Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pada kebijakan pemerintah yang mengeluarkan kebijakan aturan Ganjil ? Genap kepada pengguna kendaraan bermotor beroda empat atau mobil, dan sudahdi terapka di berbagai tempat di Jakarta, di dua puluh enam jalan raya di Jakarta, pemerintahmengeluarkan peraturan Ganjil ? Genap di karenakan tingkat kemacetan di DKI Jakarta yangbegitu tinggi, dan tinggkat pencemaran polusi yang sudah sangat membahayakan, dan DKI Jakartasempat menempati posisi pertama dalam hal polusi yang membahayakan di sebuah kota, dalamsebuah kota pintar system adalah hal yang utama, pada penelitian ini system Ganjil ? Genap yangdi terapkan di DKI Jakarta merupakan solusi dari pemerintah kota, dan pada penelitian ini penelitimengevaluasi system Ganjil ? Genap tersebut apakah merupak solusi dari masalah dari kemacetandan polusi di kota DKI Jakarta, dan peneliti memberikan saran lain kepada pembuat kebijakan kotaDKI Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure and compare the influence of transactional and transformational leadership on lecturer innovation capability. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to the lecturer population of private higher education in Indonesia. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 101 samples. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that transactional and transformational leadership had a positive and significant influence on lecturer innovation capability. This study proposed a model for improving the lecturer innovation capability of lecturers in Indonesia through enhancing leadership practice in higher education organizations. This study can open the way to improve lecturer readiness in facing the education 4.0 era.

Abstract

AbstractThe background this time is how the scoring system is still objective in the thesis trial system, therefore withthis decision support system, the objective assessment will become a definite scoring system, and will beable to help examiners provide the best advice to take. decisions to be taken during the student thesis trial.The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods, by conducting a librarian study and thencombined with data taken from student participants in the thesis examination, with the library studymethod, it will be possible to explore this research and data processing will also be maximized. Manysystems use the AHP algorithm method to make decisions that are difficult to make, using the AHP methodcan be taken into consideration in making decisions, because data processing using the AHP method willprovide the best advice for making an important decision. This research will produce a system proposal andhow the data is obtained, then how the data is processed to produce a system proposal, which is best formaking decisions about students who are currently passing their thesis exams or not, with the proposedsystem will greatly help the examiner take decisions that were previously objective.Keywords: Decision Support System, Thesis Session, Pass, AHP.
