Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara keseluruhan tidak ada pengaruh antara innovativeness, locus of control, risk taking prospensity dan self confidence terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa Non Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Pada mahasiwa Fakultas Ekonomi, innovativeness dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan sedangkan need for achievement, risk taking prospensity dan self confidence tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Temuan lainnya, menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara profesi orang tua terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa Non Fakultas Ekonomi dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Hasil lainnya, tidak ada perbedaan antara pengalaman kerja terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa Non Fakultas Ekonomi dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi. Temuan lain, terdapat perbedaan intensi kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa Non Fakultas Ekonomi dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Kata kunci :  innovativeness, need for achievement,  locus of control, risk taking prospensity  self confidence,kewirausahaan mahasiswa

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovativeness, kebutuhan akan prestasi, locus of control, risk taking propensity dan self confidence terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regressi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa ditentukan oleh self confidence,locus of control dan innovativeness. Inovativeness merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Tidak ada perbedaan intensi kewirausahaan antara profesi orangtua mahasiswa baik pengusaha maupun pegawai. Abstract

Kemitraan merupakan salah satu usaha pengembangan ekonomi kerakyatan yang bertumpu pada sektor industri. Sebagai contoh adalah pola kemitraan antara perusahaan pengelola rambut dengan plasma industri rambut di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan hubungan-hubungan hukum dalam pelaksanaan kemitraan antara perusahaan pengelola rambut dengan plasma industri rambut di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian yuridis normatif dan sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan-hubungan hukum yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan kemitraan antara perusahaan pengelola rambut dengan pengepul/cabang sebagai plasma didasarkan pada perjanjian kerja sama (kemitraan) yang tertuang dalam surat perjanjian kerja sama dalam bentuk purchases order. Sedangkan hubungan hukum antara pengepul dan buruh plasma ditemukan ada dua pola hubungan hukum yaitu hubungan hukum yang timbul karena perjanjian kerja sama/kemitraan tetapi dibuat secara lisan dan hubungan kerja antara pengepul dengan buruh plasma yang timbul dari perjanjian kerja karena ada unsur upah borongan, ada jangka waktu tertentu, dan ada unsur perintah dan hubungan diperatas antara bawahan dan atasan.   Kata kunci: Hubungan Hukum, Perusahaan Pengelola Rambut, Buruh Plasma

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effects of leadership, risk-taking, innovation, intensive participation and contribution participation on the performance of cooperative in banyumas, central java. The method used is multiple regression analysis using the analytical methods F-test, R2 test, and t-test. Based on the results of the tests and discussions that risk-taking, innovation, and intensive participation are impacting the performance of co-operative managers in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. Leadership and participation have not effect the performance of co-operative managers in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. Abstract

Job satisfaction among pharmacists can give an indication of how well their expectations and the job's rewards match. The objective of this study was to measure the influence of the organizational commitment as the mediation between personality traits, and job performance of the pharmacist in Banyumas Regency. Methods A cross-sectional survey of Banyumas pharmacists was undertaken. Pharmacists were asked to complete a qustionnaire, a 58-item survey that measures the variables: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job performance of the pharmacist. Each item can be scored out of a maximum of 5. The linear regression were used to assess effect job satisfaction toward job performance of the pharmacist. Then, the mediation regression model with step causal method were used to assess mediation on effect job satisfaction to job performance of the pharmacist. Key findings; A total of 160 responses were available for analysis. The majority of study participants were female (72.5%), were work expericence (year) between 1 and 5 years (43.12%), owner’s pharmacy (80.63%) and all worked in pharmacy (100.0%). There was effect job satisfaction toward job performance of the pharmacist. Organizational commitment was found to be a partial mediator in the relationship between pharmacist job satisfaction and performance. Abstract

The research was aimed at reveal the influence of leadership, motivation to excel, affective commitment and stress at work partially and simultaneously to word Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the surrounding area. The type of this study is survey research. The subjects were 83 Suzuki salesmen in Purwokerto and the surrounding area, with more than one year working experience. There are 59 people participate as the respondents. The researcher employs multiple regressions to analyze the data. The findings show that partially, the factors like leadership, motivation to excel, affective commitment and stress at work influence Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the nearby area simultaneously, there is influence of leadership, achievement motivation, affective commitment and stress at work toward Suzuki salesmen’s performance in Purwokerto and the surrounding area. Abstract

This research has aim to partially analyse the effects: 1) Work satisfaction on worker’s performance, 2) work satisfaction on customer loyalty, 3) worker’s performance on customer loyalty. The type of research is a survey research.The research was conducted in AHASS (Astra Honda Authorized Service Station) service station Purwokerto division which amounted to 9 locations, the research used 101 tecnician or mechanic and customer service as wellas 101 service customers as respondents. The hypothesis verification used linier regression analysis. The result was: 1) Work satisfaction has positive significant effect on worker’s performance, 2)Work satisfaction has no significant effect on customer’s loyalty, 3) Worker’s performance has effect on customer’s loyalty.Keywords: Work satisfaction, Worker’s performance, Customer’s loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of job training, career development and work environment on the performance of employees in Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in the sampling is purposive sampling, the sampling was based on the consideration to fit the study criteria in order to increase the accuracy of the sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the positive effect of job training on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.031 is less than 0.05. Career development positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The work environment positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Job training, career development and work environment simultaneously affects the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Advice for leaders should work to improve the training of civil servants stationed appropriate initial education field and conducted the training as well as suggestions for training held in accordance with the needs of employees so that employees fully understand their duties and functions. To enhance the career development of employees should know the position / employee positions will get next. To improve the work environment should provide a place of their own to save the document to make it look more presentable. To improve the performance of the three points above should be met then the performance of employees will increase.
