Abstract

The current growth of the capital market is accompanied by the growth of the stock market which continues to be in demand by investors as well, as can be seen from the information on the IDX which shows that stocks that are included in sharia are facing an increase. An investor wants to carry out analysis to make investment decisions. This analysis is technical in nature as well as fundamental. One of the fundamental analysis is the analysis of profitability ratios issued by the industry. Good monetary performance are going to be information that's used as a positive signal by investors, as a result of industries that have sensible financial performance can offer a lot of edges for investors. the aim of this analysis is to look at and analyze the profit variables of stock returns on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The population of this research is an industry listed on the IDX. This research uses illustration criteria, we get illustrations from 40 industries listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period and publish information on annual financial reports on the IDX that are needed throughout the research. The variables employed in this analysis are EPS, ROE, ROA, dimensions as management variables, and stock returns as the dependent variable. The results of this research show that investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) view the profitability ratio as a signal for making investment decisions. Variable dimensions may be used as management variables used in this analysis. Profitability ratios taken by investors are ROA, EPS. So it must be a special attention for industries

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keberadaan praktik operator binary option yang dianggap ilegal di Indonesia. Melakukan investigasi faktor yang melatarbelakangi keberadaan praktik tidak etis yang dilakukan oleh operator binary option yang menimbulkan kerugian pemegang opsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa binary option bukan merupakan instrument investasi atau trading. Terdapat kelemahan regulasi dalam mengatur mengenai binary option. Belum ada sanksi hukum yang tegas bagi penyelenggara binary option. Yang dianggap bertindak tidak etis adalah para afiliator dan atau influencer, sehingga afiliator yang memperoleh sanksi hukum. Masih rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan digital di Indonesia menyebabkan masyarakat sering tergoda iming-iming return tinggi. Mereka belum bisa membedakan antara investasi, trading dan binary option. Penelitian ini juga mengemukakan bahwa metode affiliate marketing digunakan untuk mengambil hati para pemegang opsi. Strategi framing dan flexing berhasil menggoda mereka dalam kondisi tingkat literasi keuangan digital di Indonesia masih rendah.Kebaruan dari penelitian ini berupa penjelasan tentang praktik operator binary option sebagai permainan zero-sum, bukan merupakan investasi maupun trading.  This study aims to examine the existence of binary options operator practices considered illegal in Indonesia. Conduct an investigation of the factors behind the existence of unethical practices by binary options operators that cause losses to option holders. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The results of this study explain that binary options are not investment or trading instruments. There are regulatory weaknesses in regulating binary options. There are no strict legal sanctions for binary options operators. Those who are considered to be acting unethically are affiliates and or influencers, so affiliates will receive legal sanctions. The low level of digital financial literacy in Indonesia causes people to be tempted by the lure of high returns. They have not been able to distinguish between investing, trading, and binary options. This study also suggests that affiliate marketing methods are used to win the hearts of option holders. The framing and flexing strategies succeeded in tempting them because the level of digital financial literacy in Indonesia is still low. The novelty of this research is an explanation of the practice of binary options operators as a zero-sum game, not an investment or trading.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a milestone for the Gerakan Nasional Non-Tunai (GNNT) in Indonesia. This GNNT socialization activity to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) aimed to support the Indonesia Payment System Blueprint (BSPI) 2025. MSMEs are the largest business (98.67%) which contributes 60.34% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia. The socialization, MSME actors can make transactions with the electronic leisure payment system. Electronic payments as a result of buying and selling transactions electronically through the internet (e-commerce). The method of implementing this activity is to conduct socialization and Forum Group Discussions (FGD) face-to-face under health protocol standards during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to socialization, e.g. of the application of using electronic money through smartphones was also given. The enthusiasm of the participants was shown during the discussion session. They feel that they understand more about the benefits of the electronic payment system in the GNNT policy and will apply it to their productive economic business activities. After receiving the socialization, we have recorded that three of the eight micro-business actors participating in the socialization applied the non-cash transactions. Warung Kamu had applied the payment using the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS). The Olahan Bandeng and Ida Collection market their products through the Kopimi E-Gerai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh karakteristik individu, beban kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data primer dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang sebanyak 128 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan pendekatan WarpPLS. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode resampling Bootstrap yang dikembangkan oleh Geisser & Stone, sedangkan statistik ujinya ialah statistic t atau uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berhasil menjadi mediasi antara karakteristik individu, beban kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang.This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of individual characteristics, workload, and work stress on the performance of Semarang High Court employees. This research is included in the quantitative research with the explanatory research type. The type of data used is primary data from questionnaires distributed to all 128 employees of the Semarang High Court. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the WarpPLS approach. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Bootstrap resampling method developed by Geisser & Stone, while the test statistic was the t statistic or t-test. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction mediates between individual characteristics, workload, and work stress on the performance of Semarang High Court employees.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kota Semarang sebagian besar penduduknya bergantung pada pengelolaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Di masa pandemi, tingkat penjualan dari UMKM menurun dan belum bisa pulih seperti sediakala. Strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan produk yang dijual agar jangkauannya lebih luas adalah social media marketing. UMKM masih menggunakan strategi pemasaran tradisional, pengetahuan yang terbatas dan kurangnya keahlian dalam memanfaatkan pemasaran media sosial. UMKM belum bisa mengoperasikan toko online. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan literasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan berupa penyuluhan social media marketing bagi para pelaku UMKM Sendangmulyo Semarang. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola UMKM dengan memberikan literasi pemasaran media sosial. Metode kegiatannya melalui ceramah tentang social media marketing dan praktek mengoperasikan toko dan transaksi online. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada pemahaman para pengelola UMKM tentang pemasaran media sosial, bedanya dengan traditional marketing. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan tentang manfaat pemasaran media sosial dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran dan penjualan. The most of population in Sendangmulyo district, Semarang City depends on the management of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). During the pandemic, the level of sales from MSMEs decreased and has not been able to recover as before. The strategy that can be used to market the products being sold so that the reach is wider is social media marketing. MSMEs is still use traditional marketing strategies, limited knowledge and lack of expertise in utilizing social media marketing. MSMEs have not been able to operate online stores. This community service provides literacy, knowledge and skills in the form of counseling on social media marketing for MSMEs actors in the Sendangmulyo Semarang City. The solution offered is to increase the capacity of MSME managers by providing social media marketing literacy. The method of activity is through lectures on social media marketing knowledge and the practice of operating stores and online transactions. This activity has an impact on the understanding of MSMEs managers about what social media marketing is, the difference from traditional marketing. It also provides knowledge of the benefits of social media marketing and increases skills in operating social media as a means of marketing and sales.

Abstract

Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul Kota Semarang sebagian besar belum dapat meningkatan omset penjualannya dan mengembangkan usahanya karena memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan bisnis. Sebagaian besar pengelola UMKM di wilayah Pedurungan Kidul memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang aspek-aspek penting dalam menjalankan bisnis, seperti perencanaan pasar dan pemasaran, keuangan, produk dan produksi. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan malalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pada pelaku UMKM Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang dalam penyusunan perencanaan bisnis. Metode kegiatan adalah melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan perencanaan bisnis pada aspek pasar dan pemasaran, produk dan produksi, dan keuangan. Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola UMKM dalam membuat perencanaan bisnis sehingga kegiatan pengelolaan usaha menjadi lebih terencana dan terarah. Most of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pedurungan Kidul Semarang have not been able to increase their sales turnover and develop their businesses because they have limitations in business management. Most MSME managers in the Pedurungan Kidul area have limited knowledge about important aspects of running a business, such as market planning and marketing, finance, products and production. This activity increases insight, knowledge and skills through training and assistance to MSMEs in Pedurungan Kidul Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City in preparing business plans. The method is through training and assistance in making business plans on market and marketing, product and production, and financial aspects. This activity can improve the ability of MSME managers in making business plans so that business management activities become more planned and focused.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan 40 responden dan populasi sesuai kriteria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Van Techno Saa. Metoda analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, uji hipotesis, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menguji kemampuan variabel independen (X) dalam memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap variabel dependen (Y) dengan variabel intervening (Z). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 40 responden menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengalaman kerja dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Pengalaman kerja dengan kompetensi yang berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi komunikasi meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja.This research aims to determine the influence of work experience and communication on labor productivity with competency as a mediating variable. Sampling used non-probability sampling with 40 respondents and a population according to the criteria. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Van Techno Saa. The analytical methods used are classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, path analysis and Sobel test. This is done by testing the ability of the independent variable (X) to provide an indirect influence on the dependent variable (Y) with the intervening variable (Z). Based on the results of the analysis of 40 respondents, it shows that work experience has a significant influence on productivity, communication has a significant influence on productivity, competence has a significant influence on work productivity, work experience and communication have a significant influence on competence. Work experience with competencies that function as communication mediating factors increases labor productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari pentingnya penerapan good governance dalam menghasilkan kualitas tata kelola yang baik. Salah satunya pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah secara elektronik (e-procurement) di Biro Administrasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian penerapan good governance pada pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa secara elektronik (e-procurement) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah tergolong transparan, akuntabilitas, bersaing, terbuka, efektif dan efisien. Selain itu terdapat faktor yang bisa menghambat pelaksanaan pengadaan antara lain adanya gangguan server / maintanance sistem, padatnya intensitas penggunaan sistem dan indikasi peretasan, kurangnya komputer, terbatasnya anggaran dan potensi intervensi dari pihak lain. Penelitian ini tidak terlepas adanya kesalahan dan kekurangan, dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu informan dalam wawancara dan keterbatasan tempat penelitian guna pengambilan sampel.This research is based on the importance of implementing good governance in producing quality governance. One of them is the implementation of electronic procurement of government goods/services (e-procurement) at the Regional Secretariat of Central Java Province's Goods/Services Procurement Administration Bureau. The qualitative research method used to produce phenomenology uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results on the implementation of good governance in the electronic procurement of goods/services (e-procurement) within the Central Java Provincial Government are classified as transparent, accountable, competitive, open, effective and efficient. Apart from that, some factors can hinder the implementation of procurement, including server/system maintenance problems, heavy system usage intensity and indications of hacking, lack of computers, limited budget and potential intervention from other parties. This research is not free from errors and shortcomings, due to limited time for informants in interviews and limited research space for sampling

Abstract

Pentingnya kemampuan mengelola beban kerja, seharusnya dapat semakin meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dari variabel intervening psychological meaning dan objek penelitian pada Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran psychological meaning dan dukungan organisasi sebagai pemediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Penelitian ini menggunakan 76 orang anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis regresi berganda, uji Sobel, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological meaning berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan dukungan organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Jateng.The importance of the ability to manage workload should be able to increase job satisfaction further. This research has the novelty of the intervening psychological meaning variable and the object of research at the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. The study aimed to analyze the role of psychological meaning and organisational support in mediating the influence of workload on the job satisfaction of members of the Central Java Regional Police's Ditpamobvit. This study used 76 members of the Central Java Police Ditpamobvit. Data collection using a questionnaire. This study applies multiple regression analysis, Sobel test, and path analysis. The results showed that psychological meaning played a role in mediating the effect of workload on job satisfaction, while organizational support did not mediate the effect of workload on job satisfaction of Ditpamobvit members of the Central Java Regional Police.

Abstract

Rapid and dynamic changes require every organization to be able to adapt quickly to remain relevant and competitive as an effort to improve organizational performance. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the effect of organizational culture, change management and organizational commitment on organizational performance moderated by transformational leadership. This research was conducted at the UPT of the Health Development Policy Agency, with a total sample of 160 employees. After testing the hypotheses using Multivariate Analysis Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), the research findings revealed that organizational culture and change management have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, organizational commitment has no significant effect on organizational performance, transformational leadership moderates the relationship of change management to organizational performance but cannot moderate the relationship of organizational culture and organizational commitment to organizational performance. Theoretical and practical implications are examined in this study.
