Abstract

PT. XIZ merupakan perusahaan pengempul dan penyimpan sementara limbah oli bekas. Limbah oli bekas tersebut disimpan sebelum dijual kepihak ketiga. PT.XIZ belum memiliki bak penampung untuk menampung ceceran minyak oli bekas, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan terlepasnya minyak oli bekas ke lingkungan sehingga menimbulkan bahaya pencemaran lingkungan. Perlunya penelitian terhadap sistem pengumpulan dan penyimpanan minyak oli bekas di PT. XIZ. Peraturan yang dijadikan rujukan penelitianadalah Keputusan Bapedal No. 225/ BAPEDAL/ 08/ 1996 tentang ?Tata Cara dan Persyaratan Penyimpanan dan Pengumpulan Minyak Pelumas Bekas? dan merancang bangunan TPS Limbah oli bekas sesuai peraturan pemerintah PP No 101 tahun 2014.. Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui hasil redesain dari TPS limbah oli bekas di PT.XIZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif. Perencanaan redesain TPS LB3 oli bekas PT.XIZ yang memiliki dimensi Gedung panjang 50 m lebar 50 m dan mampu menampung 22.387,5 liter oli bekas selama 3 bulan dengan fasilitas pendukung, seperti palet, allowance ruangan, Ventilasi, p3k, alarm, tong oli, penerangan gudang, Detektor, jalur forklift, APAR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi morfologi Desa Ambengan, (2) untuk mengidentifikasi dinamika perdesaan yang ada di Desa Ambengan, (3) untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi perkembangan Desa Ambengan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mempertimbangkan hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Desa Ambengan memiliki kondisi wilayah yang bertopografi kasar dan termasuk daerah dataran tinggi, (2) dinamika perdesaan terlihat pada matapencaharian penduduk Desa Ambengan yang bervariasi, dan (3) perkembangan Desa Ambengan dapat dikatakan dari desa swakarya menuju desa swasembada.

Abstract

Red spinach is a vegetable whose demand is very high, so further research is needed to increase theproduction quality of this commodity. The use of organic fertilizers such as manure can help increase the yield and growth of red spinach (Amaranthus sp) cultivation. This study aims to determine the effect of the use and a good dose for growth and obtain good results on red spinach (Amaranthus sp). This study used a randomized block design consisting of 2 factors and was repeated 3 times. The first factor was the type of manure, namely chicken manure and quail manure. The second factor is the dose of manure, namely the dose of 10 tons/ha, the dose of 20 tons/ha, and the dose of 30 tons/ha. From the results of the study, it was found that there was no significant interaction with all the red spinach measurement variables.

Abstract

The management of UMKM in the Terungwetan village has not been optimal in marketing. One of the UMKM in the Terungwetan village, namely the Batik UMKM, has not yet provided optimal income. The purpose of this study is to increase income through improving the quality of human resources in managing village UMKM through digital marketing. The method used is to provide training in the form of lectures and tutorial learning to create accounts in digital media and manage digital media. The results obtained from this activity are, suggesting that the use of digital marketing can be followed up with regular guidance so that it can be optimal in supporting marketing activities and increasing business sales and being able to manage Human Resources (HR) as well as possible.

Abstract

Bangkalan Regency with a majority muslim population has great potential in the development of halal products, both in the food, beverage and other product sectors, but the implementations of the halal certification program ini Bangkalan Regency has not been running effectively. In the case, there needs to be an effective and coordinated strategy from the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) to encourage business actors to obtain certification quickly and efficiently and ensure local products can compete in the global halal market. The purpose of this study is to analys strategies implemented by OPD to facilitate the certification process more quickly & efficiently, thus providing wider access for MSMEs. This research uses observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are several strategies used by OPD in Bangkalan Regency in accelerating halal certification,these strategies include 1) mandatory halal, 2) Collaboration between OPD 3) persuasive approach to MSME players [Penduduk Kabupaten Bangkalan sebagain besar beragama muslim, sehingga memiliki peluang dan potensi untuk mengembangkan produk halal di sektor makanan, minuman, dan produk lainnya. Tetapi, dalam proses pelaksanaan sertifikasi halal masih belum efektif. Maka diperlukannya strategi yang efektif dan terkoordinasi dari Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) untuk mendorong pelaku usaha mendapatkan sertifikasi halal secara cepat dan efisien serta memastikan produk-produk lokal dapat dapat bersaing di pasar halal global. Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji strategi yang diterapkan OPD dalam memfasilitasi proses sertifikasi secara lebih cepat & efisien, sehingga memberikan akses yang lebih luas bagi UMKM. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat strategi yang digunakan oleh OPD di Kabupaten Bangkalan dalam mengakselerasi sertifikasi halal strategi tersebut antara lain adalah 1) mandatory halal, 2) Kolaborasi antar OPD 3) Pendekatan secara persuasif terhadap para pelaku UMKM].

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on work discipline, with work motivation role as an intervening variable among employees of the Disporabudpar office in Grobogan Regency. The independent variables in this research are leadership style and organizational culture. The dependent variable is work discipline, with work motivation acting as a mediating variable. This research used a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the instrument. The sample in this research consisted of 76 employees selected using the census method. The analysis was structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, and leadership style and organizational culture have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. The motivation variable mediate the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture on work discipline. Keywords: Discipline; Motivation; Leadership Style; Organizational Culture

Abstract

The increasing competition in the Indonesian Islamic banking industry has encouraged many Islamic banks to improve the quality of service to customers by utilizing the rapid development of information technology. The study aims to analyze the competition in Mobile Banking Service Quality that occurs at Bank BSI and Bank Muamalat. This study uses an associative-comparative research type with a quantitative approach. The data source used for this study is primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with the number of samples was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from the current study indicate that the service quality of mobile banking has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank BSI and Bank Muamalat. There is a difference in the quality of mobile banking services towards customer satisfaction between Bank BSI and Bank Muamalat with respective values ​​of 62.07 (62%) and 38.39 (38%). This shows that the quality of Bank BSI's mobile banking services is higher in customer satisfaction.
