Abstract

Peran sumber daya manusia menjadi bagian yang sangat penting di dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan, terlebih di era globalisasi saat ini dimana persaingan bisnis begitu ketat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaf, dengan menerapkan penelitian survey, terhadap 107 karyawan BBC-ETS dengan mengguanakan software statistic SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Pencapaian organisasi tentu sangat berkaitan erat dengan keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya dan organisasi.

Abstract

In a competitive, dynamic, complex and uncertain business environment as it is today, a leadership type is needed that can play an important role for the survival, success, and growth of the organization. This paper aims to review the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational performance in terms of three hierarchies: individuals, groups/teams, and the organization as a whole. According to the findings of the review, entrepreneurial leadership has a major impact on the individual performance of employees and teams, especially in terms of creativity and creative behavior. Moreover, Entrepreneurial leadership has a significant effect on overall organizational performance both in financial and non-financial dimensions.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes in the world of education that impact dependence on the use of technology in the learning process and increase independent learning that requires learning media literacy skills. The purpose of this study was to review the optimization of the use of technology in education and media literacy skills during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a literature review using primary sources from 8 journals published in 2021-2022. The results of the study show that optimizing the use of technology in education during the COVID-19 pandemic can be done by focusing on increasing the utilization, service, and acceptance of this media as a learning tool through increasing perceptions of usability, perceived ease of use, attitudes towards online learning, motivation, mindset and collaboration. ; and aspects of educators such as the attitude of the instructor, competence and interaction of students. The family's socioeconomic status and parents' education level influence are increasing the media literacy skills of students who can support distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to find efforts that can improve employee productivity through assessment of the strength relationship with the effectiveness of health and safety management and achievement motivation. The study was conducted using primary data through a survey using a questionnaire. The study was conducted on 105 employees at PT PLN (Persero) Bogor Transmission Implementing Unit with sampling techniques in the form of proportional random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed by t test, F test, coefficient of determination, and correlation test. This study concluded that, first, there is a positive and medium relationship between the effectiveness of occupational health and safety management with employee productivity with ry1 = 0.513, supported by the correlation equation Y = 29.869 + 0.532X1, meaning that each increase in one unit of work health and safety management effectiveness will improve employee productivity of 0.532. Second, there is a positive and strong relationship between achievement motivation and employee productivity with ry2 = 0.762 and supported by the correlation equation Y = -1.224 + 0.956X2, meaning that each increase in one unit of achievement motivation will increase employee productivity by 0.956. Third, there is a positive and strong relationship between the effectiveness of occupational health and safety management and achievement motivation together with employee productivity use correlation coefficient show ry12 = 0.773 supported by the regretion equation Y = -6.605 + 0.154X1 + 0.859X2. The effectiveness of occupational health and safety management and achievement motivation together have contributed to employee productivity by 59.7%.

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of communities and organizations. In the Islamic context, leadership is seen as more than just a managerial responsibility; it touches on a deep spiritual and ethical dimension. This article explores the discourse on leadership in a variety of viewpoints, including politics, economics, and the ideologies of capitalism and socialism. This article specifically focuses its study on the perspective of Islamic leadership, by elaborating the verses of the Qur'an thematically. The author argues that the teachings of Islam play a strategic role in shaping the ideals of Justice, benefit, and truth. Abstract

Financial Distress is a condition where the company’s finances are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to meet various obligants (Hutabarat, 2021:27). This study aims to determine the level of corporate bankruptcy using the Altman Z”-score, Springate, and Zmijewski method analysisat PT Matahari Department Store Periode 2018-2020. From the result of these studies and measurements, it can be concluded that both of them predict PT Matahari Department Store as a compamy that is categorized as healthy in 2018 and 2019, and categorized as high risk of bankruptcy in 2020. Cause PT Matahari Department Store is categorized as a company those who are at high risk of going bankrupt are because of the pandemic Covid-19and the enactment of the PSBB policy so that it has an impact on a very dractic decline in the level of sales in 2020 as well as permanentand temporary store closures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between employee wellness programs and employee productivity and retention levels. Through the literature review method, this study collects and reviews various literature from reputable working paper sources, book chapters, and indexed journal articles. The results of the analysis showed that well-being programs that supported physical, psychological, and work-life balance significantly increased motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction. The study also supports that well-being drives employee retention by reducing burnout and increasing employee engagement and commitment to the organization. The implications of these results recommend the implementation of a comprehensive wellbeing program as an effective strategy in supporting productivity and retaining a talented workforce, so that companies can create a sustainable and competitive work environment

Abstract

E-commerce businesses in Indonesia have grown with high revenues. However, e-commerce is still a challenge due to changes in marketing and payment methods. Various barriers are faced by e-commerse business actors in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between e-commerse business barriers and e-commerse revenue. This research is a quantitative research. The research was conducted on e-commerse businesses from all provinces in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from BPS (2021). Data were analysed with Pearson correlation test. The results show that lack of capital has a moderate and negative relationship with e-commerse revenue. Lack of demand for goods/services has a moderate and positive relationship with e-commerse revenue. Lack of skilled labour, limited internet access, fraud in the buying and selling process, and limited delivery services are not significantly related to e-commerse revenue

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to strengthen the roles of teachers and parents in preventing and handling bullying among elementary school children. Using a participatory and reflective approach, the activity was carried out in the form of workshops and focus group discussions (FGDs) involving teachers and parents at SDN Kaum Pandak 04, Karadenan, Bogor Regency. The materials presented included understanding the forms and impacts of bullying, early detection techniques, intervention strategies, and empathetic communication between parents, teachers, and students. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' knowledge and skills in addressing bullying issues wisely and effectively. This activity also fostered collective awareness of the importance of school-family collaboration in creating a safe and child-friendly learning environment. The program is expected to serve as a replicable model for educational community empowerment in other schools.
