Abstract

The recipients of this service program are micro and small business actors who are members of KSPPS BMT Mentari Ummat Wangon. This activity was carried out to increase participants' knowledge and habituation regarding discipline in managing business finances with the ease of digital applications. This activity was conducted through counselling and training sessions for all participants offline. Some stages are pre-field observations, situation analysis and planning, preparation of places and equipment, program implementation (counselling, training, and mentoring), and monitoring and evaluation. The counselling and training materials provided were financial mindset, planning and budgeting, business financial management and training on using digital media in recording business transactions. The result of this program is that participants understand the importance of disciplined business financial management, even though it is done; besides, participants can operate digital applications for business financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance, to explore the role of employee satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. As a mediating variable. The object of this research is civil servants (PNS) at the Banyumas Regency Health Office, with a sample size of 100 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. 100 respondents were taken using the total sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the results. Research results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and discipline on employee performance, while compensation and work discipline do not show a significant effect. In addition, job satisfaction was shown to function as a mediating variable that affects the relationship between compensation and employee, employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. Implications of this study indicate that the Health Office needs to take a more holistic approach to improving employee performance by focusing on developing a positive organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction. Organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction, although compensation and work discipline remain important in the context of employee well-being.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance and company size on company value with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable in the consumer goods industry sector in 2019-2021. The population in this study was 72 companies in the consumer goods industry sector, with a research sample of 24 companies. This type of research is a quantitative method. With the purposive sampling method, the data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 26. The results of the analysis obtained are that Financial Performance has a negative and significant effect on Company Value, Company Size does not affect company value, Good Corporate Governance can moderate the relationship between the influence of Financial Performance on Company Value, Good corporate governance can moderate relationship between company size and company value.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the effect of product quality, service quality, and trust on purchasing Brother Fish Farm fish product. This research uses quantitative methods and types of primary data. The population were consumers of Brother Fish Farm fish products, with 107 samples obtained using purposive sampling techniques-test data analysis using the Smart PLS calculation tool. The analysis results show that product quality has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significantly positive effect on buying decisions, and trust has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is understand how consumer characteristics and analyze the effect of promotion, brand image, brand ambassador, and product quality on purchasing decisions on Somethinc products. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The number of samples in this study were 114 respondents who were determined by purposive sampling technique with the criteria of active university students in Purwokerto City who had purchased Somethinc products. The data analyzed is primary data collected using a questionnaire and processed by multiple regression analysis methods using the SPSS program version 26. Instrument testing states that all indicators are valid and all variables are declared reliable. The t-test results show that the promotion and brand image variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the brand ambassador and product quality variables do not affect purchasing decisions. The F test results show that the regression model in this study is suitable for hypothesis testing. The coefficient of determination (Adj. R2) test results show the ability of the independent variables to explain the dependent variable by 59.1%.

Abstract

The capital market, which is a vital instrument in the modern economy, serves as a meeting place for the supply and demand of investments. Among the various sectors in the capital market, the property and real estate sectors play a significant role, especially in the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Price to Earnings Ratio, and Current Ratio on Stock Returns. This research employs a quantitative method and secondary data. The population consists of 89 Property & Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023, with a sample size of 91 company data points obtained using purposive sampling technique with unbalanced panel data. Based on data analysis using SPSS Statistics 25, the results indicate that Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, while Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Earnings Ratio, and Current Ratio do not have an effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

Mitra is a group of IRT Cassava Chips. According to the results of observations and interviews with the head of the IRT Cassava Chips group, Mrs. Fajar Apriana, said that the cassava chips made by this home business are still not good in appearance or taste, especially since the packaging is still simple. The shape of the cassava chips is not yet homogeneous, they are still big, small and thick and thin because they still use a manual slicing tool. Initially in Suro Village there were around 18 home industries that made cassava chips, but because the products were not selling well on the market, many of them went out of business and turned to farm laborers. The average production of this home industry is around 10 kg/day. They leave them in stalls and some sell them directly to the market. Even though the business has been around for a long time, it has not been able to develop optimally, the cassava chip production activity has not been able to meet all consumer demand. This is because the equipment is still manual, resulting in soreness, fatigue and less ergonomic posture of workers. The aim of this activity is a) to help the Suro Village Cassava Chips Housewife Group get the right and legal capital free from loan sharks b) to create a comfortable environment for workers so that it affects their work productivity and c) helps improve their products, their marketing strategies are appropriate and digitally based, they are also halal certified or PIRT certified. IbM outputs are scientific articles that will be published in National Journals as mandatory outputs, articles published on social media , activity videos and Copyright as additional output.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh positif dan signifikan celebrity endorsement dan customer review terhadap purchase intention pada masyarakat di kota Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh pengguna Tiktokshop yang memiliki minat untuk membeli produk di TiktokShop di Kota Purwokerto. Teknik penghitungan minimum sample size menggunakan roscoe dengan 51 responden. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu orang yang berdomisili di Kota Purwokerto dan yang memiliki niat dan pernah membeli barang melalui Tiktokshop. Pencarian data dilakukan dengan peyebaran kuesioner. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa t hitung celebrity endorsement sebesar 3,986 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 artinya celebrity endorcement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Di samping itu, nilai t hitung customer review sebesar 5,570 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 artinya customer review berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Dari kedua hasil tersebut para pelaku usaha yang menggunakan aplikasi TiktokShop sebagai platform untuk berjualan dapatm mengambil kedua faktor dalam riset ini untuk meningkatkan angka penjualan mereka.
