Abstract

ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berwawasan literasi baru di perguruan tinggi dalam menjawab tantangan era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Tantangan era ini sangat kompleks yang mengharuskan perguruan tinggi mengimplementasikan literasi baru (literasi data, literasi teknologi, literasi manusia) yang menjadi pelengkap literasi lama (membaca, menulis, berhitung). Artikel menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berwawasan literasi baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di perguruan tinggi berwawasan literasi baru sangat strategis menjawab tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Implementasi literasi bisa dilakukan dengan penguatan literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia. Selain meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada materi kebahasaan, literasi baru meningkatkan keterampilan menulis dan berbicara berbasis data dan teknologi. Literasi baru menjadi ruh mahasiswa dalam menulis karya jurnalistik, karya ilmiah, dan karya sastra. Implementasi literasi baru sangat ditentukan dosen Bahasa Indonesia yang harus memiliki kompetensi digital, menciptakan pembelajaran kreatif dan berpikir kritis, serta berbasis online.Kata Kunci: Bahasa Indonesia, Literasi Baru, Perguruan Tinggi, Revolusi Industri 4.0 ABSTRACTThis article discusses the learning of new literacy-oriented Indonesian Language in universities in answering the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution era. The challenge of this era is very complex which requires universities to implement new literacy (data literacy, technology literacy, human literacy) which complement old literacy (reading, writing, counting). The article uses a descriptive qualitative approach with this literature study method aimed at describing new literacy-oriented Indonesian language learning. The results of the study show that Indonesian language learning in new literacy-oriented universities is very strategic in responding to the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution. Literacy implementation can be done by strengthening data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy. In addition to improving students? understanding of linguistic material, new literacy improves data and technology-based writing and speaking skills. Literacy has only become the spirit of students in writing journalistic works, scientific works, and literary works. The implementation of new literacy is very much determined by Indonesian language lecturers who must have digital competence, create creative learning and critical thinking, and online-based.Keyword: Indonesian Language, New Literacy, University, Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Abstract

Writing scientific articles for higher education students, especially undergraduate ones will be difficult without habituation, training, and program with product oriented in form of book. If it runs naturally and lecturers only give assignments to write scientific articles without education or literacy education, they tend to make plagiarism. This study aims at improving the students? skills of writing scientific articles through ?One Semester One Book? writing program. Classroom activity is designed as the pillar of literacy namely reading, writing, and arithmetic in accordance with the integrated language learning approach by combining four language skills which is oriented by product of articles or book. The results of the study show that there are improvements of the students? scientific articles writing skills achieved by 89 students in some aspects. They cover the progress of: first, skills of determining the research problems from 35 students (39%) to 85 students (95%); second, skills of determining the theme and tittle of the scientific articles from 24 students (26%) to 89 (100%); third, skills of determining the word choice appropriately from 25 students (28%) to 80 students (89%); fourth, skills of using correct spelling based on General Indonesian Spelling Guidelines (PUEBI) rules from 35 students (39%) to 75 students (84%); fifth, skills of applying citation method from 25 students (28%) to 80 students (89%); sixth, improvement of the number of the students who do not commit plagiarism from 25 students (28%) to 85 students (95%); and seventh, skills of writing contemporary issues about education or religion from 34 students (38%) to 84 students (94%). The research findings reveal that the ?One Semester One Book? writing program is strategic in improving the students? skills of writing scientific articles.

Abstract

Student speaking skills are not all adequate and according to linguistic and non-linguistic  rules. To speak correctly, well, and beautifully, recorded and uploaded on Youtube, students experience obstacles, such as being unfamiliar, afraid, insecure, and do not know linguistic aspects and non-linguistic aspects to speak right, good, and beautiful. In linguistic aspects consist of correctness of speech, placement of pressure, tone, joint, and relevant duration, diction / choice of words and accuracy of target speech. Whereas the non-linguistic aspects consist of calm, honest, and not rigid attitudes, views directed at followers, willingness to respect the opinions of others, proper gestures and gestures, sound loudness, fluency, relevance / reasoning, and mastery of topics. One Student, One Video (SAMA SAVI) program has been proven to improve the speaking skills of students of the Islamic Education (PAI) Study Program of STAINU Temanggung. Before the action, speaking skills in the aspects of linguistic and non-linguistic aspects of students were inadequate. After the actions of cycle I and cycle II, there was a significant increase in students? speaking skills, both from linguistic and non-linguistic aspects. In the process of implementing this program, researchers experienced seven obstacles as well as seven opportunities to improve speaking skills for students

Abstract

This article?s aim is to discuss the strategies of radicalism preventing in mosques through strengthening Aswaja Annahdliyah?s Islamic-based of mosque takmir management that is tolerant, moderate, and upholds the Islamic principle of Rahmatan Lil-alamin. This field research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was obtained from interviews and observations. The results of the study mentioned that from 104 mosques in Kandangan Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency, only 96 mosques had been noted  in the Nahdlatul Ulama Mosque Takmir Institute (LTM NU), while 8 other mosques had been not. After the research was carried out, four mosques were joined and had become members of the NU LTM and implemented the takmir management of the Aswaja Annahdliyah based mosque. There are seven strategies carried out, namely; (1) strengthening management of the ideals (management of the physical building of the mosque), imarah (management of  the activities of the mosque), and riayah (management of mosque hygiene), (2) forming LTM NU at the sub-district and village level, (3) forming  management of mosques takmir by involving all elements, (4) making syllabus/ curriculum for worship timetable, education and ritual activities, (5) giving tasks to takmir to maximize mosque functions, (6) strengthening administration  management and symbolizing mosques, (7) strengthening social economic empowerment in mosques. The strategy of strengthening the takmir of mosques management has been aligned with Talcott Parsons? structural functionalism theory with schemes adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency (AGIL). There are challenges and opportunities that faced. In the internal aspects, namely limited access to the city center, low human resources, and lack of comprehensive knowledge about the management of takmir of mosque External aspects, namely the existence of four mosques still controlled by radical Islamic groups, and often there are religious studies in mosques from radical groups.

Abstract

Dewasa ini iklim kehidupan sosial masyarakat mengalami goncangan peradaban. Semua tidak bisa dilepaskan dengan pendidikan yang diberikan. Mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran wajib sangat berkontribusi mewarnai pembentukan pola fikir anak ke depan. Tulisan ini bermaksud memberikan kritik wacana terhadap materi tersebut dengan menggunakan sudut pandang konsep humanisme pendidikan. Dalam artikel ini pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif di rasa tepat digunakan melihat obyek yang diteliti, sedangkan metode pengambilan datanya bersumber dari library research.  Khusus materi di tingkat MTs, penulis melihat ada beberapa kejanggalan tentang materi tersebut. Pengambilan materi terlalu mengedepankan masalah kekerasan yang berimbas pada intoleransi meski tidak bisa dimungkiri hal tersebut benar-benar terjadi dalam perjalanan sejarah. Kesetaraan gender, semangat pembebasan dan psikologi anak kurang diberikan secara berimbang sehingga muncul sebuah stigma bahwa materi ini kurang proporsional dan hanya memberikan pemahaman tentang semangat menindas dan mengalahkan

Abstract

This article discusses the dynamics of intolerance from aspects of mind, language, action and solution through strengthening the education of tolerant character in learning Indonesian. Intolerance in practice can be harsh words, hate speech, harassment, until the action of radicalism. Strengthening character education is a mandate that must be implemented in Islamic elementary education. There are seventeen required  implemented characters. Start religious character, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative independent, democratic, curiosity, spirit of nationality, love of the homeland, appreciate achievement, communicative, love peace, love reading, caring environment, social care, and responsible. Tolerance became one of the urgent characters strengthened in this era of the fourth industrial revolution. The language of the children represents its character. The more polite, refined, and tolerant of their language, the stronger the character is polite, refined, and tolerant to them, and vice versa. Indonesian language learning with whole language approach can strengthen the tolerant character because it is done intact, integral, not partial from aspects of listening, reading, writing and speaking. The language understanding in this approach is not just textual, but contextual and even intertextual. Indonesian language learning through whole language approach aims to strengthen the character of tolerant, polite, social care and boils down to the attitude of religious tolerance. There are two indicators of religious tolerance, to people of fellow religion, and tolerance to people of different religions.

Abstract

The impact of covid-19 requires several local governments to decide on implementing policies to dismiss students and implement online or online learning systems. This government policy has been effectively enforced in several provinces in Indonesia since March 2020. However, this does not apply to several schools in Temanggung Regency. The learning system in a network is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning activities at SD Kemloko Temanggung during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative methods and uses interview and observation data collection techniques. The results showed a lack of effectiveness during home learning. Students cannot interact directly with teachers and friends, students do assignments and watch television accompanied by their parents and students have difficulty receiving understanding of the material.

Abstract

Penguatan Pendidikan Pancasila di perguruan tinggi menjadi solusi membangun generasi taat konstitusi. Penguatan Pendidikan Pancasila sangat mendukung untuk mewujudkan Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Mental, Kementerian Agama, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan serta Mahkamah Konstitusi. Perkuliahan Pendidikan Pancasila harus mengacu nilai-nilai integritas, etos kerja, dan gotong royong. Ketiga nilai utama itu ditujukan dalam rangka mencapai budaya bangsa yang bermartabat, modern, maju, makmur, dan sejahtera berdasarkan Pancasila. Ketaatan pada konstitusi dimulai dari beberapa hal. Pertama, kesadaran hukum yang bisa dikuatkan dalam perkuliahan Pendidikan Pancasila. Kedua, pemenuhan seorang untuk paham hukum agar tidak melanggarnya dan terkena sanksi. Ketiga, identifikasi terhadap ketakutan terhadap hukum itu sendiri. Keempat, internalisasi ketaatan hukum itu sendiri agar benar-benar memahami dan mengimplementasikan Pancasila, konstitusi, dan hukum itu sendiri. Ketaatan pada konstitusi diwujudkan dengan menaati semua substansi yang ada pada UUD 1945 beserta segala aspek yang dikuatkan melalui Pendidikan Pancasila. Kompetensi perkuliahan Pendidikan Pancasila harus berorientasi pada mutu dan perilaku nyata. Kompetensi di sini tidak sekadar berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan, namun ditekankan pada pembentukan sikap dan tindakan nyata untuk taat konstitusi. Membangun negara demokrasi konstitusional bisa dikuatkan melalui implementasi Pancasila lewat sila-silanya. Dalam jangka panjang bisa dilakukan perguruan tinggi dengan menguatkan mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila agar mereka paham politik, konstitusi, demokrasi, Pemilu dan lainnya.
