobileNetV3-Small architecture. The research stages include data collection and sharing, model training using the MobileNetV3-Small architecture, and testing with evaluation using the Confusion Matrix. Eight models with hyperparameter variations were tested to find the model with the highest accuracy. Model five achieved the highest validation accuracy of 99.25%. The evaluation showed that model five achieved the highest accuracy of 92%. These results indicate that increasing the amount of data and parameter settings can significantly improve model accuracy, indicating that the model can achieve near-perfect performance with more training data and optimal parameter settings. This study uses open-access data from Kaggle covering five types of flowers: daisy, dandelion, rose, sunflower, and tulip.

Abstract

Technology in buying and selling can be utilized to increase company profits. PT. Palembang Berkah Bersama was established in April 2017 with the business brand Lamonde Palembang, a business venture making cakes and bakeries. The product ordering process takes a long time because consumers must come to the Lamonde Palembang store or type via WA or telephone. Hence, the shop assistant has a little difficulty in recapitulating data if there is an order simultaneously. Based on interviews conducted by researchers with Mr. Erik, Marketing Manager of Lamonde Palembang, the daily sales turnover is around 60-80 pieces of cake and bread. Therefore, what is needed by Lamonde Palembang is an ordering system where the system is used to handle the ordering process online. With this system, it will be easier for consumers to order products because they can directly choose the products provided, where there are also prices for each product. The total cost of the order also appears to be well and can be determined quickly. Shop assistants can also more easily see and list orders and product sales

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Sobat IndiHome, channel digital baru yang menawarkan promo WiFi IndiHome melalui media sosial. Meskipun aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan registrasi, pengguna melaporkan beberapa kelemahan, seperti kecepatan akses yang lambat dan kurangnya pembaruan dalam pengecekan jaringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 65 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26. Lima variabel yang diuji meliputi perceived ease of use (X1), perceived usefulness (X2), attitude toward using (X3), behavioral intention to use (X4), dan actual technology usage (Y). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis H2, H3, dan H4 diterima, sementara H1 ditolak, menandakan tidak terdapat hubungan antara kemudahan pengguna (perceived ease of use) dengan penggunaan teknologi sesungguhnya (actual technology usage). Abstract

Information and communication technology plays an important role in facilitating many parts of everyday life. In the current digital era, almost all daily activities are related to technology, which has the benefit of making daily activities and activities easier. The South Sumatra Province Communications and Informatics Service, which has the main responsibility for supervising and advancing the communications and informatics sector under its jurisdiction, is implementing a governance system that currently includes E-Kinerja as an expression of governance. ASN's daily performance, which is related to additional compensation for employees, is evaluated using the E-Kinerja program. It is very important to implement an E-Kinerja strategy because some workers do not do their jobs well or according to their respective workloads. As a result, the public service system becomes slow, complicated and does not work ideally due to a lack of effectiveness, efficiency, transparency and accountability in the work carried out by employees. This research aims to assess the current condition of E-Kinerja in the South Sumatra Province Communication and Information Service, as well as propose realistic and evidence-based changes that will increase efficiency and effectiveness in workplaces and government services. The method the author uses is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The expected benefits of this research are that E-performance developers can use this research to develop applications according to user needs and further research can use this research as a reference in the field of usability analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS).

Abstract

The development of responsive, efficient, and maintainable web applications is a critical challenge in modern web development. This study presents the design and development of a tracer study information system for Bina Darma University using Vue.js and Tailwind CSS. The system focuses on three key components: responsive web design, pagination for managing large datasets, and reusable components implemented with Vue.js slots. By integrating Tailwind CSS, the system achieves a highly adaptive interface optimized for various devices, ensuring a seamless user experience. The implementation of Vue.js-based pagination significantly improves the management of alumni questionnaire histories in the admin interface, enhancing navigation and performance. Additionally, the use of Django pagination complements this by efficiently handling server-side data management, allowing for smooth transitions between pages and reducing load times for large datasets. This dual approach to pagination ensures that both client-side and server-side data handling are optimized for performance. Furthermore, the use of Vue.js slots for component reuse allows for tailored functionalities across different interfaces, reducing redundancy and improving code maintainability. The results demonstrate that adopting modern frameworks like Vue.js and Tailwind CSS, alongside robust backend solutions like Django, can streamline development, reduce effort, and enhance application efficiency. This study provides a scalable solution that can be adapted for similar academic systems, offering insights into best practices for contemporary web application development.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the e-Kinerja application used in the Muara Enim Regency Communicat ion and Information Agency. The method used is the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), which measures six main dimensions of user experience, namely attractiveness, efficiency, clarity, accuracy, stimu lation, and novelty. The results show that the e-Kinerja application provides a positive experience for users. The application is consi dered easy to use, clear in presenting information, and capable of encouraging work productivity. There are several aspects that can be improved to support innovation and accuracy of the application's functions. The evaluation is expected to be the basis for developing a more effective application that is oriented towards user needs. The research results are expected to contribute to improving the quality of information technology-based services in the govern ent sector and serve as a reference for other agencies in developing similar applica tions. Thus, this research not only assesses the current performance of the e-Kinerja application but also encourages the creation of adaptive, innovative systems that are in line with the evolving needs of organizations and society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the quality and usability of the MyASN application using the Usability Testing method. The measurement focuses on five aspects of usability, namely learning ability, efficiency, memory, errors, and satisfaction. This method was chosen because it is able to comprehensively describe the user experience, both in terms of ease of use and obstacles encountered when operating the application. The results show that the MyASN application obtained an overall usability score of 63%, which is categorized as “good.” This indicates that the application sufficiently meets the basic needs of civil servants in managing personnel data. However, there are still several aspects that need more serious attention, especially in terms of errors. Some users reported difficulties when navigating certain menus or errors when inputting data, which can reduce comfort and trust in the system. These findings have important implications that the development of the MyASN application should not only stop at achieving a good usability score, but also focus on improving the overall user experience.
