Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu anggota Forum UMKM Pedurungan Semarang yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan usahanya berbasis ramah lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil pra-survey, banyak UMKM yang belum mampu mengelola keuangan dengan tertib dan efisien. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April hingga Juni 2025, menggunakan metode PALS (Participatory Action Learning System), yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan dan pendampingan diberikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang rapi, tertib, dan ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota Forum UMKM Pedurungan berhasil memahami dan menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan dengan lebih terstruktur, sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi ramah lingkungan. Metode PALS terbukti efektif sebagai pendekatan yang membumi dan aplikatif dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya UMKM, dengan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini juga berpotensi memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan riset terkait akuntansi untuk UMKM dan dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan di bidang akuntansi.

Abstract

This research aims to fill the research gap, which shows that there are challenges faced in the development of SMEs, so it is necessary to develop a model from an entrepreneurial perspective by integrating the role of entrepreneurial literacy as a mediator of digital literacy and internal locus of control. This research uses an SEM. The total sample was 125 respondent entrepreneurs in Kendal Regency. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. However, the results of this research also show that one hypothesis, namely internal locus of control, does not influence the development of SMEs. Entrepreneurial literacy is only able to mediate digital literacy in the development of SMEs, while internal locus of control does not mediate. So, the variables used in the model are pretty suitable for SME development efforts, especially those related to digital literacy and entrepreneurial literacy.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study to verify the research model, Adding to the variable the ability to make courteous sales presentations so that the results of this study can solve the research gap. This research unit is the Rural Bank, and the respondents are the sales force of the Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City with 72 people. This research used a purposive sampling technique. Data processing using SmartPls version 2.0. This study succeeded in proving the role of courteous sales presentations in improving the performance of salesforce. Practical implications -This study provides input on the importance of courteous sales presentation.

Abstract

Purpose: Student learning achievement is the output of an educational institution. Achievement of learning achievement is determined by external and internal factors of students. Therefore, the learning achievement of each student varies. This phenomenon prompted this research to examine the influence of the use of social media as an external factor in learning achievement and learning motivation as an internal factor in learning achievement on learning achievement using empirical data. Design/methodology/approach: The research was conducted on 146 cadets of the Semarang Maritime Science Polytechnic (PIP) which was carried out through interviews using a questionnaire. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Findings: From the results of this research it can be proven that social media is statistically proven to have a significant positive effect on learning motivation and learning achievement and learning motivation is statistically proven to have a significant positive effect on learning achievement Research limitations/implications: This research has not categorized internal and external factors. Practical implications: Based on the results of this research, to improve student learning achievement, it can be done through two approaches. First, learning achievement can be improved by increasing students' learning motivation. The second approach to improving learning achievement is through the use or utilization of social media.
