Abstract

The community empowerment program was carried out in Datar Village, Sumbang Banyumas Regency. This empowerment focuses on marketing and post-harvest processing problems where the solution offered is to provide information related to marketing concepts for hydroponic vegetables, post-harvest assistance, and also vegetable processing training. The target of this empowerment is a group of women farmers and villagers who are active in hydroponic cultivation and who are willing to take part in training related to marketing and post-harvest processing. The method used is in the form of lectures/counseling, mentoring, and direct practice in making processed vegetable products from the residents' vegetable cultivation. These stages have been successfully carried out which have had a positive impact on improving the economic welfare of the community and achieving community food self-sufficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan karyawan Shopee Express di Bobotsari. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 102 karyawan dan responden diperoleh dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Jenis data pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuisoner dengan pengukuruan skala likert 5 poin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior memediasi pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the effect of product quality, service quality, and trust on purchasing Brother Fish Farm fish product. This research uses quantitative methods and types of primary data. The population were consumers of Brother Fish Farm fish products, with 107 samples obtained using purposive sampling techniques-test data analysis using the Smart PLS calculation tool. The analysis results show that product quality has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significantly positive effect on buying decisions, and trust has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of influencers on Instagram social media, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Compass shoes among the people of Purwokerto. This research is a type of quantitative research with a research sample of 146 respondents who live in Purwokerto. The sampling method used is. Purposive Sampling, namely selecting respondents who are willing and meet the specified sample criteria. For data analysis, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used with the Smart PLS version 4.0 tool. The tests carried out include the outer model test to assess the validity and reliability of the construct, the inner model test to evaluate the relationship between latent variables, and hypothesis testing to test the significance of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that partially the brand image and product quality are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Compass shoes. On the other hand, influencers do not have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Compass shoes. These findings show that brand image and product quality factors are more dominant in influencing purchasing decisions than the influence of influencers on Instagram.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, teamwork, and work-life balance on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. The study population consists of 209 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used, resulting in 109 respondents who participated. The data analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS version 4.0. The tests conducted include the Outer Model test; convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability tests. The Inner Model test includes hypothesis testing, r-square (R2), and goodness of fit. The Outer Model test is used to assess the validity and reliability of the research instruments. The Inner Model test is used to examine the relationships between the research constructs. Hypothesis testing is used to determine the significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership style and teamwork have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. These findings are expected to provide insights for the management of PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto in improving employee performance through the development of appropriate policies. ABSTRAK. BPR BKK Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 209 karyawan, dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga tidak seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, dan diperoleh 109 responden yang berpartisipasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat Smart PLS versi 4.0. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji Outer Model; confergent validity, discriminant validity, uji reliabilitas. Inner Model; uji hipotesis. r-square r2, goodness of fit. Uji outer model digunakan untuk menilai validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian. Uji inner model digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara konstruk penelitian. Uji hipotesis digunakan untuk menentukan signifikansi pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim secara parsial memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengembangan kebijakan yang tepat.
