<![CDATA[This study intends to explore and identify the epistemological basis of Islamic law in the construction of the Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Nomor 24 Tahun 2017 Tentang Hukum dan Pedoaman Bermuamalah Melalui Media Sosial. This qualitative research is in the form of a literature review with a normative philosophical approach. The analytical theory used is the paradigm of idealism and realism of Islamic law. The results show that the epistemological construction of Islamic law in the fatw MUI a on Law and Guidelines for Bermumalah Through Social Media integrates the tendencies of the idealism and realism paradigm of Islamic law. This can be seen from the various elements that underlie the construction of the epistemological building of the Fatwa MUI. First, universal ethical moral values ('am) which are taken from the theological text basis (nas). Second, the use of the rules of Islamic law (qawaid fiqhiyah) which emphasizes the rules of sadd al-zari'ah (preventive action) and maslahah mursalah (public benefit). <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pengejawantahan nilai-nilai profetik Islam dalam pendidikan keluarga di tengah pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berupa studi pustaka (library research). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian konseptual dengan pendekatan normatif empiris. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa aktualisasi nilai-nilai profetik Islam dalam pendidikan keluarga di tengah pandemi Covid-19 dapat melalui berbagai fungsi keluarga itu sendiri, antara lain aktualisasi nilai doa, ihtiar, dan tawakkal dalam fungsi keagamaan, aktualisasi nilai taharah dalam fungsi sosial dan budaya, aktualisasi mahabbah dalam fungsi cinta kasih, aktualisasi nilai sakinah dalam fungsi proteksi, aktualisasi nilai halalan tayyiban dalam fungsi reproduksi, dan aktualisasi nilai iqtisad dalam fungsi ekonomi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the management of the superior class English program at MI Islamiyah Ngasem. This type of research is qualitative research, using a qualitative descriptive approach, which is used to describe the application of management functions in the superior class English program at MI Islamiyah Ngasem. Data collection techniques are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the management of the superior class English program at MI Islamiyah Ngasem has been carried out properly and correctly starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The English learning strategies used in each class are varied, and use games on certain materials. Learning is packaged creatively and attractively but still focused on memorizing vocabulary. Constraints faced by the program consist of the limited, lack of student motivatitheon, the inability of parents in terms of financing and the environment. <![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the philosophical values of Islamic law in the three ethical codes of NetizMu Muhammadiyah. This research is a literature review. The type of Islamic legal research in this study is a philosophical normative Islamic law research with an Islamic legal philosophy approach. The primary data source of this research, namely the NetizMU Muhammadiyah code of ethics), and secondary data using various relevant scientific researches. The theory used is a systems philosophy approach in Islamic law initiated by Jasser Auda.. This study concludes that there are values of Islamic law philosophy in the three NetizMU codes of ethics. First, the value of religious protection (hifz al-din) in the context of making the prophetic social values of religion the main basis for the code of ethics for the use of social media. Second, the value of public benefit (al-maslahat al-ammah) in the code of ethics for the use of social media as a medium for humanization (amar makruf) and liberation (nahi munkar). Third, the value of intellectual protection (hifz al-'aql) in the context of a code of ethics limiting freedom of expression, both in the form of information and communication on social media.]]>

<![CDATA[The ongoing cases of radicalism and terrorism in the name of religion in Indonesia necessitate the importance of objectifying moderate religious social values. This study aims to identify the values of Islamic religious social education in religious moderation indicators formulated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This research center uses a normative-philosophical approach with analytical theory in the form of a Prophetic Social Science paradigm that was initiated by Kuntowijoyo. The results of the study show that there are social values of Islamic religiosity in the four indicators of religious moderation. First, the transcendence value in tolerance education is in the form of forming social mindsets and attitudes, both in the context of inter-religious and intra-religious life. Second, the value of humanization in national commitment education and accommodative to local culture in the form of forming mindsets and attitudes to maintain nationalism and plural local wisdom. Third, the value of liberation in anti-radicalism education in the form of forming a productive mindset and attitude in realizing a safe and peaceful life. The theoretical implication of this finding shows that there is a meeting point of the paradigmatic basis between the four indicators of religious moderation and the parallel values of Islamic religious social education.]]>

<![CDATA[Social and religious problems in the midst of globalization are a major challenge for the life of modern society, including Indonesian muslims. The purpose of this study is to identify and explore the values of religiosity in the orientation of the taklim assembly in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs no.29 of 2019 concerning the Majelis Taklim. Qualitative studies in the form of literature studies use a normative-philosophical approach. The theory of the dimension of religiosity formulated by C.Y. Glock and R. Stark became the theory of analysis of the focus of study discussion. Research data is obtained through documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques through data reduction, presentation, and verification.This study concludes that there is a dimension of increasing various aspects of religiosity in the political policy of the Ministry of Religious Affairs related to the orientation of majelis taklim in Indonesia, including the increasing of religious social attitudes in the formation of pluralist, humanist, and nationalist personalities, and the improvement of intellectual, faith, ritual, and spiritual in the formation of scientific and religious personalities. The theoretical implications of this study show that increasing religious religiosity holistically can be internalized through the political policies of non-formal religious educational institutions in Indonesia. The limitations of this study have not examined practical problems related to the orientation of increasing the variety of dimensions of religiosity in the activities of majelis taklim in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This qualitative study with a normative-philosophical approach intends to identify and explore multicultural Islamic values contained in the orientation of Pesantren implementation in Indonesia. The primary data of this study uses the document text of Law No.18 of 2019 concerning Pesantren. Various multicultural Islamic values conceptualized by Azyumardi Azra are used as the basis for perspective in the analysis of the subject matter of this study. The study data was collected through documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis includes the stages of reduction, presentation, and verification. This study concludes that there is a content of multicultural Islamic values in the policies of the Government of Indonesia related to the orientation of the implementation of Islamic boarding schools, including the value of humanism in the orientation of personal formation of Muslims who value religion and humanity. Then, the value of tasamuh, and wasatiyyah in the orientation of the personal formation of Muslims who maintain religious harmony. Furthermore, the value of peace in the personal formation of Muslims that maintain the integration of the nation and state. The theoretical implications of this study affirm that multicultural Islamic values can be disseminated in the regulation of laws and regulations in Indonesia. <![CDATA[In the teachings of Islam, the psychological problems of a person can be solved by healing the psychic condition through a method based on the Qur'an and Hadith. This study will explain Islamic perspective about the strategy of theistic spiritual in counseling and psychotherapy services to a person experiencing spiritual crisis (spiritual distress). This study concludes that in the counsseling and therapy services of Islam there are various strategies. One of them is the strategy of theistic spiritual with hypnocounseling. The strategy of theistic spiritual using hypnocounseling is the process of healing to psychological problems by optimizing the spiritual potential of man to awaken his existence in determining the meaning, value, morals and love of God and also fellow creatures. This strategy can be done by spiritual comunication with God, as well as reading al-Qur'an, prayer, dhikr, fasting, zakat, hajj and etc. By using this strategy, someone who is experiencing spiritual crisis problems is expected to be cured. However, it should be realized that not everyone can apply counseling and therapy counseling practice through hypnocounseling. This is because it needs special skills in applying it.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of the Android-based learning application, SAKLAR, as a learning media for Lorentz Force material for junior high school / MTs students. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 3D model (define, design, development). At the define stage, needs analysis was conducted through interviews and observations, while the design stage involved designing the application with Canva. At the development stage, the application was developed using Smart Application Creator (SAC) and validated by media and material experts. The validation results showed a feasibility level of 97.1% for the material and 96.2% for the media. A limited trial with 26 students showed that the app improved students' understanding and motivation to learn. This app is expected to be an innovative alternative to technology-based science learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The presence of qualitative studies through this normative-philosophical approach has the maximum to identify the dimensions of universal Islamic values in the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council of East Java Province Number. 06 of 2022 concerning Da'wah Ethics in the Digital Era. The existence of Islamic universalism is the basis for perspective in the main discussion of this study, and the analysis of this study data through reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study show the content of universal Islamic values in legal provisions related to da'wah ethics in the didital space in the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council of East Java Province, including the value of tafahum in the prohibition of profocative da'wah content. Then, the value of tasamuh in the recommendation of da'wah content that respects plurality. Furthermore, the value of takaful in the recommendation of da'wah content that maintains public conduciveness. The theoretical implications of this study assert that Islamic universalism can be internalized by religious social fatwas in Indonesia.]]>
