Abstract

The foundation structure design for the construction of the SIG-2 Building uses a circular pile foundation with a diameter of 0.60 meters and a depth of 15 meters. Verification of the planned bearing capacity was carried out based on data from 2 (two) NSPT test points and continued by comparing the actual carrying capacity based on Static Loading Test (SLT) data. This research aims to compare the planned bearing capacity with the actual bearing capacity during construction, and settlement occurred. Analysis of bearing capacity calculations was carried out based on NSPT data using the Meyerhoff method, while analysis of actual bearing capacity calculations based on SLT data used the Davisson method, Chin method, and Mazurkeiwich method. Based on research conducted at 2 (two) test points, the average bearing capacity of the pile is 185.99 tons, and the average settlement (Sav) is 47.3 millimeters. The allowable settlement is 60 millimeters. The settlement on tested piles is 14,8 mm and 15,8 mm respectively. The results of the bearing capacity analysis based on actual Static Loading Test (SLT) data with a planned load of 200 tons using the Davisson method, Mazurkeiwich method, and Chin method are 179 tons, 185 tons, and 234,9 tons, respectively. Based on the upper structure loading data obtained from the structural planning report, it is concluded that the bearing capacity of the pile group is still safe and able to withstand the planned load on each column of the building structure, assuming the bearing capacity of a single pile of 179 tons, a total of 61 piles with the allowable bearing capacity of all piles of 10,809.81 tons and the building plan load of 9,066.23 tons.

Abstract

Pondasi dalam merupakan struktur bawah suatu konstruksi yang berfungsi untuk meneruskan beban konstruksi ke lapisan tanah keras yang berada jauh dari permukaan tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran respon daya dukung aksial tiang bor tunggal diameter 1000mm melalui pendekatan matematis berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan. Daya dukung aksial rencana diperkirakan melalui analisis hasil penyelidikan tanah (hasil uji N-SPT, hasil uji DCPT, dan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium), daya dukung aksial aktual diperoleh melalui interpretasi hasil Uji Beban Statis (SLT) dengan metode Davisson, Mazurkiewicz, dan Chin, sedangkan hasil uji beban PDA (Pile Driving Analyzer) dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi CAP-WAP. Daya dukung aksial direncanakan sebesar 250ton, sedangkan daya dukung aksial rata-rata berdasarkan hasil interpretasi SLT pada tiga tiang pancang yang diuji dengan metode Davisson, Mazurkiewicz, dan Chin berturut-turut sebesar 385; 448; dan 216ton. Nilai daya dukung aktual berdasarkan hasil pengujian PDA adalah sebesar 565ton. Hasil analisa tersebut diperbandingkan dengan nilai daya dukung rencana dan daya dukung uji SLT, sehingga diperoleh nilai Bearing Capacity Ratio (BCR). Berdasarkan interpretasi uji PDA dan CAP-WAP nilai BCR berturut-turut adalah sebesar 62.8% dan 67.8%. Nilai BCR berdasarkan interpretasi hasil uji SLT sebesar 42.8%, 48,0%, dan 25,5%. Dengan demikian, tiang bor tersebut berada dalam kondisi kinerja yang buruk. Dengan membandingkan nilai BCR terhadap beban uji rencana, diperoleh nilai rasio daya dukung (BCR) berdasarkan interpretasi uji PDA dan CAP-WAP berturut-turut sebesar 226.0% dan 244.4%. Nilai BCR berdasarkan interpretasi hasil uji SLT dengan metode Davisson, Mazurkiewicz, dan Chin berturut-turut sebesar 154.0%, 172.8%, dan 91.9%. Dengan demikian, interpretasi menggunakan metode Davisson dan Mazurkiewicz menunjukkan nilai BCR lebih dari 1,5 yang berarti pemilihan beban rencana pada saat SLT cenderung konservatif. Namun, mengingat nilai faktor keamanan yang memadai diperlukan, maka pondasi tersebut dianggap berfungsi dengan baik. Sedangkan berbeda dengan metode Chin yang nilai BCR-nya kurang dari 1, artinya pondasi menerima beban melebihi daya dukungnya. Hal ini perlu menjadi pertimbangan, apakah terdapat ketidaksesuaian metode yang diterapkan, kesalahan dalam proses penafsiran data, atau jika dan hanya jika analisis dengan metode Chin lebih akurat, maka perlu dilakukan perkuatan pada sistem pondasi.

Abstract

The rapid population growth in Indonesia has also increased the need for housing, according to data from the Ministry of Home Affairs through the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil) as of June 30, 2020, 268,583,016 people. The Ministry of PUPR said that housing needs in Indonesia are still high, to fulfill them not only from the state budget, but must work together with banks, developers, and local governments. Structural analysis carried out on a one-story compartment type residential building located in one Sentul Indah Residence (SIR) housing block in the Bogor Regency area is very important to ensure that building users are in a safe condition. The research was conducted by testing the concrete quality (fc) of existing columns, beams, and obtained concrete quality values sequentially of 30 MPa, 25 MPa, then modeling the existing structure using the ETABS application and obtained the results that the loads acting on the building and the combination of loads based on SNI were declared safe against the influence of external forces on the building by not finding structural elements that experienced over strenght (O/S). The results of the structural analysis plan based on SNI obtained the dimensions of a residential building with a size of 30 meters x 60 meters, reinforced concrete structure. The concrete material used is concrete with a quality (fc) of 30 Mpa. Column dimensions 20x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-70, beam dimensions 15x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-100.

Abstract

Provinsi Papua Barat merupakan hasil pemekaran dari Provinsi Papua pada tahun 2005. Kondisi alam papua barat yang terdiri dari pergunungan yang menyebabkan jalan jalan berada pada daerah rawan longsor. Oleh karena itu penulis merasa perlu untuk menganalisis stabilistas lereng yang berada disisi jalan. Dalam analisis ini yang dilakukan pertama adalah mengecek kondisis existing lereng stabil atau tidak, lalu dilakukan analisis balik untuk mendapatkan parameter kondisi desain. Parameter desain digunakan untuk menentukan perkuatan dari lereng. Perkuatan yang digunakan adalah solder pile yang digunakan untuk memotong bidang gelicir dari lereng. Berdasarkan analisis perkuatan menggunakan solder pile tanpa anda pengeruh muka air tanah sebesar faktor keamanan adalah 2.37 dan jika ada pengaruh dari muka air tanah faktor keamanan adalah 1.3, dari nilai faktor keamanan diatas menunjukan bahwa lereng stabil dengan perkuatan menggunakan solder pile.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDinding penahan tanah adalah suatu struktur yang dibangun untuk menahan tanah lateral ketika tanah mengalami perubahan dalam elevasi, dan melampaui sudut geser dalam tanah. Dinding pengaman tebingan yang terletak tepat di Situ Bala, Desa Purwasari, Kecamatan Dramaga telah mengalami kerusakan pada bagian dasar strukturnya terutama pada bagian yang terkena sistem irigasi sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan terhadap dinding penahan tanah eksisting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi lereng akibat tergerus oleh aliran udara yang mengakibatkan terjadinya longsor, merencanakan dinding penahan tanah agar memiliki faktor keamanan yang cukup, dan menghitung kapasitas daya dukung tanah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Rankine .Hasil analisis menunjukkan perlindungan terhadap guling Fs= 0.86 < 1,5 (tidak aman terhadap geser Fs = 2.5119 > 1,5 (aman), dan analisis ketahanan daya dukung tanah qtoe = 12419.5895 < Qall= 4139.8631 (aman) dan qhell = 31.4263 (aman).  Kata kunci: Stabilitas, dinding penahan tanah , Metode Rankine ABSTRAKA retaining wall is a structure constructed to resist lateral soil when the soil undergoes a change in elevation and exceeds the angle of shear in the soil. The cliff safety wall which is located right at Situ Bala, Purwasari Village, Dramaga District, has suffered damage to the basic part of the structure, especially the part affected by the irrigation canal so that it is necessary to repair the existing retaining wall. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of the slope, where the air flow above it eroded which resulted in landslides changing the channel so that it was necessary to redesign the existing retaining wall, plan the retaining wall to be safe against shear conditions, overturning, and the carrying capacity of the soil. The method used in this study is the Rankine Method. The results of the analysis show resistance to overturning Fs= 0.86 < 1.5 (unsafe against shear Fs = 2.5119 > 1.5 (safe), and soil bearing capacity analysis qtoe = 12419.5895 < Qall= 4139.8631 (safe) and qhell = 31.4263 ( safe). Kata kunci: Stabilitas, dinding penahan tanah, Metode Rankine

Abstract

Abstract: The deep foundation is one of the most important elements in the construction of high-rise buildings because the weight of the building will be fully borne by the foundation. This study aims to provide an overview of the prediction of the axial bearing capacity of single piles through a mathematical approach based on the results of the tests performed. The design axial bearing capacity is estimated through analysis of soil investigation results (N-SPT test results, DCPT test results, and laboratory investigation results), while the actual axial bearing capacity is obtained through interpretation of the Static Loading Test (SLT) results using the Davisson, Chin, and Mazurkiewicz, and the results of the PDA (Pile Driving Analyzer) load test were analyzed using the CAP-WAP application. The analysis was carried out on single piles with dimensions of 40x40 cm2, located in the Loftville City Apartment development project, South Tangerang City. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the planned axial bearing capacity is 131.3 tons, while the average carrying capacity based on the results of SLT interpretation on three tested piles using the Davisson, Mazurkiewicz, and Chin methods are 161.7; 205.4; and 98.8 tonnes. The results of the analysis are compared to the results of the PDA test, which shows a bearing capacity value of 290.1 tons, so the BCR values are 65.70% and 45.26% respectively. The BCR value is based on the results of the interpretation of the SLT test successively -respectively by 55.73%, 70.78%, and 34.06%. The BCR value which is not close to 100% may occur due to an error in determining the planned carrying capacity of 131 tons which is far below the actual carrying capacity value based on the PDA test results. The design carrying capacity value is then corrected to 100 tonnes and used as the 100% design load in the static load test so that the interpretation results also show BCR results that are not very accurate.
