<![CDATA[High Prosecutor General of Central Kalimantan is an agency engaged in law in the province ofCentral Kalimantan. In the High High Prosecutor General of Central Kalimantan, the management ofemployment data is still done manually. Therefore, the High Prosecutor General of Central Kalimantan,especially on the staffing needs an application programs that can perform the data of personnelmanagement by computerizedPersonnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) is an application that is intended toperform the data of personnel management with user friendly design. Personnel Management InformationSystem was created using descriptive research method with case study at the High Prosecutor General ofCentral Kalimantan. Where the data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, andstudies liberatur. The analysis and design methods used in the manufacture of the system as a modelprocess using DFD and ERD as a data model. In developing the application, this website using the PHPprogramming, MySQL database and a classical application cycle method called waterfall with 5 (five)stages. It is include Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Maintenance.By the program of Personnel Management Information System which the application isconcerned with the activities of processing employee data can be maintained, because this applicationprogram is a simplification of the forms of documents or manually archiving media and equipped with apassword, the need to improve the control and data security is guaranteed because not all people havethe right to access the data or change the data.]]>

<![CDATA[Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Muara Teweh, Kabupaten Barito Utara, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah merupakan bagian dari Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan Daerah di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian RSUD Muara Teweh belum mempunyai website untuk memberikan informasi-informasi seputar RSUD, misalnya data pegawai, data dokter, data pelayanan berobat, fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada dirumah sakit, kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh RSUD Muara Teweh, galeri foto, berita seputar RSUD, data ruangan, data pasien yang rawat inap, dan fasilitas untuk menyampaikan keluhan-keluhan secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan website yang dirancang dengan sebaik-baiknya sampai diperoleh rancangan website berupa Cetak Biru (blue print) website RSUD Muara Teweh. Tahapan pada penelitian ini menerapkan beberapa tahapan dari Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu tahapan planning, analysis dan design. Rancangan atau Cetak Biru yang dihasilkan oleh penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk pembangunan website RSUD Muara Teweh. <![CDATA[Leksikon sentiment adalah sebuah kamus berisi istilah-istilah yang telah diklasifikasikan menurut polaritas sentiment positif, negatif dan netral. Biasanya istilah-stilah di dalam leksikon sentiment juga dilengkapi dengan nilai bobot polaritasnya. Leksikon sentiment memiliki peranan penting dalam proses analisis sentiment. Analisis sentiment adalah proses mengklasifikasikan polaritas emosi yang terkandung dalam suatu data. Jadi, leksikon sentiment adalah pondasi yang memperkuat akurasi hasil klasifikasi oleh mesin analisis sentiment. Mengingat pentingnya peranan leksikon sentiment maka banyak penelitian yang telah mengembangkan leksikon sentiment. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah literature review mengenai pengembangan leksikon sentiment. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah identifikasi mengenai metode-metode untuk pengembangan leksikon sentimen, masalah yang terjadi dalam pengembangan leksikon sentiment, solusi-solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi, jumlah data dan sumber data yang dibutuhkan, serta pengaruh leksikon sentiment pada perfoma sistem analisis sentiment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi sebagai tinjauan bagi proyek pengembangan leksikon sentiment.]]>

<![CDATA[Searching is one of the important features on the website, but it is not uncommon for users to make typos when typing keywords. Typing errors of these keywords is usually referred to as typo. This study aims to build a system by providing suggestions for correcting typos in the search feature. Keywords search correction are obtained using the Damerau-Levenshtein Distance Approximate String Matching algorithm by to calculate the editing distance of each word in a keywords with each word in the Indonesian word dictionary. Testing was carried out as many as 40 experiments, with 10 keywords and 250 articles taken randomly. The test results show the Damerau-Levenshtein Distance algorithm is able to provide precision and recall values of 91.24% and 89.58% in providing keyword improvement suggestions. With the improvement of the system, each trial increases with precision value of 0.80 and recall value of 0.98]]>

<![CDATA[The practice of plagiarism among students in working on their thesis might happen. Plagiarism is done considering to the limited workmanship and lack of motivation to try with their own ability. It is necessary to provide a tool to prevent the act of plagiarism among the students. In this research, we built an application to detect the plagiarism on the thesis proposal. The application applies the Jaro Winkler Distance algorithm to detect the similarity from several documents. The first phase to detect the similarity of the thesis proposals is The text preprocessing phase of the document such as case folding, tokenizing, stopwords removal and stemming. Precision and Recall formula will be used to analyze the performance of the method in application. The test result of the data set shows the application could find the 80% relevant data that indicated the similarity. It means the application could contribute to detect the plagiarism on the thesis proposal document.]]>

<![CDATA[Cooking Recipe is a culinary element that often attracts culinary lovers. A cooking recipe is a guidance for preparing the ingredients, how to cook and serve the dish. The collection of recipes which documented in the printing media have not been able to meet the needs of culinary lovers with high mobility. This study aims to develop an Android-based recipe application to meet the culinary lovers need of a technology for storing recipes collection that can be accessed easily. We apply the Luther multimedia development method, which consists of the concept, design, material collecting, assembly and testing phases. The Android platform will provide the recipe application features, and the website platform will provide the content management features for managing the contents in the recipe application. The result of black box testing on the application shows that the features in the recipe application perform according to the expected concept and design. For the future research, to improve the application performance, we will build social media features for the members and a data mining system for processing big data from the recipe collection to produce valuable information.]]>

<![CDATA[The recording of student attendance aims to monitor the student attendance quantity and educate students to be disciplined. Student attendance records that are currently done manually on the paper can be improved to increase the quality of the attendance data processing, service quality and system in the School. This study aims to build an Attendance application based on Android platform that can be used on the teacher's mobile device. Waterfall is the method which is used to develop the attendance application in this study. Then, to ensure the application performance, the attendance application will be tested by the blackbox testing method. The test results using the blackbox testing show that the features in the attendance application perform according to its purpose. This attendance application can facilitate the homeroom teacher to carry out the student attendance recording process daily and to create the student attendance data recapitulation.]]>

<![CDATA[GKE Bumi Palangka Congregation Council is the leader of the Church Congregation in Palangka Raya which houses four churches, of course, has a large accumulation of congregations. One of the duties and jobs of the GKE Bumi Palangka Congregational Daily Working Body (BPH MJBP) is to regulate the stewardship of the Church and to collect data on the congregation every year. The problems that exist in the Bumi Palangka GKE Congregational Assembly are the Jamaat's service system and the data has not been computerized and integrated and the lack of media to share or disseminate information that is in the Bumi Palangka GKE Congregational Assembly. In designing the website of the GKE Bumi Palangka Congregational Assembly, themethod is used waterfall with stages, Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. The software used in building this website is Visual Studio Code, MySQL, and XAMPP. This website has been tested with blackbox testing which results in that the features on the website can run well. This MJBP Website Design was developed with the aim of planning, supervising, directing and delegating work to all service departments that have a relationship or coordination. <![CDATA[Thesis is a scientific paper that discusses a problem in a particular field of science by using applicable scientific rules. Apart from being a graduation requirement.. However, there are several obstacles in the preparation of the thesis, one of which is thesis guidance. It is necessary to have a system to minimize obstacles during thesis consultation. The Website Thesis Consultation Information System in this study uses the Waterfall software development method. The stages used are communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. System analysis was made using flowcharts and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). And the testing method used in this research is black box testing. Results using the blackbox testing method from the analysis and operation process, it is found that this system can help students, lecturers and study programs in the thesis consultation process.]]>
