Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah edukasi perempuan dalam pola asuh anak melalui edukasi paar “Cinta Kasih”. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengurus PKK Desa Juru Mapin khususnya POKJA 1, Perwakilan Pengurus Organisasi Remaja Desa Juru Mapin. Kegiatan telah melalui 3 tahapan yaitu; persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui metode ceramah dan role-playing. Kegiatan berhasil dilaksanakan, terlihat dari semangat peserta mengikuti kegiatan, semangat untuk memahami konsep Paar “Cinta Kasih”, memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk menerapkan konsep Paar “Cinta Kasih” dengan harapan anak tumbuh kembang sesuai harapan, dan mulai berkomitmen untuk menerapkan konsep Paar “Cinta Kasih” agar terwujud keluarga yang harmonis, antara orangtua dan anak. Dari kegiatan ini juga terbentuk PIKR (Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja) dan pengembangan kelompok BKR (Kelompok Bina Keluarga Remaja) di Desa Juru Mapin.Abstract: The purpose of this activity is the education of women in the parenting pattern through the education of "Cinta Kasih" paar. The target of this devotional activity is the management of PKK Juru Mapin Village, especially POKJA 1, Representative of the Youth Organization of Juru Mapin Village. The activity has gone through 3 stages, namely; preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Implementation of activities through lecture and role-playing methods. The activity was successfully carried out, seen from the spirit of participants following the activity, the spirit to understand the concept of Paar "Cinta Kasih", have a strong desire to apply the concept of Paar "Cinta Kasih" with the hope of the child to grow up as expected, and began to commit to apply the concept of Paar "Cinta Kasih" to realize a harmonious family, between parents and children. From this activity also formed PIKR (Youth Information and Counseling Center) and the development of BKR group (Youth Family Development Group) in Juru Mapin Village.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran abad 21 diharapkan dapat membekali peserta didik dengan kemampuan 4Cs, yakni kemampuan: 1) berkomunikasi (communication), 2) berkolaborasi (collaboration), 3) berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah (critical thinking and problem solving), dan 4) kreativitas dan inovasi (creativity and innovation). Metode pelatihan melalui 3 tahapan. 1 Tahap perencanaan, 2. Tahap Pelaksanaan dan 3. Tahap Evaluasi. Pelatihan penyusunan Lesson Desain dilaksanakan melalui 3 tahapan. Tahap pertama perencanaan dilalui dengan koordinasi dengan observasi. Tahap kedua dilakukan dengan pemberian materi dan penyususnan lesson desain secara berkelompok. Tahap ketiga evaluasi dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap lesson desain yang dibuat. Jumlah peserta yang terlibat dalam pelatihan ini yaitu 5 orang. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan peserta terlihat antusias dan tertarik membuat lesson desain. Ini terlihat dari hasil yang dibuat peserta sudah sesuai dengan format yang ditentukan.Abstract: 21st century learning is expected to equip students with 4Cs abilities, namely the ability to: 1) communicate, 2) collaborate (collaboration), 3) critical thinking and problem solving (critical thinking and problem solving), and 4) creativity and innovation (creativity and innovation). The training method goes through 3 stages. 1 Planning stage, 2. Implementation Phase and 3. Evaluation Stage. Training on the preparation of Design Lessons is carried out through 3 stages. The first stage of planning is passed in coordination with observation. The second stage is carried out by providing material and compiling design lessons in groups. The third stage of evaluation is by assessing the design lessons made. The number of participants involved in this training is 5 people. The results of the training showed that participants looked enthusiastic and interested in making design lessons. This can be seen from the results made by participants in accordance with the specified format.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of parenting and environment on student morale based on education level. This research method uses Meta-Analysis, researchers use data from 68 studies that meet the criteria and standards of data completeness from each level of education, the estimation of complete data shows an effect value of 1.130 which is included in the high effect category. However, further analysis revealed variations in this effect at each level of education. Results showed that at the kindergarten level, the effect of parenting and environment by education level had a medium effect (ES = 0.716), while at the primary school level the effect increased to high (ES = 1.097). At the junior high school level, the effect reached a very high level (ES = 1.749), but decreased slightly at the senior high school level but still fell into the high effect category (ES = 1.054). These findings highlight the importance of parents and the environment in shaping students' morals and the need for developmentally appropriate approaches at each level of education. That is, the results of this meta-analysis provide a deeper understanding of the complex dynamics between parenting, environment and student morale in an educational context.
