Abstract

Human resource development is an important factor to achieve the objective of a company to maximize its profit. Theoretically, some factors such as compensation and motivation is closely related to performance of employee of a company. Therefore, the research was conducted to analyses the impact of compensation and motivation on employee performance. The population of this study is all employee, 250 people of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa in Tangerang. The samples of this study were the employees of the company totaling of 154 respondents. Multiple regression analysis technique was used to analyses the impact of compensation and motivation on employee performance. The results of this research showed that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This implies that the company should focus on improving compensation and motivation in order to increase the performance of employees.

Abstract

The lung disease diagnosis expert system utilizes human knowledge to diagnose various conditions affecting the lung. Diseases caused by fungal or bacterial infection in the organ can cause inflammation as well as death when it is not detected on time. A standard method to diagnose these conditions is the use of a chest X-ray (CXR), which requires careful examination of the image by an expert. In this study, several CNN and SVM architectural models were proposed to classify CXR images to diagnose whether a person has COVID-19, Viral Pneumonia, Bacterial Pneumonia, Tuberculosis (TB), and Normal. The experiment showed that InceptionV3 had the best results compared to other CNN architectures and SVM. Classification accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score of CXR images for COVID-19, Viral Pneumonia, Bacterial Pneumonia, TB, and Normal were 0.86, 0.91, 0.91, and 0.91, respectively. This study was based on a deep learning system with different CNN and SVM architectures that can work well on the CXR images dataset for diagnosing lung disease.

Abstract

Bank adalah badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkannya kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit dan atau bentuk - bentuk lainnya dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Perkembangan bisnis perbankan digital saat ini merupakan salah satu agenda penting dalam industri Perbankan Indonesia. Kebutuhan akan transformasi menjadi prioritas utama bagi perusahaan, agar lebih agile dalam pasar yang berubah dengan cepat. Penggunaan technology informasi pada Bank telah mengubah pola pikir masyarakat dalam bertransaksi. Hal ini berdampak pada digitalisasi pembukaan rekening. Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah membuka rekening dimana saja dan kapan saja. Seiring dengan kemudahan pembukaan rekening digital, perlu diperhatikan tingkat kepercayaan yang diakibatkan dari penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Saat ini, Bank dengan modal inti tertinggi yaitu tiga puluh tirilun rupiah telah menerapkan pembukan rekening secara online. Penelitian ini menganalisis sistem kepercayaan (trust) nasabah terhadap system quality dan service quality dengan Metode PLS-SEM dan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa mengetahui sejauh mana kepercayaan nasabah setelah menggunakan pembukaan rekening secara online.

Abstract

Program TB nasional harus mengidentifikasi pemangku kepentingan yang bekerja pada SDGs lainnya, mengembangkan mekanisme untuk berkolaborasi dengan mereka dan memfasilitasi tindakan pada penentu sosial-ekonomi di wilayah geografis dengan beban TB tinggi. Pada penelitian ini akan mengunakan data retro tentang kondisi sosial dan ekonomi pasien pada suatu Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Persahabatan di wilayah Jakarta yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi kegagalan pengobatan yang terjadi. Total sebanyak 2,250 data rekam medik pasien digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode klasifikasi yang akan digunakan adalah Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dengan metode klasifikasi menggunakan MLP Classifier. Metode ini digunakan karena data-data sosial ekonomi pada rekam medik pasien yang berjumlah sangat banyak dan bersifat kategorik sehingga tidak dapat dilakukan teknik analisis dan klasifikasi yang sederhana. Pembangunan Model Klasfikasi melalui menggunakan dataset tanpa penambahan metode apapun dan pengkategorian ulang beberapa indikator. Model klasifikasi dapat dibangun menggunakan arsitektur ANN terbaik menggunakan metode MLP-Classifier dengan akurasi 99,5% untuk training dan 81.6% untuk testing. Model klasifikasi yang dihasilkan juga telah diuji untuk mengetahui kemampuan prediktif/inferensi masing-masing model. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan untuk menerapkan model klasifikasi untuk menjawab kebutuhan bisnis yang ada dalam konteks pengendalian TB di Indonesia.

Abstract

In recent years, the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) has emerged as a digital payment system in Indonesia. Central Kalimantan has witnessed a substantial increase of 91% in the number of merchants adopting this system in 2021 compared to previous years. However, the significant growth of merchants with QRIS options has not yet had the expected increase in usage frequency. This research aims to identify the factors influencing the utilization of QRIS as a payment method and to formulate recommendations to enhance its adoption. Employing a quantitative method, this study modifies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by including external variables such as Subjective Norm, Perceived Security based on preliminary research to understand their impact on Behavioral Intention to use. Data calculation and analysis were conducted using the SmartPLS 3 tool. The findings reveal that Attitude Toward Using exerts a significant influence on Behavioral Intention to Use. While Subjective Norm, Perceived ease of use and Perceived Usefulness significantly affect usage intention through Attitude Toward Using, this study highlights the potential for increased QRIS adoption by leveraging community figures or influencers in socialization efforts. Furthermore, enhancing perceived usefulness through merchant promotions and user education is crucial for fostering positive attitudes towards QRIS usage.

Abstract

In the last five years, the technology adoption in Indonesia has begun to use advances in artificial intelligence (AI) ethics to improve healthcare services. This change has had a significant impact on several institutions, especially the hospital industry. This paper provides an overview of hospital institutions in Indonesia that are implementing AI ethics. AI ethics comprehensive review of 54 papers from the Scopus, PubMed and Google Scholar database was used to develop our methodology. The existing literatures, which includes studies from various disciplines such as education, healthcare, information communication technology (ICT), licensing, law, hospitality, and economic services, demonstrated the widespread implementation of AI in these fields. We have found potentiality benefit of AI implementation in Indonesian hospital which focusing on increasing patient outcomes and also equalizing of healthcare service. This output can be done with find out the strategy to maximizing its benefit and paralely to decrease and minimizing the rise of ethic risk. This review concludes that AI implementation in Indonesian Hospital come with significantly opportunity for increasing patient healthcare outcome and equality of healthcare services. We provide a new view for organizing governance research, that identifies gaps in the existing literature speciality in healthcare and suggests future directions, for research utilizing technology in AI ethics.

Abstract

The banking industry is increasingly shifting toward the advanced use of information technology (IT) to enhance customer service. It is important for the audience to be able to get satisfaction when using banking services. In this case, there are several factors that will impact user satisfaction when using the application. The study's objectives are to examine how system quality affects client satisfaction with the ITSM application at bank XYZ; how user satisfaction with the ITSM application for clients at bank XYZ is impacted by the quality of the information; how client satisfaction with the ITSM application at bank XYZ is impacted by service quality; and how client ITSM application at bank XYZ is impacted by a green IT attitude toward satisfaction. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing SEM PLS analysis. The result shows that the system quality has a positive and substantial impact on user satisfaction with a p-value of of 0.021 < 0.05; the information quality has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05; the service quality has a negative and significant impact on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.044 < 0.05; and green attitude has a positive impact on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The research results indicate that system quality, information quality, and green attitude positively influence user satisfaction, whereas service quality negatively influences it.

Abstract

This study explores the essential role of Information System and Information Technology (IS/IT) strategic planning in optimizing organizational performance, focusing specifically on PT. XYZ, a leading national private company in the oil industry. PT. XYZ faces challenges such as the absence of a clearly documented IT development strategy, insufficient prioritization of IT system enhancements, and poor integration of existing applications, all contributing to operational inefficiencies. The primary aim of this research is to develop a comprehensive Information System/Technology Strategic Plan (ISSP) that aligns seamlessly with PT. XYZ's business strategies. Utilizing the Ward & Peppard methodology, this study conducts thorough analyses to maximize IT investments and ensure that IT strategies support the company's business objectives. The data collection and analysis methods include SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and synthesizing findings. The findings of this research provide PT. XYZ with a vital roadmap for IT development, prioritize IT initiatives in line with business goals, and enhance the integration of current and future applications, ultimately leading to improved operational efficiency.
