Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model Think Pair Square (TPS) berbasis Guided Inquiry pada tema sistem transportasi terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif dan sikap ilmiah siswa, serta untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap model pembelajaran tersebut.Jenis penelitian ini yaitu quasi experimentdengan desain non-equivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, kelas VIII G (kelas eksperimen) yang diberi perlakuan model TPS berbasis guided inquiry dan kelas VIII H (kelas kontrol) yang diberi perlakuan model TPS berbasis structured inquiry. Data diambil dengan metode tes(pre-test dan post-test), observasi (sikap ilmiah), dan angket (tanggapan tentang model dan penilaian diri). Uji hipotesis yang dipakai yaitu uji perbedaan dua rata-rata (hasil belajar kognitif dan sikap ilmiah).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata hasil belajar (post-test)kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol (78,80> 76,13). Nilai N-gain kedua kelas masing-masing meningkat sebesar 0,56 dan 0,48 (kategori sedang). Ketuntasan klasikal kelas eksperimen (96,88%) > kelas kontrol (90,32%). Dari uji hipotesis, diperoleh thitung> ttabel (1,704> 1,671). Rata-rata nilai sikap ilmiah kelas eksperimen (79,3) lebih tinggi darikelas kontrol (77,6). Dari uji hipotesis diperoleh phitung<α (0,044< 0,05).Tanggapan siswa tentang model TPSberbasis guided inquirydinyatakan efektif (80,78). Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model TPSberbasis guided inquirypada tema sistem transportasi efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif dan sikap ilmiah siswa. The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of Guided Inquiry based Think Pair Square (TPS) on the chapter of transport system. This study was concerned on raisingstudents’ cognitive skill and scientific attitude, alsoon finding outof the students’ response. The type of this study was quasi experimental design, especially non-equivalent control group design.The samplesof this study wasgrade VIII G (experiment) and VII H (control) of SMPN 26 Semarang, taken with purpossive sampling method. The data was taken by test method (pre-test andpost-test), observation (scientific attitude), also questionnaire (students’ responses and self-assesment). The results showed that the average of experiment classis higher than the control ( (78,80 > 76.13). This result proved by the t-test which achieved tvalue> ttable (1.704> 1.671). The N-gain value of both classes were increased by 0.56 and 0.48 (medium category). The classical completeness of experimental (96.88%)> controls (90.32%). The average value of the scientific attitudesof experimental (79.3) and control (77.6). This result verified by the Mann-Whitney test which obtained pvalue<α (0.044 < 0.05).The students’ responses about Guided Inquiry based TPSwas effective (80.78). In conclusion, students in the experimental group had better cognitives skill of Transport system, and more positive attitude toward Guided Inquiry based TPS.

Abstract

The samples used for forensic DNA analysis in living individuals are usually blood and buccal swabs, however, blood collection requires an invasive method that can cause discomfort, thus a buccal swab can be a good choice for individuals examined, especially children. This study aimed to determine the effect of temperature and storage time of buccal swabs on the quantity of DNA as material for DNA examination in the forensic field. This study was a laboratory experiment to determine the effect after treatment. Buccal swab samples were 48 and divided into 2 temperature groups, namely room temperature (RT) and 4℃. The division of the temperature groups was also observed with time differences, namely 1, 3, 5, 7 days. EDNA extraction used the DNAzol method and DNA quantification used a Spectrophotometer. The PCR process was carried out with STR primers FGA and D13S317 loci. The visualization stage used acrylamide gel and silver staining. The results of this study prove that there is an effect of temperature and storage time of buccal swab samples. The longer the treatment time, the lower the DNA level. With statistical analysis, it is obtained p-value of <0.005, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in DNA levels at the temperature and storage time treatments of the buccal swab sample. The results of DNA visualization at the FGA and D13S317 loci using the STR PCR method in this study can still be detected and can be used as a reference for examination in forensic cases.

Abstract

The standard of critical thinking in this study, namely: first, interpretation is on a problem can showing / writing what they know and what is asked about the problem correctly; second, analysis is the activity of identifying the relationship between statements, questions and concepts in a problem through making mathematical models and accompanied by the right reasons; third, evaluation is the right strategy in solving problems and fourth, conclusion is accuracy in drawing conclusions from what is asked. While the type of research used is descriptive qualitative type. The instruments used were interview guidelines and test questions. The interview used is a structured interview and the test used in the form of a math problem test with derived application material consisting of 3 problem descriptions with material that has been received by students. Student performance levels in this study are at the Apprentice level and the Novice level. The acquisition of data at the Apprentice level the average value is different, this is because the acquisition of data on each indicator is different overall. This is because the subject is not accustomed to or accustomed to working on open questions or also problem stories / problems. Abstract

This study intends to explore and identify the epistemological basis of Islamic law in the construction of the Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Nomor 24 Tahun 2017 Tentang Hukum dan Pedoaman Bermuamalah Melalui Media Sosial. This qualitative research is in the form of a literature review with a normative philosophical approach. The analytical theory used is the paradigm of idealism and realism of Islamic law. The results show that the epistemological construction of Islamic law in the fatw MUI a on Law and Guidelines for Bermumalah Through Social Media integrates the tendencies of the idealism and realism paradigm of Islamic law. This can be seen from the various elements that underlie the construction of the epistemological building of the Fatwa MUI. First, universal ethical moral values ​​('am) which are taken from the theological text basis (nas). Abstract

Selama satu tahun pembelajaran jarak jauh akibat COVID-19, sejumlah kendala muncul, seperti keterbatasan SDM, sarana, akses internet, dan kuota. Meskipun pemerintah memberikan subsidi kuota dan aplikasi gratis, efektivitas pembelajaran tetap terhambat, mengakibatkan siswa kurang memahami materi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, tim akan melaksanakan pendampingan intensif pada siswa SMA/SMK Yayasan Al Kahfi Bekasi selama 6 bulan, fokus pada persiapan Ujian Sekolah dan seleksi Perguruan Tinggi. Pendampingan akan dilakukan tatap muka dua kali seminggu dengan metode cooperative learning, yang mengedepankan kerja sama siswa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi dan keterampilan sosial.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the relationship between the Prophet Muhammad and the Jewish community in Medina based on traditions, primarily from the book of Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī. The research focuses on the social interactions, both positive and negative, as well as the political, social and religious factors that influenced this relationship. Using a qualitative research design through analysis of hadith texts and Islamic historical literature, historical and psychological approaches were taken to analyze these interactions. This research resulted in the following findings: First, in general, it is found that there is a historical fact that there is a form of cooperation and respect between the Prophet and the Jews in two crucial cases, namely satire literature and the case of killing a Jewish person so that there is tension. Second, from the psychological context, the factor that causes conflict and confrontation is the factor of cultural inheritance (transferred culture) is a significant factor in influencing the Prophet's relationship with the Jewish community. The negative disposition that has been rooted is proven to erupt various acts of treason in various forms.

Abstract

Abstract: In the digital era of transformation, educational websites serve as vital platforms for transparently disseminating information to stakeholders. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Jember Regency Education Department website using the COBIT 5 framework. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness and usability of the Department of Education website in Jember Regency by aligning it with stakeholders' evolving needs through comprehensive evaluation and targeted recommendations. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research identifies challenges such as mobile optimization issues, slow loading times, security vulnerabilities, and content relevance concerns. Despite commendable accessibility, these challenges significantly impact user experience and website credibility. The findings underscore the urgent need for website optimization, improved security measures, and continuous content updates. This research provides actionable recommendations to align the website with IT governance standards, offering a roadmap for enhancement. Furthermore, the MEA Capability Results highlight discrepancies between the current scores and expected standards, indicating the necessity for comprehensive alignment with COBIT 5 guidelines to optimize website functionality and better meet user expectations.Top of Form            Keywords: COBIT 5 framework; Jember Regency Department of Education; website effectiveness  Abstrak: Pada era transformasi digital, situs web pendidikan menjadi platform penting untuk menyebarkan informasi secara transparan kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas situs web Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Jember menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan situs web Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dengan menyelaraskannya dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dari para pemangku kepentingan melalui evaluasi komprehensif dan rekomendasi yang ditargetkan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti masalah optimasi seluler, waktu muat yang lambat, kerentanan keamanan, dan kekhawatiran tentang relevansi konten. Meskipun aksesibilitasnya baik, tantangan-tantangan ini secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan kredibilitas situs web. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengoptimalan situs web, peningkatan langkah-langkah keamanan, dan pembaruan konten yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk menyelaraskan situs web dengan standar tata kelola TI, menawarkan panduan untuk peningkatan.
