Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada di PT. Adhi Persada Gedung adalah jumlah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Adhi Persada Gedung pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022 terus mengalami perubahan. Pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022 diketahui bahwa jumlah karyawan tetap bertambah setiap tahunnya, begitu juga jumlah karyawan yang keluar juga mengalami peningkatan di tiap tahunnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 270 orang karyawan tetap PT. Adhi Persada Gedung dengan  sampel sebanyak 80 orang.  Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria karyawan yang memiliki status karyawan tetap. Pengumpulan data dilakukan angket atau kuesioner dan dibagikan melalui google form. Analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan kerja. Kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja tidak dapat menjadi intervening pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Produktivitas menjadi tolak ukur penting dalam menilai kinerja produksi, yang mencerminkan perpaduan antara tingkat hasil produksi dan aktivitas. Ukuran ini menunjukkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya dalam mencapai tujuan atau hasil tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kerja sama tim terhadap tingkat produktivitas karyawan, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel yang berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 37 karyawan di CV. Media Komunikasi. Metode sensus diterapkan dalam penentuan sampel, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi menjadi responden. Variabel-variabel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Kerja Sama Tim (X2) sebagai variabel independen, Produktivitas Kerja (Y2) sebagai variabel dependen, dan Motivasi Kerja (Y1) sebagai variabel intervening. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS.04 dengan pendekatan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Hal yang sama juga berlaku untuk kerja sama tim, yang memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Lebih lanjut, disiplin kerja dan kerja sama tim masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Selain itu, motivasi kerja ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, serta berfungsi sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja, maupun antara kerja sama tim dengan produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

The problem that occurred at PT. Propernas Griya Utama is a decline in employee performance from 2019 to 2021. There are still previous research results which have led to research gaps. The results of these previous studies show different findings - differences in the effect of competence, loyalty, job satisfaction on performance. This makes researchers use the work environment as an intervening variable to overcome research gaps. This research is causal (cause - effect). Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to find solutions from the structural model. Test using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research that has been completed, the results conclude that employee performance is directly influenced by competence, loyalty, job satisfaction and work environment. Besides that, this study produced the work environment as an intervening variable with indirect effect. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, workload, and work environment on employee performance which is mediated by work motivation at the Guntur II Health Center in Demak. Health is an investment in human resource development. Therefore, employee performance is important for the Guntur II Demak Health Center because it cannot be separated from the results that play a role in consumer satisfaction. However, the performance of the puskesmas is still not optimal, which is caused by the target not being achieved as set. This study uses quantitative methods with census techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique with a population of 60 people as respondents, data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) based on a Likert scale with a range of 10 (scale 1 to 10). Based on the results of the analysis using Smart PLS, the study found that workload and work environment had no effect on work motivation and employee performance, besides work motivation could not mediate workload and work environment. Work motivation has an impact on employee competence and performance. This also affects employee performance positively and significantly. Thus, work motivation can directly or indirectly mediate the relationship between competence and employee performance. Guntur Demak Health Center should pay more attention to increasing employee competence so that their work motivation increases.

Abstract

This research is to test and analyze the influence of Individual Characteristics, Workload, and Organizational Commitment on employee performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. Empirical study at PT Industrial Multi Fan. The problem faced by PT Industrial Multi Fan is a decrease in target achievement in 3 consecutive years. Using descriptive quantitative research methods, as well as the SmartPLS analysis method, 4 research was carried out. The population of this research is all employees of PT Industrial Multi Fan, totaling 84 employees. The sample is the same as the population.The results of the analysis show that Individual Characteristics, Workload and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of individual characteristics, workload and organizational commitment on employee performance. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it explains that individual characteristics, workload and organizational commitment influence employee performance by 62.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to fill the research gap, which shows that there are challenges faced in the development of SMEs, so it is necessary to develop a model from an entrepreneurial perspective by integrating the role of entrepreneurial literacy as a mediator of digital literacy and internal locus of control. This research uses an SEM. The total sample was 125 respondent entrepreneurs in Kendal Regency. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. However, the results of this research also show that one hypothesis, namely internal locus of control, does not influence the development of SMEs. Entrepreneurial literacy is only able to mediate digital literacy in the development of SMEs, while internal locus of control does not mediate. So, the variables used in the model are pretty suitable for SME development efforts, especially those related to digital literacy and entrepreneurial literacy.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study to verify the research model, Adding to the variable the ability to make courteous sales presentations so that the results of this study can solve the research gap. This research unit is the Rural Bank, and the respondents are the sales force of the Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City with 72 people. This research used a purposive sampling technique. Data processing using SmartPls version 2.0. This study succeeded in proving the role of courteous sales presentations in improving the performance of salesforce. Practical implications -This study provides input on the importance of courteous sales presentation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada SD Kemala Bhayangkari. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru dan adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian sebelumnya mengenai hubungan kompetensi profesional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh 60 guru SD Kemala Bhayangkari, yang dijadikan responden melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner berskala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.4 untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.  Kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, namun disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi memediasi pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, namun budaya organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi profesional dan kedisiplinan individu merupakan faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, sementara budaya organisasi yang kuat mampu memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Sekolah disarankan untuk memperkuat budaya organisasi melalui nilai kebersamaan, visi-misi bersama, dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif agar tercipta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi peningkatan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris baru mengenai peran mediasi budaya organisasi dalam konteks kinerja guru sekolah dasar, yang sebelumnya belum banyak diteliti, khususnya dalam mengintegrasikan tiga konstruk utama secara simultan pada setting pendidikan dasar di Indonesia.
