Competence test is evaluation of learning and it can be used as a measure of success and problem that often faced and to test the ability of nurse whether they are competent or not. Objective to determine the effect of health, motivation, preparation, grade point average of S1 and ners toward the passing of competence test in public health of muslim university of Indonesia. Methods of this research uses cross sectional analytic with quantitative approach. For determining the sample done with accidental sampling with a large sample of 210 respondents.Results it was found that there was not health effect with the passing of the nurse competence test (p=0,125), and there is an influences of motivation (p=0,000), preparation (p=0,000), grade point average of S1 (p=0,000), Ners (p=0,000) with the nursing competence test.Conclusion of this research is only motivation, preparation, grade point average of S1 and ners have any influence with nurse competence test. Option in health has not influence with the graduation of nurse competence test in public health faculty of muslim university of Indonesia. Therefore, it is expected that students of the professional nurses program can optimize about their academic self-regulation. As well as physical condition related to health in taking the competence test, there are who support it will get competent result.

Labor productivity can be affected by various factors such as shift work and overtime working , where the work shift is a method of division of time that has different working hours while overtime work or overtime working is a type of work that is done outside of normal working hours .This study aims to determine the relationship between the division of Nurse Shift and Overtime Working with Performance Productivity in the Inpatient Room of LabuangBaji Hospital in Makassar.This research is a type of Cross Sectional Study, this research was conducted by direct observation by researchers, the determination of the sample was carried out by total sampling technique with a sample size of 35 respondents who met the inclusion criteria, the relationship test was performed with the Chi-Square test with a significance level Î± <0.05.The results showed that there was no relationship between nurse shift with performance productivity using the Chi- Square test obtained Ï = 0, 203 and there was no relationship between overtime working with performance productivity using the chi square test obtained Ï = 0.603 . It is recommended to hospital agencies to routinely provide motivation to improve morale and work ethic so as to cause high dedication , the management also routinely conducts surveillance of nurse productivity .

Menorrhea during menstruation, unpleasant experiences of sensations and emotions, circumstances that exhibit subjective/individual discomfort, hurt the body, and whenever individuals say it is real. If the dismenmenore is not handled it can affect the activities and attitudes of the students. One of the non- pharmacological measures in dealing with pain is the technique of distraction with music therapy that can safely reduce pain. Listening to music can produce zatendorphins (a substance similar to morphine supplied by the body that can reduce pain that can inhibit the transmission of pain impulses in the central nervous system, so that the sensation of menstrual pain can be reduced. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of classical music therapy on the reduction of primary dismenorrhea pain in young women of SMAN 1 Buton. This research uses experimental methods, using pre-experimental designs with pretest-postest designs. In this study using non probability sampling with consecutive sampling method, the population in this study was all girls who experienced primary dismenorrhea in xli ipa1, IPA2 and IPA3 classes of 35 people. The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate, where bivariate uses Wilcoxon test analysis. Instruments used numeric rating scale (NRS). Samples were given classical music therapy 10-20 minutes for 3 consecutive days. The results showed a value of Ï = 0.000, where the Ï value is smaller than Î±=0.05 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there are different results before and after the administration of classical music therapy, so there is an effect of effective classical music therapy on disminore. While the advice from this study is to address menorrhea pain not directly taking pharmacological drugs but rather using musical therapies such as classical music therapy, then this study can also be an additional reference related classical music therapy to menstrual pain.

Pregnancy is a period of female reproduction that requires physical and psychological adaptation. The psychological reactions in pregnancy that occur are anxiety reactions, this disorder is characterized by anxiety and excessive need. Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy has an effect on reducing anxiety levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murottal Al-Qur'an therapy on the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women in facing the labor process. This research was conducted at the Kolakaasi Puskesmas, Kolaka Regency, using a quasi-experimental design. As for the research design used was One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 20 third trimester pregnant women who experience anxiety. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate, where the bivariate used Wilcoxon test analysis. The instrument used was the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (Hars). The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of Murottal Al - Qur'an therapy on the level of anxiety in pregnant women (Ï = 0.000) where there are differences in the results before and after giving Murottal Al - Qur'an therapy on the level of anxiety in third trimester pregnant women in facing the process of breeding at Puskesmas Kolakaasi, Kolaka Regency. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of murottal Al-Qur'an therapy on the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women in facing the labor process. Therefore, it is hoped that in overcoming anxiety before childbirth, you can apply relaxation techniques with murottal Al-Qur'an therapy without directly consuming pharmacological drugs, then this research can also be additional information, especially related to maternity nursing science.

Ulkus diabetikum merupakan komplikasi dari DM yang tidak ditangani dengan benar yang dapat menimbulkan infeksi. untuk mengatasi infeksi tersebut diperlukan pengobatan yang tepat salah satunya adalah antimicrobial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pemberian antimicrobial terhadap penyembuhan luka pada pasien ulkus diabetikum di ETN Centre Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi-Experiment. Adapun penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan besar sampel sebanyak 20 respoinden pada kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian antimicrobial dapat meningkatkan penyembuhan luka terhadap pasien ulkus diabetikum dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 5%. Pemberian antimicrobial dapat menurunkan jumlah pasien menjadi 15 orang (75%) luka regenerasi dan 5 orang (25%) jaringan sehat. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pemberian antimicrobial dapat meningkatkan penyembuhan luka pada pasien ulkus diabetikum di ETN Centre Makassar.
