Salah satu industri keuangan berbasis syariah yang terus mengalami perkembangan adalah pasar modal syariah. Industri pasar modal syariah di Indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan yang baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin banyaknya pelaku pasar modal syariah yang mengeluarkan efek-efek syariah selain saham-saham di dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Salah satu efek yang dikeluarkan di pasar modal syariah dan mulai diminati oleh investor adalah obligasi berbasis syariah atau sukuk (Wisesa, 2016). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur sukuk, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap peringkat sukuk. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi data panel untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Umur sukuk berpengaruh terhadap peringkat sukuk, 2) Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap peringkat sukuk, dan 3) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap peringkat sukuk.

Peran sumber daya manusia menjadi bagian yang sangat penting di dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan, terlebih di era globalisasi saat ini dimana persaingan bisnis begitu ketat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaf, dengan menerapkan penelitian survey, terhadap 107 karyawan BBC-ETS dengan mengguanakan software statistic SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Pencapaian organisasi tentu sangat berkaitan erat dengan keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya dan organisasi.

The concept of mosque management is an important aspect in managing and maintaining the function and role of the mosque as a center of worship and religious activities. This study explores a number of hadiths relevant to mosque management that can be found in various hadith books. This research uses a qualitative approach and applies a thematic method, namely by collecting hadith from various books according to certain themes. In addition, this study aims to provide a more specific explanation of how these hadiths can be applied in the context of mosque management in the modern era. Analysis of these hadiths can help mosque administrators, imams, and Muslim communities in developing more effective strategies to run and manage mosques well. In the results of this study, the author revealed that there are several hadiths that can provide guidance on various aspects, such as mosque financial management, religious program planning, community empowerment, relations with worshippers and can be interpreted in a social, technological context that continues to develop in the modern era. Through this approach, this research seeks to provide deep and contextual insights into mosque management based on hadith teachings, so that mosques can continue to be relevant and effective centers of religious and spiritual activity in meeting the needs of modern Muslim communities.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes in the world of education that impact dependence on the use of technology in the learning process and increase independent learning that requires learning media literacy skills. The purpose of this study was to review the optimization of the use of technology in education and media literacy skills during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a literature review using primary sources from 8 journals published in 2021-2022. The results of the study show that optimizing the use of technology in education during the COVID-19 pandemic can be done by focusing on increasing the utilization, service, and acceptance of this media as a learning tool through increasing perceptions of usability, perceived ease of use, attitudes towards online learning, motivation, mindset and collaboration. ; and aspects of educators such as the attitude of the instructor, competence and interaction of students. The family's socioeconomic status and parents' education level influence are increasing the media literacy skills of students who can support distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The postpartum period begins with the birth of the baby and placenta. This is when a woman has an additional role as a mother. Changes that occur both physically and psychologically need to be facilitated so that various complications or disorders do not occur. Physical and psychological problems in postpartum mothers still often occur, such as postpartum infections and postpartum blues. This problem can have a big impact and even cause death if not handled properly. It is hoped that the support of the surrounding environment, especially the husband, can ensure the continuity of the postpartum mother's adaptation process, both physical and psychological adaptation, which can run well. The research aimed to determine the effect of a husband's support on the physical and psychological adaptation process of postpartum mothers. The research used a cross-sectional method on 50 postpartum mothers on days 7 to 14. The research instrument used a questionnaire filled out by respondents and observations of the mother's condition. The research results showed that there was a significant relationship between husband's support and physical and psychological adaptation in postpartum mothers, with a p-value <0.05.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digitalization on the performance of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 48 employees of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between digitalization on the performance of PT. Ilham Jaya Cabindo Jakarta has a moderate positive effect and has an influence contribution of 16.3% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Kesehatan lansia merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan, proporsi lansia mengalami peningkatakan dalam beberapa decade terakhir. Beberapa masalah yang sering dialami oleh lansia adalah masalah penurunan fungsi fisik dan kognitif. Layanan Kesehatan lansia masih cukup terbatas untuk diakses oleh para lansia, sehingga perlu adanya layanan alternatif yang mudah dijangkau. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode konseling dan demonstrasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan 47 responden terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pola hidup sehat dengan pengetahuan kurang 70,21% sebelum konseling, meingkat menjadi 76,59% pengetahuan sangat baik sesudah konseling. Responden yang mengalami nyeri punggung ringan 4,25% dan 95,74% mengalami nyeri punggu sedang sebelum senam lansia. Sesudah senam lansia responden dengan nyeri sedang menurun menjadi 2,12% dan nyeri punggung ringan menjadi 97,87%. Pengetahuan tentang pola hidup sehat mampu meningkatkan Kesehatan lansia dan senam lansia dapat mencegah nyeri punggung pada lansia. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kualiutas hidup lansia agar hidup sehat dan mandiri.

Background: The puerperium is the period between the delivery of the placenta and the return of the uterus to its pre-pregnancy condition, which lasts for 6 weeks or 42 days. During this recovery period, mothers often experience several physiological and physical changes that cause discomfort. Several studies have shown that the discomfort experienced can lead to pathological development and complications when not treated properly. To prevent complications, information technology from smartphones with Android-based applications can be used to improve the quality of postpartum well-being. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the effect of utilizing EDUGARLIN (postpartum fitness education) application on the knowledge, attitudes, and quality of postpartum fitness in TPMB (Independent Midwife Practice). Methods: The study procedures were carried out using a Quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent posttest-only control group method. The purposive sampling was then used to select a total of 84 respondents, who were divided into 2 groups, namely EDUGARLIN application (intervention) and booklet (control). The data obtained in this study were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. Results: The results showed that there were significant differences in knowledge, attitudes, and postpartum fitness quality between the intervention and control groups. In the intervention group, 36 respondents (85.7%) had good knowledge, compared to 22 respondents (52.4%) in the control group (p-value<0.05). A total of 36 respondents (85.7%) also showed positive attitudes, compared to 34 (81%) in the control group (p-value<0.05). In addition, 38 respondents (90.5%) in the intervention group had good postpartum fitness quality, compared to 26 (61.9%) in the control group (p-value<0.05). Conclusions: The android-based EDUGARLIN application was effective in improving knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of postpartum mothers in terms of the quality of postpartum fitness.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Pos Jakarta Utara. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif, dimana metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Pos Jakarta Utara, yang berjumlah 73 orang. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Pos Jakarta Utara; (2) secara parsial variabel beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Pos Jakarta Utara; (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja sebesar 70,3% terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Pos Jakarta Utara. Temuan ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi kebijakan dan praktik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Pos Jakarta Utara.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the principal's situational leadership and facilities on the performance of employees at Yadika Senior High Schools throughout Jabodetabek. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and literature. In this study, the sample used was 96 educators and education staff at Yadika Senior High Schools throughout Jabodetabek. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results showed that; The situational leadership variable of the principal partially has a significant effect on the performance of school employees, the infrastructure variable has a significant effect on the performance of school employees, while the situational leadership variable of the principal and infrastructure simultaneously or simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a percentage of 52,9 %, while the remaining 47,1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
