Abstract

Indonesia is a country based on the rule of law. As a country, with the fourth largest population in the world, the Indonesian state must always pay attention to all citizens in it, including women. The legal dimension provides firm guidance that all human beings, without distinction between women and men, because both are social beings, were created by the Almighty to develop a very important mission as "leaders on earth". Therefore, women and men are expected to work hand in hand, work together to create a just, peaceful, happy and humane society. Of course, with efforts to promote gender-equitable education throughout Indonesia, the aspirations of the nation's founding fathers, namely advancing general welfare, educating the nation's life, and social justice can soon be realized. Writing this paper takes the subject matter related to: Law, Social, and Humanities. By prioritizing the legal dimension of truth (legal truth) in realizing justice (legal justice) for women in the education sector. The purpose of this writing is to find out the legal dimensions related to gender justice, as well as the extent to which the right to educational outcomes supports the attainment of justice. For this reason, empirical research was carried out using a sociological juridical approach.

Abstract

Economic liberalization is currently the lifeblood of the global economy. Conceptually, a market that can run perfectly is the most ideal way to achieve normative goals, namely, the prosperity of the people as envisioned. This pact is very interesting to study considering how the role of partnerships in building the economy, and how the role of law in development provides prosperity for the community. This research uses normative juridical research, with the nature of descriptive analysis research, while data collection techniques are through library studies or document studies, but field data is also used to support and complement library data. After the data is collected, it is analysed in a qualitative juridical way. In Indonesia, there are three economic actors: Cooperatives, BUMN and Private. The law must play a role in building togetherness or partnership among the three economic actors; the rules need to provide direction to economic actors. This is where the law is expected to really play a role in eliminating these differences through partnerships. This partnership is important to build cooperation, because cooperatives, BUMN and Private are three economic actors who live in the community. The goal that must be achieved by the partnership is to provide access to sources of capital, technology and information, as well as to the marketing of the products of its members, and to foster the power of its human capabilities and to overcome management and organisation. This is needed in connection with the threats to the world economy in the era of globalization, as well as opportunities.

Abstract

The role of the state/government is particularly important in determining various economic policies, especially those closely related to efforts to develop cooperatives. Economic policies issued by the government, whether directly or indirectly, should have an impact on the development of cooperatives. The issue addressed in this paper is how the state can enhance the competitiveness of cooperatives among other business entities. What challenges does the government face in enabling cooperatives to compete with other business entities. This study uses normative legal research with a descriptive analytical nature, while the data collection technique is through literature study or document study. However, field data is also used to support and supplement library data. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using qualitative legal methods. In relation to the role of the state/government in empowering cooperatives, the evaluation of cooperative performance shows that, so far, excessive support or involvement from the government has not been able to improve the independence and performance of cooperatives. In this case, it has actually created a strong dependence of cooperatives on government programs. To avoid dependence on the government, it is now time for cooperatives to have clear and transparent regulations, and if necessary, to redefine the government's role in the empowerment and development of cooperatives, with a clear statement that cooperatives are essentially autonomous institutions. The results of this evaluation are then used as a guide in determining the boundaries or regulatory framework regarding the government's role itself, ultimately leading to an ideal pattern of relationships or interactions that benefit the development of cooperatives
