Abstract

The recipients of this service program are micro and small business actors who are members of KSPPS BMT Mentari Ummat Wangon. This activity was carried out to increase participants' knowledge and habituation regarding discipline in managing business finances with the ease of digital applications. This activity was conducted through counselling and training sessions for all participants offline. Some stages are pre-field observations, situation analysis and planning, preparation of places and equipment, program implementation (counselling, training, and mentoring), and monitoring and evaluation. The counselling and training materials provided were financial mindset, planning and budgeting, business financial management and training on using digital media in recording business transactions. The result of this program is that participants understand the importance of disciplined business financial management, even though it is done; besides, participants can operate digital applications for business financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance, to explore the role of employee satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. As a mediating variable. The object of this research is civil servants (PNS) at the Banyumas Regency Health Office, with a sample size of 100 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. 100 respondents were taken using the total sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the results. The data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the relationship between variables. Research results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and discipline on employee performance, while compensation and work discipline do not show a significant effect. Showed no significant effect. In addition, job satisfaction was shown to function as a mediating variable that affects the relationship between compensation and employee, employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. Implications of this study indicate that the Health Office needs to take a more holistic approach to improving employee performance by focusing on developing a positive organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction. Organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction, although compensation and work discipline remain important in the context of employee well-being.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance and company size on company value with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable in the consumer goods industry sector in 2019-2021. The population in this study was 72 companies in the consumer goods industry sector, with a research sample of 24 companies. This type of research is a quantitative method. With the purposive sampling method, the data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 26. The results of the analysis obtained are that Financial Performance has a negative and significant effect on Company Value, Company Size does not affect company value, Good Corporate Governance can moderate the relationship between the influence of Financial Performance on Company Value, Good corporate governance can moderate relationship between company size and company value.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the effect of product quality, service quality, and trust on purchasing Brother Fish Farm fish product. This research uses quantitative methods and types of primary data. The population were consumers of Brother Fish Farm fish products, with 107 samples obtained using purposive sampling techniques-test data analysis using the Smart PLS calculation tool. The analysis results show that product quality has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significantly positive effect on buying decisions, and trust has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions.
