Abstract

The development of technology is a way to quickly disseminate information to users and can help solve problems faced by an institution. The level of user satisfaction with the Universitas PGRI Madiun e-learning system uses the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service). This method was chosen because it is able to identify various aspects of system performance that affect user experience. This study was conducted by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to system users, namely students and lecturers using the Googleform platform. The results of the analysis showed that the Performance and Service aspects obtained the highest satisfaction scores, which indicated that the system was running stably and providing good service to users. However, the Control and Efficiency aspects require improvement, especially regarding ease of access and management of security features. Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially in the fields of electronics and information technology, has provided various conveniences in various aspects of human life. Job analysis has a very important role in human resource management, namely improving organizational performance both in terms of productivity, service and quality to achieve the organization's main goals. This is reflected in several officers who do not match their skills and expertise with their workload, and there are still appointments to positions that meet the specified qualifications, both in terms of education level, rank, skill and experience. The application of job analysis in terms of job descriptions seems to be also experienced the same thing, namely not all the apparatus was placed as expected. Suboptimal implementation of job analysis turns out to have consequences for the performance of the apparatus. The results of this research produce information on positions and workload for each position, thereby assisting Management and Personnel in determining employee needs and employee recruitment. The application in this research was implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi semakin berkembang maka perguruan tinggi melalui pengabdian masyarakat ikut serta mengembangkan. Teknologi sistem otomatis sudah berkembang diberbagai bidang, terutama menggunakan Arduino.  Pelatihan Arduino dalam sistem otomatis untuk Robotika perlu dikenalkan kepada siswa siswa sekolah khususnya SMP kota Madiun agar lebih mengerti proses kerjanya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan pengenalan dan pelatihan dasar robotika dan mikrokontroller Arduino sebagai komponen utama dalam sebuah sistem secara otomatis.Dalam rangka menyederhanakan penggunaan alat peraga  yang terlihat mudah ,  dan bentuk mainan yang direpresentasikan dalam nyala lampu, menjadi bentuk yang lebih friendly dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada pelatihan Arduino ini menerapkan teknologi Robotik, dengan menggunakan Mikrokontroler jenis Arduino adalah salah satu miktokontroler yang cukup mudah dipahami dari dasar.Pada pelatihan ini siswa-siswi membuat beberapa proyek dengan mengikuti petunjuk fasilitator.  Dalam pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas para siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan bahwa siswa dapat memahami materi yang diberikan dengan baik mencapai 95% siswa dan mampu membuat program nyala lampu yang diatur dengan program computer.

Abstract

Website Fakultas Teknik Universitas PGRI Madiun merupakan salah satu media untuk menyampaikan informasi yang berhubungan dengan akademik. Dalam aplikasi dan tampilan, sangat penting adanya penilaian dan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Website Fakultas Teknik memberikan kemudahan dalam akses, tetapi ada beberapa masalah seperti koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, terkait dengan pembelajaran yang harus menyesuaikan metode dalam blended learning saat ini, serta interaksi antara mahasiswa dan dosen yang kurang baik selama pembelajaran tatap muka, sehingga menurunkan kualitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Penilain terhadap tingkat User Experience pada Website Fakultas Teknik secara umum belum dilakukan sehingga belum diketahui , apakah termasuk dalam kategori baik atau tidak. Mengingat pentingnya dalam proses akademik dan penggunaannya yang luas oleh mahasiswa, evaluasi pengalaman pengguna (UX) Website Fakultas Teknik sangat penting agar mahasiswa dapat mengaksesnya dengan lebih nyaman. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman pengguna dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEO) yang memerlukan penilaian berdasarkan enam aspek, yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, akurasi, stimulasi, dan kebaruan

Abstract

Edukasi dan pelatihan ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan dasar pemrograman bagi guru-guru di SDN Klagen 04 Barat, Kecamatan Maospati, Kabupaten Magetan. Dalam era pendidikan berbasis teknologi, pemahaman tentang pemrograman menjadi salah satu kompetensi penting yang dapat menunjang pembelajaran abad 21. Google Colab dipilih sebagai platform pelatihan karena bersifat gratis, berbasis cloud, dan mendukung bahasa pemrograman Python yang mudah diakses serta digunakan oleh pemula. Melalui kegiatan ini, para guru diperkenalkan pada konsep dasar logika pemrograman, struktur kode Python sederhana, serta penerapan Google Colab dalam konteks pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Metode pelatihan meliputi pemaparan materi, praktik langsung, serta diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap dasar-dasar pemrograman serta motivasi untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Diharapkan, pelatihan ini dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam mendukung transformasi digital di lingkungan pendidikan dasar.
