Abstract

Technological developments are getting faster and faster, including evolutions that occur in the field of technology and internet innovation which have an impact on changes in the industrial era 4.0. communication related to interaction also changes. For example, the internet is used not only to find information, but is also used to assist village officials in managing village data and to facilitate communication between Suka Maju village officials. This program aims to hone skills in using communication technology for Pekon devices. This activity was carried out in the form of training involving lecturers, students and all village officials. The main target of this activity is Pekon Suka Maju from several hamlets. The first step taken was socialization of the activity plan by distributing brochures and pamphlets at the Pekon hall. then the e-Leadership training and mentoring process so that it becomes a pekon tool that is proficient in using communication technology, through google drive, google doc, google meet, google sheets and others. This program was implemented well and the Pekon Suka Maju officials were able to apply this communication technology in village data management. So that village device activities are more effective and efficient in achieving village goals and sustainability in the future.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the research landscape on spiritual leadership from 2014 to 2024, utilizing Scopus data to evaluate publication trends, key contributors, keyword co-occurrence, and directions for future research. A total of 268 peer-reviewed journal articles were analyzed through bibliometric methods. The findings reveal significant growth in research, particularly after 2018, with annual increases observed thereafter. In terms of contributions, Indonesia, China, and the United States stand out, with Indonesia leading in publication volume, while the United States and Thailand exhibit higher average citation impacts, indicating varying levels of influence across regions. Thematic analysis highlights a strong focus on workplace spirituality, employee well-being, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Network visualization emphasizes the central role of spiritual leadership and its associations with ethical leadership, employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior. Emerging themes include sustainability, innovation, and crisis leadership, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These findings suggest promising research opportunities in crisis management, sustainability, and cross-cultural applications of spiritual leadership, underscoring the field’s dynamic and expanding relevance in addressing contemporary organizational challenges.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berdampak pada efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Bagi sebagian besar perusahaan, teknologi dapat mempermudah aktivitas karyawannya. Dengan perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini sudah banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang telah menggunakan sistem informasi atau aplikasi sebagai salah satu alat kerja guna mempermudah pekerjaan karyawan. Hal ini dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan dari efisiensi waktu dan biaya yang dikeluarkan serta terkait dengan pengarsipan dokumen yang lebih baik dan aman. Salah satu catatan perusahaan yang dianggap penting adalah terkait dengan dokumentasi cuti karyawan. Bagi karyawan cuti merupakan salah satu kebutuhan karyawan yang harus disediakan oleh perusahaan. Cuti tersebut dapat digunakan untuk tidak masuk kerja dengan alasan tertentu seperti kebutuhan pribadi, sakit atau kebutuhan lainnya. Dari permasalahan yang dipaparkan maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi atau aplikasi yang dapat mengelola terkait dengan cuti karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan. Cuti merupakan salah satu bagian dari sistem informasi kepegawaian, sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk mengelola cuti karyawan atau ketidakhadiran karyawan dalam waktu tertentu .Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain aplikasi pengajuan cuti karyawan berbasis website dan untuk menawarkan solusi atas permasalahan cuti karyawan yang dihadapi oleh Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda agar lebih efisien dan efektif.Kata Kunci : Cuti, Sistem Informasi, Aplikasi Pengajuan Cuti, UML, WebsiteInformation technology impacts the effectiveness and efficiency of work. For most companies, technology can streamline their employees' activities. With the current technological advancements, many companies have adopted information systems or applications as tools to facilitate employee tasks. This consideration takes into account time and cost efficiency, as well as improved and secure document processing. One critical aspect for companies is related to employee leave documentation. Leave is a necessity provided by the company for its employees, which can be utilized for various reasons such as personal needs, illness, or other necessities. Hence, there is a need for an information system or application to manage employee leave within a company. Leave management is a part of the personnel information system, aiming to manage employee leave or absence within a specific period. The objective of this study is to design a web-based employee leave request application and offer a solution to the leave management issues faced by Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport for greater efficiency and effectiveness.Keywords : Leave, Information System, Leave Request Application, UML, Website

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the impact of transfer pricing, yield management, thin capitalization, and hedging on tax avoidance. Tax avoidance refers to the legal framework for transactions that obtain tax benefits or relief by exploiting existing tax loopholes to minimize or avoid paying taxes owed. This research applied descriptive and quantitative methods. Population of this research consisted of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2015 and 2019. Using targeted sampling techniques, the sample was drawn from 16 companies that met the research criteria. The statistical program Eviews12 was used to process the data. Transfer pricing, earning management, or hedging had no significant effect on tax avoidance. Simultaneously, thin capitalization had a significant effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This research is qualitative type with literature method. Information is collected through relevant references to be analyzed such as collecting information by recognizing discourse from various references such as books, papers or posts, journals, internet (websites) or other information in the form of data, magazines and so on related to the principal's strategy and supervision in improving teacher performance. Educational supervision plays an important role in providing guidance and support to teachers to develop effective learning strategies by utilizing information technology and evaluating the quality of learning. Principals have a strategic role by providing motivation, increasing teacher capacity, implementing supervision, and optimizing information technology in learning management. Good teacher performance is determined by the ability to master academic competencies, learning methods, work discipline, commitment to improving student achievement. Cooperation between principals, teachers and all school elements is very important to carry out supervision and education management to improve the quality of learning in a sustainable manner and in accordance with the times. The implementation of these strategies is expected to maximize the role of each element to improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes. This discussion is expected to provide an overview of the efforts made to improve the quality of learning through educational supervision, the role of the principal, and improving teacher performance.

Abstract

Cultural changes in communication can be witnessed in people's habits, especially teen agers who are still at school, if in this era of conventional communication media, it is done to consider and maintain social ethical values and norms, to form a strong student behavior in student, they must b able to imitate the behavior of the Prophet Muhammad SAW who had perfect behavior. The formation of student morals is very oy important to implement in various the conditions, including the use of technology used by students at Muhammadiyah Middle School in Banda Aceh, which is an educational institution and educational institution that has a complex and dynamic system as a place for students to develop commendable behavior so that they yi can become a generation to be proud of. Based on explanation above, this discussion will focus on what forms of communication moral development for all Muhammadiyah Middle School students in Banda Aceh City are? Then the purpose of this research is to the understand the form of communication moral development for students at Muhammadiyah Middle School in Banda Aceh. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative approach, namely field research. The results obtained by the author in thi research are that the form of communication moral development in students is carried out through a model or method that is in accordance with the behavior lovinec that educators exemplify to all their students, especially good communication works methods that are in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is an interaction activity that we often encounter in everyday life, one of which is interaction between teachers and students. Interpersonal communication can influence human behavior such as personal character. The Special High School for the Mentally Disabled by Karya Ibu Palembang is an educational forum for mentally disabled students who have limited IQ and whose task is to build the students' character. This research aims to analyze teacher interpersonal communication in the formation of students' character and obstacles. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method, which tries to describe the object being studied based on facts in the field. The results of this research show that interpersonal communication between teachers and students in the formation of personal character can be obtained through openness, empathy, supportive attitudes, and positive attitudes, while equality in teacher and student interactions cannot influence self-character. In the interpersonal communication process, there are also barriers to interpersonal communication between teachers and students such as process, physical, psychological, and technical barriers.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan memupuk keterampilan dalam peningkatan kapasitas komunikasi organisasi siswa-siswi di Desa Selensen Kecamatan Kemuning untuk mengolah organisasi sekolah dan menjadikan OSIS sebagai wadah belajar mengelola waktu, meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi, memperluas wawasan dan meningkatkan pengetahuanserta mengasah kemampuan sosial dalam memperluas jaringan sehingga menjadi kuat dalam menghadapi tekanan. Kegiatan dilaksanan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa serta Siswa-siswi OSIS SMKN1 Tuah Kemuning Desa Selensen. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini yaitu Siswa-siswi yang aktif dalam kepengurusan OSIS SMKN1 Tuah Kemuning. Sosialisasi merupakan langkah awal dari rencana kegiatan ini. Kemudian selanjutnya proses pelatihan dan pendampingan peningkatan kapasitas komunikasi organisasi OSIS SMKN1 Tuah Kemuning sehingga menjadi organisasi yang baik melalui komunikasi organisasi yang efektif dan efesien. Diharapkan program ini terlaksana dan dapat mencapai salah satu tujuan program yaitu para siswa-siswi pelatihan bisa menerapkan komunikasi organisasi yang efektif dan efesien dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi dan keberlajutan organisasi kedepannya. Sehingga pelatiahan peningkatan kapasitas komunikasi organisasi dapat membantu memotivasi siswa-siswi SMKN1 Tuah Kemuning dalam berorganisasi.
