Abstract

Di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang pada awalnya sistem digunakan masih secara sistem manual atau tulis tangan, sehingga dalam penyajian data kurang cepat dan efektif. Oleh karena itu pihak Puskesmas Pembina Palembang menginginkan aplikasi baru yang berdiri sendiri yang dapat menyajikan data dan informasi yang lebih lengkap dan efektif dalam menjawab semua kebutuhan informasi yang berkaitan dengan proses dinas kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang, serta bisa memberikan feedback yang positif dari masyarakat ke Puskesmas maupun Puskesmas ke masyarakat melalui aplikasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat aplikasi pada Puskesmas Pembina Palembang yang baru supaya memudahkan pasien/masyarakat mendaftaran nama dan memperoleh informasi yang ada di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang, tujuan dari penelitian adalah membuat aplikasi Puskesmas Pembina Palembang dengan menggunakan Program Adobe Dreamweaver dan diharapkan dapat memudahkan pasien/masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi yang berkaitan dengan Puskesmas Pembina Palembang.

Abstract

Pemasaran penjualah suatu produk sangat berperan di dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Pemasaran produk di UMKM keripik pisang sejauh ini belum menggunakan digitalisasi atau pemasarannya masih belum online, sehingga diperlukan metode digital marketing untuk mendukung kenaikan proses penjualan. Metode ini yang menerapkan proses pemasaran tidak hanya melalui website tetapi juga bisa melalui media sosial. Pelatihan yang diterapkan kepada masyarakat Desa Pegayut Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir adalah dengan menggunakan beberapa media social, diantaranya Facebook, Instagram, dan Tik Tok. kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah mulai dari meninjau lokasi sampai dengan melakukan pelatihan. Indikator keberhasilan dalam kegiatan ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana peserta dapat memasarkan produknya melalui digital. Pelaksanaan ini dianggap sudah berhasil dilakukan dan dianggap telah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.

Abstract

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia, yang masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk beberapa pengolahan data, salah satunya adalah pengolahan surat masuk dan keluar yang masih manual. Hal ini menyebabkan kinerja perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem tersebut pastinya akan tertinggal dibandingkan dengan perusahaan yang telah menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengembangan teknologi dalam pengolahan surat masuk dan keluar, yang mana pengolahan data dapat dilakukan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat dengan pengembangan sistem informasi. Dengan metode penelitian waterfall, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pengarsipan untuk pengolahan surat masuk dan keluar pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk berbasis web. Dari hasil observasi, penulis memperoleh konsep sistem informasi yang tepat guna untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Adapun sistem informasi yang dirancang untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang telah dipaparkan sebelumnya telah terintegrasi dengan menerapkan PHP dan database MySQL

Abstract

Public services are one of the obligations that local governments must fulfill to meet the rights of their citizens. In its implementation, local governments leverage technological advancements to save costs and conserve resources, one of which is by creating an online Application for Development and Application Development Information System (SI-MOHONBANGET). This integrated national digital service can enhance the quality of government administrative services and public services that are more systematic, straightforward, and integrated. Currently, the development of information and communication technology in regional apparatus at the Communication and Information Office, particularly in the field of Applications and Informatics, is still conducted manually, requiring individuals to visit the office directly. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors, as well as data corruption, while also minimizing the occurrence of data redundancy. Therefore, it is essential to develop an application for regional apparatus to facilitate online applications for the construction and development of applications with substantial storage capacity, allowing for periodic data checks. The method used in this research is web engineering. The result of this study is the availability of an application that can be utilized to submit requests for the development and establishment of web-based applications within the Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

At this time, the use of internet services as a means to obtain information is increasingly being used. Because of its broad reach and easy access to the internet, it is ideal when used as a means of promotion and means to publish information. Although the internet has a negative impact, the positive impact is given more and is very helpful for anyone who uses it. This ticket booking program aims to solve customers’ problems, such as during ticket ordering and looking for information about tickets or other things. Such as helping all customers whose access to ticketing counters is constrained by distance and time, facilitating customers and ticket sellers in the buying and selling process, promoting the company, and providing services to customers regarding online and on-time ticket bookings. The internet is a very potent medium for developing a dynamic and wide-scale information system; with the internet, information about anything can be obtained easily and quickly and can be accessed via smartphones or laptops that are widely used in the current era. Based on the various conveniences and functionalities possessed by the internet, a "Design of a Bus Ticket Reservation System was developed. On-Line and On-Time Ticket Booking System. This web-based software is made with PHP, MySQL, and Macromedia Dreamweaver version 8. This information system is designed to provide convenience in terms of ticket booking services and obtain other information needed by customers in a short and efficient time, such as available departure schedules, the type of vehicle to the kind of route provided, and other information required by the customer.

Abstract

Information and communication technology plays an important role in facilitating many parts of everyday life. In the current digital era, almost all daily activities are related to technology, which has the benefit of making daily activities and activities easier. The South Sumatra Province Communications and Informatics Service, which has the main responsibility for supervising and advancing the communications and informatics sector under its jurisdiction, is implementing a governance system that currently includes E-Kinerja as an expression of governance. ASN's daily performance, which is related to additional compensation for employees, is evaluated using the E-Kinerja program. It is very important to implement an E-Kinerja strategy because some workers do not do their jobs well or according to their respective workloads. As a result, the public service system becomes slow, complicated and does not work ideally due to a lack of effectiveness, efficiency, transparency and accountability in the work carried out by employees. This research aims to assess the current condition of E-Kinerja in the South Sumatra Province Communication and Information Service, as well as propose realistic and evidence-based changes that will increase efficiency and effectiveness in workplaces and government services. The method the author uses is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The expected benefits of this research are that E-performance developers can use this research to develop applications according to user needs and further research can use this research as a reference in the field of usability analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS).

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly influenced various aspects of life, especially in the delivery of healthcare services. Websites now play a pivotal role in providing healthcare services and information to patients, acting as a vital medium of communication. Puskesmas OPI Palembang is a healthcare institution serving the community, consisting of several departments (polyclinics), including the Maternal and Child Health Room, the Elderly Room, Special Room 1 for Respiratory Diseases, Special Room 2, General Examination Room, Dental and Oral Room, Laboratory Room, Pediatric Room, and Immunization Room. At Puskesmas OPI Palembang, a blog is currently the primary medium for disseminating health service information, alongside brochures, e-flyers, and promotional materials distributed to the local community through free health education initiatives. For outpatient health services, patient registration is still managed using paper-based records. To improve services, a website has been developed to serve as an effective platform for patients to access information about the health center, doctor schedules, polyclinics, and outpatient services, including patient registration. The website provides essential details such as the health center's location, contact information, and doctor schedules, including names, working hours, and practice days. Patients can register online by completing personal information, complaints, preferred polyclinic, and doctor details. The website was developed following the Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing phases of the Extreme Programming methodology.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to how humans interact, one of which is through social media. TikTok has become one of the popular social media applications with various attractive features that support users' creativity and self-expression. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the TikTok application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This method assesses user experience based on 10 statements rated on a Likert scale ranging from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree." Data were collected through questionnaires distributed in online. The analysis results showed an average SUS score of 73.4, indicating that TikTok has a good and acceptable usability level. This study provides insights into TikTok's strengths and weaknesses in meeting user needs and offers recommendations for further development.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk mengadaptasi solusi digital yang efektif, terkhusus pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi dan layanan komputer, sistem stock barang tentu menjadi hal yang sangat penting sehingga perlu sebuah rancangan sebuah sistem untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut, termasuk dalam desain antarmuka (User Interface) dan pengalaman pengguna (User eXperience). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain UI/UX pada Sistem Pendataan Stock Barang Pada Eka Jaya Komputer dengan menggunakan metode User-Centered Design. Metode ini dipilih karena menitikberatkan pada kebutuhan, preferensi, dan ekspektasi pengguna dalam setiap tahap pengembangan desain. Proses perancangan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari analisis pengguna, pembuatan user persona, identifikasi pain points, perancangan information architecture, user flow, hingga pembuatan wireframe dan prototyping. Pengujian usability dilakukan menggunakan evaluasi dari Aplikasi yaitu bernama Maze Version – Testing Test, yang menghasilkan skor kepuasan pengguna sebesar 94% dengan hanya 9 kesalahan (of block) dari 17 responden yang dihadirkan. Hasil penelitian ini tentunya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode UCD pada Sistem Pendataan Stock Barang Pada Eka Jaya Komputer dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas interaksi pengguna dengan sistem yang telah di bangun, serta menghasilkan desain UI/UX yang lebih intuitif dan responsif.

Abstract

Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi merupakan darma yang dilakukan oleh pihak akademisi, salah satunya adalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sejauh ini di dalam menyampaikan pengaduan layanan IT masih dilakukan secara langsung dengan mendatangi Departemen IT. Kondisi ini membuat semua keluhan tidak terdata dengan baik. Maka dari itu, Dosen dan Mahasiwa Universitas Bina Darma membuat website sistem pengaduan layanan dan mengedukasi karyawan di dalam menggunakan website tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam tiga langkah yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi/diskusi dan evaluasi. Pengabdian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi karyawan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang dalam menggunakan website sistem pengaduan layanan di Departemen IT.
