Abstract

Human resources is the main asset in the company, so the company should pay more attention to this aspect. Islamic leadership is not just a relationship between leaders and subordinates, but more than that, the leader must also be able to give a direct, protect, and treat their employees fairly. It is better known as servant leadership which is a leadership with moral approach based on ethics, morality, and spirituality. This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic leadership, job satisfaction, and job commitment to the job loyalty of the employee of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Sidoarjo. This research used multiple regression. The results of this study are Islamic leadership, job satisfaction, and job commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on job loyalty of employee of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Sidoarjo

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of productive ZIS, Islamic work ethic and length of business on the welfare of MSMEs. This research methodology is quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. The sample in this study was 103 mustahik who received Productive Zakat from several zakat amil institutions in the GERBANGKERTOSUSILA area. The research results show that the calculated t value for the Productive ZIS and Length of Business variables is respectively equal to1.542 and -0.663 < t table 1.984 which means that it partially has no effect onwelfare of MSMEs, while the calculated t value for the Islamic Work Ethic variable is3.532 > t table 1.984 which means it partially has a significant effect onwelfare of MSMEs.The calculated f value (11.198) > table f value (2.70) means that the variables Productive ZIS, Islamic Work Ethic and Length of Business simultaneously influence the welfare of MSMEs. Conclusion: Simultaneously, Productive ZIS, Islamic Work Ethic, and Length of Business influence the welfare of MSMEs. Partially, the ZIS Productivity and Length of Business variables have no effect on the welfare of MSMEs. Meanwhile, the Islamic Work Ethic has a significant influence on the welfare of MSMEs.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly transformed the global economic landscape. In this context, the paradigm of economic law has also undergone profound changes. This literature review investigates the paradigm shift in digital economic law, with a specific focus on revitalizing Islamic economic law in this era. The main objective of this research is to identify the challenges and opportunities presented by these changes and to explore how Islamic economic law can be applied in the increasingly complex digital economic context.The research methodology employed is a literature review using a descriptive-analytical approach. Data are obtained through the analysis of scholarly literature, journal articles, books, and other relevant sources discussing digital economic law and Islamic economic law. The data analysis involves a deep understanding of the paradigm shift in digital economic law and the challenges that arise, such as regulation, consumer protection, and transaction security. On the other hand, the research also explores the potential of Islamic economic law in providing a framework that aligns with the principles of Islamic economics within the digital economic ecosystem.The results of this research indicate that despite significant challenges in adapting Islamic economic law to the digital economy, there are substantial opportunities to promote ethical principles and economic justice. In this increasingly interconnected digital era, Islamic economic law can play a crucial role in shaping a more inclusive, sustainable economy aligned with ethical values. The implications of this research include the importance of developing regulatory frameworks that align with the digital economy while considering the values of Islamic economic law. It also underscores the need for greater awareness and understanding of the potential and contributions of Islamic economic law in the evolving digital economic context.

Abstract

 Abstract. One of the problems in Islamic microfinance institutions is the availability of human resources who understand and are qualified in Islamic banking operations. The development of professionalism of lecturers in the field of teaching regarding Islamic bank operation laboratories has been related to the problem of lackof understanding of human resources in BMT. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on Islamic banking operations. This training was attended by 5 employees of KSPPS BMT Peniti Kahuripan Muliya. The training participants came from three BMT branch offices, namely the Surabaya branch, the Boyolalibranch, and the Bandung branch. The methods used are 1) providing theoretical and practical knowledge about Islamic banking operations 2) assistance in the roleplay of Islamic banking operations. The results of this activity are: First, all participants of this training activity are very enthusiastic and highly motivated to participate in the implementation of Islamic banking operational training activities. Second, the participants who attended the training as a whole were 60% of all training participants.Abstrak. Salah satu masalah dalam lembaga keuangan mikro syariah adalah ketersediaan SDM yang memahami dan mumpuni dalam operasional perbankan syariah. Pengembangan profesionalisme dosen pada bidang pengajaran tentang laboratorium operasi bank syariah selama ini terkait dengan persoalan kurangnya pemahaman SDM di BMT. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang operasional perbankan syariah. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh para karyawan KSPPS BMT Peniti kahuripan Muliya sebanyak 5 orang. Peserta pelatihan berasal dari tiga kantor cabang BMT yaitu cabang Surabaya, cabang Boyolali, dan Cabang Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) pemberian pengetahuan teoretis dan praktis tentang operasional perbankan syariah 2) pendampingan dalam roleplay operasional perbankan syariah. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah : Pertama, semua peserta kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat antusias, bersemangat, dan mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi mengikuti pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan operasional perbankan syariah. Kedua, peserta kegiatan yang mengikuti pelatihan secara keseluruhan adalah 60% dari semua peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dan mitigasi risiko imbal hasil pada produk dengan akad Tijary di BSI KCP Bangkalan Trunojoyo. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data bersumber dari hasil wawancara, dokumen, serta dokumentasi berkenaan dengan analisis pengelolaan risiko imbal hasil. Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pengelolaan risiko imbal hasil pada produk dengan akad Tijary jenis Natural Uncertainty Contract(NUC) di BSI KCP Bangkalan Trunojoyo dalam pengelolaan risikonya melalui tiga tahapan yaitu identifikasi, penilaian, dan pencarian solusi yang menjadi landasan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif dalam mengelola risiko imbal hasil. Proses mitigasi BSI KCP Bangkalan Trunojoyo melalui dua proses. Pertama yaitu fase pencegahan yang mencakup pemantauan terhadap risiko imbal hasil dan penerapan kebijakan yang aman, fase kedua adalah fase pengendalian dan penyelesaian yang melibatkan evaluasi internal dan komunikasi terbuka dengan nasabah sebagai strategi meminimalkan dampak potensial risiko imbal hasil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terdapat tujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor penentu loyalitas nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakann metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini yaitu accident random sampling dimana jumlah responden dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dan terkumpul sebanyak 100 responden. Data diolah menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hanya variabel promosi yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah dan berhasil memediasi pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi bank syariah untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi untuk membuat kebijakan ataupun strategi dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah terutama lebih menekankan branding islam yang tepat untuk membuat nasabah nyaman bertransaksi, sehingga menjadi puas dan loyal. Bank Syariah Indonesia perlu menyusun strategi yang inovatif untuk berinteraksi dengan nasabah melalui kampanye promosi yang lebih personal dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai syariah. Bank syariah juga perlu merumuskan kebijakan yang meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah melalui transparansi, keamanan transaksi, serta penyediaan produk dan layanan perbankan yang handal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, social environment, e-commerce, mobile banking, and online loans on consumer behavior in Gen Z. This study uses a quantitative approach with a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire via Google Form and distributing research questionnaires to 120 Gen Z respondents who use e-commerce and Mobile banking services. The data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression model using SPSS 25 software to test the effect of each independent variable (Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, social environment, e-commerce, mobile banking and online loans) on consumer behavior in Gen Z. The results showed that Islamic financial literacy had a negative and insignificant effect on consumer behavior in Gen Z, while the social environment, e-commerce, and online loans had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior in Gen Z. Religiosity and Mobile banking had a positive and insignificant effect on consumer behavior in Gen Z.

Abstract

Human resources in a company is a valuable asset that needs attention to achieve maximum performance so that company goals are achieved. Satisfied employees will affect their performance. There is still a lack of research on the relationship between internal and external factors and job satisfaction and human resource performance, particularly regarding the current popular topic of work-life balance and what young employees want from their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic leadership, Islamic work environment, Islamic work motivation, and work-life balance on employee satisfaction and performance at Islamic banks. This study used a quantitative approach with a sampling, namely simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 41 respondents. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS using SmartPLS to manage data. The results showed that Islamic leadership variables greatly influence employee job satisfaction, work environment variables, work-life balance, and work motivation have a small influence on job satisfaction. In contrast, job satisfaction variables have a large influence on employee performance. The findings of this study are anticipated to be an assessment of Islamic bank stakeholders' attention to their human resources to maximize job satisfaction and performance and hasten the achievement of the company's objectives. The construction of a supportive Islamic workplace environment and work-life balance are issues that require consideration to promote employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menghadapi permasalahan dalam bisnisnya, salah satunya adalah masalah pertumbuhan laba. Salah satu solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan membuat produk UMKM lebih berdaya saing dengan membuat mindset berbisnis halal yang melalui sertifikasi halal. Bisnis dalam Islam tidak hanya mencari keuntungan semata namun perlu mengikuti petunjuk Islam untuk mencapai keberkahan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran halal pelaku usaha agar semakin berminat melakukan sertifikasi halal yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menjadi keunggulan kompetitif dalam berbisnis. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan participatory action research (PAR) yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan pendampingan UMKM kuliner di Desa Majungan. Penduduk setempat mayoritas adalah petani dan nelayan, sehingga jumlah UMKM kuliner yang berhasil dikumpulkan juga terbatas yaitu sebanyak 5 UMKM. Hasil dari uji beda literasi halal didapatkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan literasi halal sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan kegiatan transfer keilmuan. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif kesadaran halal pelaku usaha ada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini juga didapatkan tiga UMKM yang mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan selanjutnya yaitu perlu adanya pendampingan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital untuk mengikuti tren pasar serta perluasan area pengabdian masyarakat untuk mengajak UMKM di Madura untuk mendaftarkan produknya sertifikasi halal sehingga produk UMKM memiliki daya saing dan keunggulan kompetitif.
