Abstract

Sarana dan prasana pendidikan memainkan peran penting terhadap terselanggaranya pembelajaran yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Metode penelitian yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga orang guru. Teknik analisis data melalui proses menghimpun data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah memiliki manajemen yang sistematis dan terstruktur dengan baik terhadap sarana dan prasarana. Bentuk manajemen yang dilaksanakan dimulai dari tahapan perencanaan yang melibatkan seluruh pihak terkhsusus para guru. Tahapan selanjutnya yaitu pengadaan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, sedangkan tahap akhir yaitu mereview/evaluasi yang dilaksanakan melalui rapat dan peninjauan bersama dengan guru, staf hingga wali siswa pada setiap aspek sarana dan prasana pembelajaran (fasilitas pada lingkungan belajar).

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka adalah inovasi pendidikan di Indonesia yang dirancang untuk memberikan kebebasan dan fleksibilitas dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan kompetensi guru dalam memahami kurikulum Merdeka. Data yang dikumpulkan dan dianalisis terkait pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum merdeka, serta hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ada 4 orang diantaranya 3 guru kelas dan 1 kepala sekolah. Teknik analisis data melalui proses mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan positif bahwa guru telah memahami esensi kurikulum merdeka, yaitu penekanan pada perkembangan potensi individual siswa melalui pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun tantangan muncul terutama terkait dengan pemahaman mendalam terhadap strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan prinsip kurikulum baru serta penyesuaian terhadap perubahan pendekatan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Show and Tell method on linguistic intelligence among children at RA Al-Ikhsan, Banda Aceh. This quantitative research utilizes a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test design. The sample consists of all 15 students from Class B, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using an observation sheet as the research instrument and analyzed through normality tests and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that the average pre-test score was 45.56%, while the average post-test score was 76.11%. The normality test resulted in a value of 0.524, and the t-test analysis yielded a significance value of <0.000, which is less than α = 0.05. Based on this data, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted. Therefore, the study concludes that the Show and Tell method using the butterfly cycle media has a significant impact on linguistic intelligence among children at RA Al-Ikhsan, Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The independent learning curriculum is a new curriculum designed to provide opportunities for children to learn in a calm, relaxed, fun, pressure-free manner and to show their natural talents. The purpose of this study is to find out how prepared teachers are in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum in Dharma Wanita Kindergarten. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation.  The data analysis technique used is in accordance with Miles and Huberman's opinion, consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results showed that of the five indicators observed, Dharma Wanita Kindergarten teachers had good readiness in three indicators, namely learning plan indicators, learning processes and facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, for the other two indicators, namely the teaching module indicators and learning assessment, learning or training is still needed which can increase teachers' understanding of these two indicators

Abstract

Moral education is an effort or activity in fostering the personality of students to a better level, be it in the dimension of knowledge, creativity, morals, and personality through local wisdom values. This study aims to find out how the implementation of moral education is carried out effectively through the application of local wisdom values in Sheikh Abddurauf IT Kindergarten. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method, while the data collection technique in this study is using interview and documentation techniques. And the techniques in data analysis in this study use the Miles and Huberman techniques, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the methods used in learning the implementation of moral education through local wisdom values have been effective and have been applied in the curriculum and daily life.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal pada TK IT Permata Sunnah Kota Banda Aceh didapati perkembangan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di kelas B yang masih belum terpenuhi, diantaranya didapati anak-anak yang kurang mengenal dan menunjukkan perilaku sopan, hormat, jujur, tolong menolong dan kurang mengenal sikap saling menghargai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh media audio visual terhadap perkembangan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK IT Permata Sunnah Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi untuk melihat perkembangan moral anak menggunakan media audio visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan moral anak sebelum menggunakan media audio visual dengan nilai rata-rata 12 dan perkembangan moral anak setelah menggunakan media audio visual dengan nilai rata-rata 17. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik uji Paired Sample-t Test diperoleh nilai pada sig.(2-tailed) yaitu 0,000<0,05 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audio visual berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK IT Permata Sunnah Kota Banda Aceh. penelitian dan abstraknya dipermudah dengan kata-kata kunci tersebut.

Abstract

Through play activities, children demonstrate their stages of growth and development. However, Early Childhood Education often encounters challenges, such as funding issues. The high cost of educational play tools and the lack of knowledge among educators in designing and creating educational tools using available materials from the environment are significant obstacles. The goals of this research are to analyze the initial capabilities of ECE educators in Bebesen Subdistrict, Central Aceh, in understanding the basic concepts of making educational play tools before mentoring; to design convection waste-based educational tools for classroom units in Bebesen Subdistrict; and to describe the mentoring process in making educational play tools from convection waste. This activity involves ECE educators in Bebesen using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and documentation. The outcome of the research includes educational play tools made from convection waste that can be used in learning activities. ECE educators successfully developed skills to create various types of educational tools from convection waste. Utilizing garment industry waste reduces environmental waste and lowers the cost of making educational tools, making the program environmentally friendly and sustainable.
